Demographic changes and the acceleration of digital transformation have presented new challenges in leadership practices, especially in the healthcare sector of ASEAN countries. Generation Z, who grew up in a digital environment, brings different values and preferences to leadership styles. This study aims to identify the leadership model that best suits the characteristics of Gen Z in the context of healthcare, as well as analyze the contextual factors that influence it in the Southeast Asian region. This study uses a qualitative approach based on literature studies from various academic publications and empirical findings in ASEAN countries. Data are analyzed thematically to reveal the leadership patterns that are most relevant to the needs of Gen Z in the health sector. The study results show that transformational, participatory, and digital-based leadership styles are more effective for leading Gen Z healthcare workers. This generation rejects leadership models that are tightly controlled or micromanaged, and prefers leaders who support autonomy, collaboration, and innovation. Local cultural factors, such as traditional values and social collectivity, also reinforce the importance of adapting leadership styles to diverse cultural contexts. Leadership success is also greatly influenced by the leader's ability to bridge cross-generational differences and manage communication effectively. These findings contribute to the development of a generationally and contextually relevant leadership model, as well as serve as a reference in formulating HR development strategies and leadership training programs in multigenerational health organizations in Southeast Asia.

This study aims to compare student learning outcomes between digital media-based learning and conventional methods. The research subjects consisted of two classes: Class VIII E as the control class, which learned through lectures, dictation, and summarizing, and Class VIII F as the experimental class, which used PowerPoint, the Kahoot application, and instructional videos. The study was conducted over four meetings within four weeks. Pretests and posttests were used to measure learning improvement and analyzed using the n-gain formula. The results showed that the average n-gain score of the control class was higher than that of the experimental class. This indicates that although the experimental class used interactive digital media, the control class demonstrated better comprehension of the material, most likely due to the summarizing activity that helped students focus and internalize the content more deeply. These findings suggest that conventional methods involving active student engagement through note-taking and summarizing still have high effectiveness in learning, and the implications may serve as a consideration in designing instructional strategies suited to students' learning characteristics.

The issue of fairness in regional development in Indonesia remains a significant challenge, particularly concerning the disparities between urban and rural areas, Java and outside Java, as well as between the western and eastern regions of Indonesia. This imbalance reflects an uneven distribution of investments influenced by the national political-economic structure. The sectoral development approach has been deemed inadequate in addressing these disparities, making the regional-based approach an alternative option to prioritize development in accordance with local potential. Several regional growth theories, such as the export base theory, resource advantage theory, and neoclassical approach, assert that a region's economic growth heavily depends on the availability of natural resources, labor, capital, and technological innovation. The primary indicator for assessing growth and economic well-being in society is Gross Domestic Product (GDP) The increase in GDP accompanied by a decrease in the unemployment rate serves as an indicator of successful development. Therefore, the strengthening of regional development needs to be accompanied by equitable investment strategies and approaches that are appropriate to local characteristics so that the growth achieved can be inclusive and fair.

Community-based waste management in military housing areas, particularly within the environment of Markas Komando Pasukan Khusus (Makopassus), still faces several challenges. This service initiative aims to enhance the participation of the Army Wives Association (Persit) members of Kopassus in the Waste Bank program through the optimization of communication strategies. The method employed is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which actively involves the community in all stages of the activity, from problem identification to evaluation. Activities were carried out through outreach, technical training, online and offline communication campaigns, and participatory evaluations. The results show significant changes, including the formation of a Waste Bank working group, improved household waste sorting behavior, the emergence of local leaders from among Persit members, and the growth of collective awareness toward circular economy-based waste management. These findings confirm that communication strategies tailored to the audience's characteristics and based on community-centered approaches can effectively drive social change within military environments. This program holds the potential for replication in similar communities to support sustainable development through community empowerment.

These perceptions and experiences are influenced by investor characteristics, the quality of information sources, regulatory effectiveness, corporate communication practices, and social and media influence. This research concludes the necessity for enhanced ESG literacy, reporting standardization, stricter oversight, and transparent communication to build trust and promote sustainable investment in Indonesia.
