Administration is very necessary for the continuity of the teaching and learning process in the world of education. All of that cannot be separated from the activeness of those who master the administration in the school. People often underestimate the field of administration, even though if the administration is held by less skilled people then the administration will be messy and will not run properly. People who hold administration are people who have been trained in their field (people who have received knowledge or training). Administration is not only in financial terms but also in our neatness and order in bookkeeping. Administration is not only carried out within a certain time but every day systematically. The success of education in schools must be supported by orderly, directed, and planned school administration services. Where in its implementation must follow the direction of the development of an increasingly modern era and growing technological media. For this reason, there needs to be a clear and programmatic division of administrative tasks in each school to create a better school later.

The purpose of this paper is to find out about the hadiths about faith and the immoral actions of believers. The method used in this research is Content Analysis, with data collection techniques using library research. So far, many people have assumed that faith lies in the realm of theology alone. Whereas on the other hand the individual and sociological domains have an important role as a form of implementation of faith. If we examine more deeply about the Qur'an and Hadith, there are many verses and texts that state that faith is closely related to charity and morals. Morals can of course be seen from the way or attitudes of  humans in their daily lives, not only attitudes but can also be seen and become the human character itself. Having clear and strong faith means that our lives are directed towards one rule that we believe in and implement in life.

Religious moderation plays a crucial role in Indonesia, a society with diverse beliefs and religious backgrounds. Religious leaders, with government support, strive to prevent violence and intolerance in Indonesia. One approach used is interfaith moderation. The concept of moderate Islam becomes a significant religious perspective in addressing diversity in Indonesia. To strengthen the role of Islamic schools (madrasah) in combating radicalism and extremism, religious moderation needs to be incorporated into the madrasah curriculum. The aim of this approach is to mediate between two extreme poles while emphasizing the importance of internalizing religious teachings on one side and understanding the context of religious texts on the other side. To examine this issue, the research was conducted using qualitative methods, particularly a case study. This method aims to find meaning, investigate processes, and gain in-depth understanding of individuals, groups, or situations. In analyzing the data, the researcher applied an interactive model. Data analysis activities include data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The research results indicate that religious moderation instilled in students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Khairat Kwandang, North Gorontalo Regency, not only occurs in formal settings but is also integrated into every learning session.
