Managing human resources and entrepreneurship are two crucial components of any successful organization. Human resources management focuses on recruiting, training, and retaining employees to ensure they can perform their job duties effectively. On the other hand, entrepreneurship involves the creation and development of new business ventures, products, or services. Both areas play a significant role in the overall success and growth of a company. In this paper, we will explore the intersection of human resources management and entrepreneurship, examining how these two disciplines can work together to drive innovation and organizational success. By leveraging the expertise and creativity of both HR professionals and entrepreneurs, companies can cultivate a culture of innovation and adaptability. This collaboration can lead to the development of cutting-edge products and services, as well as the implementation of forward-thinking HR practices that attract and retain top talent. However, integrating HR and entrepreneurship may also present challenges, such as balancing risk-taking with employee well-being and ensuring that organizational goals align with individual aspirations. Despite these obstacles, the potential benefits of combining these disciplines are vast, offering companies a strategic advantage in today's competitive business landscape.

Cloud-Based Accounting Systems (CBAS) are technological innovations that support digital transformation in financial management by increasing efficiency, transparency, and real-time data access. This system helps companies reduce manual recording errors, improve reporting accuracy, and accelerate data-based decision-making processes. In addition, CBAS also has advantages in terms of flexibility of use and compliance with accounting standards, making it a relevant solution for modern companies. Although CBAS offers many benefits, its implementation can also create a perception of technological superiority that does not fully reflect reality if it is not balanced with organizational and human resource readiness. Challenges often faced in implementing CBAS include dependence on cloud services, data security threats, and errors in system input or configuration that can lead to inaccurate financial reports. In addition, overly high expectations for automation can lead to neglect of manual supervision that is still needed to maintain the reliability of financial information. The success of CBAS implementation is highly dependent on a well-designed implementation strategy, adequate user training, and appropriate risk mitigation measures. With careful planning and a strategic approach, CBAS can serve as a tool that increases financial transparency and efficiency, not just a technology trend that provides no real benefits.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly used in financial accounting to improve decision-making effectiveness. This research analyzes the role of AI in supporting data-driven decision making and identifies challenges in its implementation. Using a qualitative approach with the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this study reviewed 41 relevant articles from national and international journals. The results showed that 28 studies supported the effectiveness of AI in improving financial decision-making by automating transaction recording, enabling algorithm-based predictive analysis, and detecting financial anomalies. AI enables companies to respond faster to market changes, increase transparency of financial reports, and reduce human errors in accounting processes. However, 13 studies highlighted challenges such as technological complexity, limited transparency in decision-making, algorithmic bias, and organizational readiness. In addition, evolving regulations are an obstacle to ensuring optimal use of AI while minimizing ethical and legal risks. The success of AI in financial decision-making depends on infrastructure readiness, regulatory support, and human resource competencies. Without a well-planned strategy, AI may pose new challenges that hinder its effectiveness. Therefore, this study provides insights into the optimal AI implementation strategy to ensure that this technology improves the accuracy and transparency of decision making while maintaining financial accounting accountability.

The implementation of MYOB Accounting at the Blue Campus Prosperous Employee Cooperative is a strategic step to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial management. Previously, this cooperative used a manual system which was prone to errors and took time in the process of recording transactions. By switching to MYOB Accounting, cooperatives can automate various financial processes, from recording daily transactions to monthly financial reports. This implementation not only speeds up the administrative process, but also increases the transparency and accountability of financial reports. As a result, the Biru Sejahtera Campus Employee Cooperative has experienced an increase in data-based decision making, as well as making it easier for members to access financial information. Accounting information systems and internal control are two important factors in company operations. These two things are related to each other and influence each other. This research focuses on evaluating the inventory, sales and receivables accounting information system to improve internal control at CV Karunia. This research uses qualitative methods with CV Karunia as the research subject. The data used is primary and secondary data from CV Karunia. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained is then analyzed and a result is obtained. At CV Karunia, it was found that the implementation of tasks was not in accordance with its responsibilities. It is known that inventory, warehouse and goods receipt are carried out by the same department. Apart from that, the sales and receivables section can be carried out by many people in the company so that unrecorded sales transactions often occur. This occurs due to a lack of standard operational procedures related to clear division of tasks and inadequate evaluation from the company. So it is hoped that companies will create standard operating procedures, clear division of responsibilities, and carry out routine audits.

The state's contribution from taxes amounts to 85%, indicating the dominant role of taxes in significantly contributing to the state's finances. This research aims to examine the influence of the self-assessment system and tax audits on the Value Added Tax (VAT) revenue. The self-assessment system emphasizes the active role of taxpayers in fulfilling their tax obligations; however, the potential for taxpayer non-compliance may negatively impact tax revenue. Therefore, tax audits are essential to balance the implementation of the self-assessment system and ensure that the filing of Tax Returns (SPT) aligns with the conditions of the taxable objects. This study employs a quantitative method with descriptive analysis. Data analysis involves multiple linear regression and testing classical assumptions such as multicollinearity, autocorrelation, normality, and heteroskedasticity. Hypothesis testing is conducted using t-tests and F-tests with the assistance of SPSS 22. A sample of 36 respondents was selected based on specific criteria, and secondary data were obtained from the Mulyorejo Primary Tax Office in the form of documents. The research findings indicate that simultaneously, the self-assessment system and tax audits do not significantly influence VAT revenue in the Mulyorejo Primary Tax Office during the period of 2020-2022. The implication is that while the active role of taxpayers and tax audits has potential impacts, their simultaneous implementation does not significantly contribute to the increased Value Added Tax revenue in the region.

By exploring international cooperation between Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia in the use of local currency through the Local Currency Settlement (LCS) framework, this research details the deeper context regarding concerns regarding dependence on the US Dollar after the 2016-2017 financial crisis. with an emphasis on the development of the use of local currencies after the Asian crisis of 1997-1998. This research reveals that one of the main criteria for establishing an optimal currency area (OCA) is exchange rate stability. In looking at the research results, a positive evolution of the use of local currencies in post-crisis ASEAN cooperation is illustrated, especially through the LCS initiative involving Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia. Although LCS implementation trends show positivity, further improvement is identified as an urgent need to bring it in line with total trade between countries. Hope lies in the LCS collaboration which is expected to strengthen currency stability, spur economic growth and increase trade activity in the region. Thus, this research provides valuable insight into the urgency of regional cooperation in managing dependence on global currencies, especially the US Dollar.
