In today's digital era, social media has developed into a major platform for networking, sharing information and communicating. Toxic is behavior on social media that is described as destructive, hostile, and embarrassing. Conflict, societal divisions, and psychological harm can all result from this practice. This study uses a thematic method with a thematic approach. The results of this study discuss from the perspective of hadith which refers to the sayings and deeds of the Prophet Muhammad, there are guidelines and standards that can help individuals deal with harmful social media. This journal will look at the negative effects of social media from a hadith point of view, emphasizing the meaning and application of hadiths. In the results of his research, it is hoped that people will become more aware of the harmful effects of toxic social media and take steps to reduce destructive behavior and promote inclusive and healthy communication by taking into account the principles and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad.

Teachers are a key element in the education system, especially in schools. All other components, ranging from curriculum, infrastructure, costs, and so on will not mean much if teachers who hold strategic positions are unable to maximize their performance. The purpose of the literature review is to review how teachers perform as strategic human resources in the education system in Indonesia. Methods: The literature review was conducted based on issues, methodology, similarities and further research proposals. The 5 studies used were qualitative research methods. The results of the 5 studies showed that teacher performance as a strategic human resource in the Indonesian education system is strongly influenced by work motivation factors.

This research focuses on students who show less involvement and seriousness in learning. This research emphasizes the importance of using effective lesson opening and closing techniques during the learning process to increase student participation and achieve learning goals. This research aims to analyze the impact of teachers' skills in opening and closing PAI lessons on student engagement, using qualitative methods such as observation, interviews and document analysis to ensure the credibility of the data. teachers have used lesson opening and closing skills to increase student engagement, although not all of these skills are used optimally. There are several indicators, such as student interaction and use of tools, that are not commonly used by teachers. As a result, the skills for opening and closing PAI lessons have been implemented but not fully maximized by teachers. Despite this, students have shown a high level of engagement in learning, which indicates that the better the teacher's skills, the more engaged the students will be.

The learning process of students can be assessed through evaluation methods. The purpose of this evaluation is to assess learning outcomes as well as to evaluate the learning process. The concept of learning evaluation involves the control, assurance, and establishment of learning quality for all components at various levels and pathways of education, which is the responsibility of educational management. Assessment is the process of using various methods and tools to collect information about specific learning outcomes. Measurement, in English, refers to an action taken to adjust something. The basic way of measuring is by comparing something to a certain standard. Educators provide a series of tasks or questions to students to gauge their understanding and reach an agreement between students and teachers regarding the taught material, in line with current learning objectives, commonly referred to as tests. Therefore, it can be concluded from the table that tests are a benchmark for success in delivering education through educational assessment.

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of the principal's supervision of teacher discipline in madrasas. Teacher discipline is an important factor in improving the quality of education, and principal supervision has a key role in ensuring standards of discipline. The research method used is descriptive, bibliographic in nature by collecting data in the form of literature. The research results show that effective supervision by school principals contributes significantly to increasing teacher discipline. In addition, it was found that the frequency and quality of supervision, as well as the approach used by school principals, greatly influenced the level of teacher compliance with applicable regulations and procedures. These findings emphasize the importance of the active role of school principals in carrying out structured and consistent supervision to create a disciplined and high-quality educational environment.

Maharah Kitabah is the most urgent Arabic language skill in learning Arabic, this is because this skill is the peak that includes all other skills. So if students understand it, it will be easier for them to understand Arabic as a whole. In this case the author conducted research by analyzing the obstacles to learning the Maharah Kitabah. The aim of the research is to find out what obstacles or mistakes hinder students from improving their Arabic writing skills, especially at the Tahfiz Darul Mafaza Islamic Boarding School, Deli Serdang. By focusing this research on Maharah Al-Kitabah, efforts can be made to obtain good learning strategies, so that students' understanding will be much better and they will get solutions to the problems they face when writing Arabic language sequences. This research was conducted using a qualitative and descriptive approach. Students at the Tahfiz Darul Mafaza Islamic Boarding School in Deli Serdang face problems in Maharah Al-Kitabah, and this research aims to describe these errors and problems. Data are collected in natural environments and phenomena are interpreted using qualitative methods. Apart from that, to gain a better understanding of the problem being researched, the researchers used methods such as qualitative surveys and also used an analytical approach which the author quoted from various secondary data, in the form of scientific journals, theses and internet media.  

Managemen of teaching staff and education staff is a complex and strategic process to improve the quality of education.In this context,the managemen of teaching and educational staff focuses on the effective and efficient development,managemen and use of human resources.In this way,the managemen of teaching staff and educational staff can improve the quality of educational,increase teacher motivation and job satisfaction,and improve the quality of educational services provided. In the managemen of teaching staff and educational sataff,several important factors that need to be considered are the development of teacher competency,time and resource management,and the use of technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Apart from that,management of teaching staff must also pay attetion to other aspects such as organizational culture,commonication and teacher job satisfaction.Thus,management of teaching staff and educational staff can be an effective strategy for improving the quality of education and increasing student achievement.

