Gunungsari Village, Windusari District, is one of the areas facing quite serious challenges in efforts to develop basic literacy in school-age children. The main problems faced are low interest in reading, limited access to adequate reading materials, and learning methods that are still conventional. These conditions have implications for many children who are not able to read and write fluently despite having received an elementary school education. In response to this situation, the community service team took the initiative to implement a literacy program that uses an interactive learning approach through the development of a literacy park. This program is not only designed to be a learning platform, but also to create a learning atmosphere that is fun, contextual, and involves the active participation of children. Various activities are implemented, including storytelling, the provision of a reading corner, educational games such as math games, vocabulary quizzes, and the provision of simple rewards to maintain high learning motivation. This program activities are carried out periodically with the involvement of the school, the surrounding community, and also the village government, so that its sustainability has the support of various parties. The results of the implementation show a significant increase in children's literacy skills. Not only are they reading more fluently, but they are also better able to comprehend story content and write simple ideas. Furthermore, the children appear more confident in expressing themselves, are more active in every learning activity, and are beginning to demonstrate positive reading habits. A culture of literacy is also slowly growing through the existence of child-friendly and inclusive literacy parks. This proves that a fun, community-based literacy approach is highly relevant in rural areas with limited resources and can be a simple yet impactful means of educational transformation for children's futures.

This report contains the results of interviews conducted by students of Elementary School Teacher Education Program of Santo Thomas Catholic University with teachers and fifth grade students of SDN 068332 Medan Tuntungan. The main purpose of the interviews was to obtain information about learning difficulties, aggressive behavior, and student discipline. Through a qualitative approach and direct interviews, three main problems were found: students who experience learning difficulties, students with aggressive behavior, and students who often skip school or are undisciplined. The results of the interviews showed that learning difficulties were influenced by lack of concentration and learning support at home, aggressive behavior was caused by lack of emotional management and attention from the environment, and discipline problems were related to minimal motivation and family supervision. The guidance actions taken showed positive developments, such as increased courage of students to ask questions, reduced conflict between friends, and improved student attendance rates. The discussion emphasized the importance of collaboration between teachers, students, and parents to create a supportive learning environment. Guidance and counseling services with an empathetic approach and storytelling techniques have proven effective in fostering changes in students' attitudes and behaviors. In conclusion, open communication and consistent guidance are the keys to successful interventions for student problems in elementary schools.

Scriptwriters play an important role in effectively conveying messages and goals to the audience. A good script is able to build a logical storyline, convey a message implicitly and explicitly, and leave a deep impression on the audience. The goal to be achieved in writing this final project report is to explain the process of writing a script using narrative techniques in a feature video. In this final project, the script writing uses narrative techniques with a descriptive approach. In script writing, narrative techniques are applied in scripts as the main approach in building a structured storyline based on the attachment of cause-and-effect relationships between events. The narrative structure is divided into three stages, namely the preliminary stage (opening), the intermediate stage, and the closing stage (solution). The preliminary stage serves to introduce the phenomenon, the middle stage discusses the phenomenon more deeply, and the closing stage provides solutions to the problems raised. The application of this narrative technique proves that a good structure in scriptwriting is able to convey the message in a video feature effectively. The screenwriter has completed the tasks and roles in making an animated video entitled Kopi Nikmat Tantangan Hidup Sehat.

To increase efficiency, productivity and wider access to information in teaching and learning activities, the use of technology in the learning process is currently a top priority. However, problems arise when schools lack sufficient technological devices to support technology-based learning. Therefore, there is a need for innovation in creating appropriate and useful learning media. The use of video-based learning media combined with a digital story approach is an alternative to overcome this problem. The question now is whether this learning method is successful in increasing students' interest and knowledge of arts and culture? What learning methods are used to teach using story-based digital media? This research was conducted at MTS Misbahul Khair. Data was collected through questionnaires and observations. The study results show: 1) Digital video-based learning design has been used well. 2) The questionnaire shows that this media is effective; 80% of students say that video-based digital stories increase their interest, focus and understanding.