The purpose of this research is to develop interactive learning media using Wordwall applications in Akidah subjects, especially the material of faith in angels, which is motivated by learning that is still monotonous and less innovative, so that it has an impact on student motivation and understanding that is less than optimal. Qualitative research with a descriptive approach was conducted through observations, interviews, and literature studies to develop Wordwall learning media. The results showed that the use of Wordwall interactive learning media proved effective in increasing students' motivation and understanding of the material of faith in angels, and the Wordwall application is considered to be an alternative learning media that is interesting and innovative, especially in online learning. This research emphasises the importance of the teacher's role in using learning media that suits the needs and characteristics of students, as well as utilising technological developments to make learning more interesting.

This thesis aims to: 1) Find out the concept of Islamic religious education teachers in learning ablution procedures for students at the special school for the deaf, Don Bosco Wonosobo, 2) Find out what the role of Islamic religious education teachers is in learning ablution procedures for students at the special school for the deaf, Don Bosco Wonosobo. , 3) knowing how to carry out learning ablution procedures for students at the Don Bosco Wonosobo special school for the deaf.This thesis uses a qualitative research approach where the type of research is field research presented with descriptive data. The subjects in this research were Islamic religious education teachers at the Don Boso special school, the principal of the Don Bosco special school and also students at the Don Bosco special school. Technique data collection uses observation methods, semi-structured interviews and also documentation. Data sources were obtained from field research and also qualitative research. The analysis technique used is a data analysis technique, namely the analysis of data that has been collected by researchers through methodological tools. Where data is obtained using a data analysis process in the form of data reduction, data presentation and also conclusions or verification. To test the validity of the data, extended observations, persistence of observations, and triangulation were carried out. The research results show that the concept of Islamic religious education teachers at the Don Bosco special school regarding learning ablution procedures is to emphasize the repetition method where students with hearing impairments have quite short memories which requires teachers to take steps by having students perform ablution practices one by one. The role of the Islamic religious education teacher at the Don Bosco special school is the main factor in students' success in carrying out daily worship, for example introducing ablution material from the pre-primary class. Then, with the implementation of learning about ablution procedures carried out by Don Bosco special school students using the repetition method as well as practice carried out in each learning activity with the aim of increasing students' memory regarding the steps for ablution and also the number of washings in each movement. By practicing ablution one by one, the teacher can find out where each student's mistakes are.

Education plays an important role in the progress of a nation, the high number of Islamic communities in Indonesia, including in Deli Serdang Regency, can be ensured that Muslims in Indonesia have an important role in the progress of a nation. Professor Toshiko Kinosita stated that Indonesia's human resources are still very weak to support industrial and economic development, the reason is because the government has never placed education as the most important priority, there are still various education problems that have not been resolved, such as limited education funds. , shortage of teaching materials, low number of skilled teaching staff, and inadequate facilities. To advance the nation's education, development is needed both in terms of physical and learning methods. Therefore, one effective solution is to build a Tahfidz Islamic Boarding School based on General Education. The development of science requires society to choose between focusing on knowledge in the field of religion or academics in general. Often people dream of mastering balanced knowledge, but many schools only focus education on one scientific field and reduce the quota in other fields so that knowledge becomes unbalanced. Tahfidz Islamic Boarding School is designed to provide knowledge and comfort in the learning process, equipped with adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as a more aesthetic building shape. This research aims to analyze the challenges and obstacles in developing the Tahfidz Islamic Boarding School based on General Education, and develop an inclusive and friendly solution environment. The focus is on meeting the needs of varying user abilities, while ensuring good accessibility and sustainability. In the design, building design innovations are also proposed to achieve this goal, taking into account aesthetics and Islamic values ​​in accordance with the function of the building. The methods used include mixed qualitative methods with observation, comparative studies, case studies, interviews and document analysis. The building which applies Islamic architectural concepts in the design of the Tahfidz Islamic Boarding School will also consider Islamic aesthetics and values ​​in its application.

Administration plays an important role in the success of a school, of course this must be supported by how the application of administrative functions is orderly and organized. This study aims to determine how the application of administrative functions in the Integrated School of Muhamadiyah 36 Medan. This research was conducted with a qualitative method in the form of a survey. The source of data to be obtained comes from the results of interviews and observations of teachers and administrative staff. The results of the research obtained state that Muhamdiyah 36 Medan Integrated Elementary School is an orderly and organized educational institution in accordance with the role of administrative functions to be achieved.

When it comes to designing learning activities that will provide the best learning out comes, pedagogical expertise is the most important factor to take in to account. In actuality, though, there are still educators who lack pedagogical competency. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Islamic Education (PAI) teachers' pedagogical proficiency in PAI learning activities at Bakong PittayaSchool in Pattani, Thailand. To comprehend the elements influencing the level of pedagogical competenceof PAI instructors at Bakong Pittaya School in Pattani, Thailand, as well as the characteristics of teacher competence in Thailand. This study takes a descriptive approach while using a qualitative research methodology. Data collection techniques, content analysis, interviews, and observation are all part of qualitative research. This study is being conducted at Bakong Pittaya School in Pattani, Thailand. According to the author's discussions with Islamic Education instructors and the school director, the pedagogical ability of PAI teachers at Bakong Pittaya School in Pattani, Thailand, is deemed good. Three components make up the pedagogical competency of PAI teachers: creating learning implementation plans (RPPs), carrying out learning, and conducting assessments. Teacher competency in Thailand is regulated by a teacher constitution that out lines the abilities or competencies a teacher must have, referred to as the teacher standards. Factors affecting the quality of pedagogical competence of PAI teachers in Thailand include internal factors such as efforts and initiatives from the PAI teachers themselves to develop knowledge in their field. Lack of discipline and responsibility among teachers pose a significant challenge for schools in Thailand in improving teacher competence. External factors include the school's support in providing learning facilities. Supporting factors involveactive participation from parents, community associations, teacher representatives, student representatives, directors, and principals, as well as academic experts/advisors, all of whom are part of the school committee. Organizational culture and work environment play a significant role in teacher performance in determining direction and success. The combination of the two creates a complex dynamic in teacher performance in schools. The purpose of this study is to reveal the extent to which these two factors interact and influence the quality of teacher performance in schools. This research uses the literature review method from various scientific papers or journals. The results of the literature review show that organizational culture and work environment affect teacher performance, namely an inclusive organizational culture. In addition, there is a significant effect on the work environment on teacher performance, which indicates that the work environment can be one of the factors that influence the improvement of teacher performance in schools. Thus, organizational culture and work environment can improve teacher performance in schools.

Zakat and waqf are forms of worship that have two dimensions, namely the vertical dimension, which is a manifestation of a servant's obedience to his rabb. This research is a qualitative research, in accordance with the object of study, this type of research is included in the category of library research.Islamic philanthropy in this case zakat and waqf are regulated by the state in the form of laws. The role of the state is still considered overlapping in some juridical cases in its application considering that the study in this research highlights more juridical aspects. Zakat and waqf are important instruments in Islamic philanthropy that have an important role in helping the poor, improving community welfare, encouraging wealth distribution, cleansing the Self and wealth, increasing piety to Allah SWT and achieving the goals of Islamic philanthropy. Effective and professional management of zakat and waqf will maximize its benefits to achieve these goals. 

This research aims to explore the prophetic leadership in the story of the prophet Solomon. First, this story is one of the stories that contains many lessons and can be taken by subsequent leaders with Solomon's firm, clever and disciplined leadership style. Everything is explained in QS. Al-Naml verses 15-44. Second, Prophet Solomon was a prophet and king who did not make wealth a priority even though he had perfect power, but led according to God's rules. Third, the stories in the Qur'an are certainly inseparable from warnings and lessons, so it is necessary for every group to emulate what is taught in the Qur'an, one of which is emulating the leadership attitude of Prophet Solomon. The leadership criteria are: thorough and firm in leading, intellectual, sharp in decisions, virtuous, anti-bribery, physically fit, and always praying.

Students are the nation's successors, so students need to have good morals and morals. This character will grow through the family, school and community environments. One way to instill good morals and morals is through discipline at school. The words discipline are sometimes a scourge for students, because some teachers still apply violence in disciplinary education. Punishment is not an effective method for creating self-control in students. The punishment imposed will encourage bullying at school. The impact of punishment has a negative impact on students not only physically but also mentally. Therefore, it is necessary to apply positive discipline in every school, because by implementing positive discipline, long-term self-discipline will be created. This research on the application of positive discipline was carried out at Mts PUI Ciwedus Kuningan. We hope this research provides a new picture of nonviolent discipline patterns. It is hoped that this research will provide a new picture of non-violent discipline patterns when examining incidents of teacher violence for disciplinary reasons.    

This research article was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the application of the wafa method, namely a method using the right brain in improving the ability to read the Al-Qur'an at SDIT Tawakkal Pacitan for the 2023/2024 academic year. This wafa method has been implemented at SDIT Tawakkal since 2018, making it the first elementary school in Pacitan to apply the Wafa method for learning the Al-Qur'an. This research was carried out from 25 May 2024 to 25 June 2024. This research was carried out at SDIT Tawakkal involving students in class 3 B or Ali Bin Abi Talib class as research subjects. The research uses descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. Based on research in the field, it was found that the application of the wafa method at SDIT Tawakkal can improve the ability to read the Al-Qur'an.

This study aims to examine the strategy of Da'wah and cadre applied by Kh Abdullah Said in forming agents of social change in Indonesia. The background of this study is the significant role of Abdullah Said in the world of Da'wah and Islamic education through the establishment of Hidayatullah Islamic boarding school. The research method used is a literature study, where data is collected from various library sources such as books, journals, and related documents. Research findings indicate that Abdullah Said placed da'wah as a top priority and was active in Cadre from a young age. He developed a structured method of Da'wah known as Manhaj Sistematika Nuzulul Wahyu, and founded a boarding school that combined religious education with practical skills training. The implications of this study suggest that a systematic approach and high commitment in Da'wah can produce effective agents of social change. The study also suggests the need for further research to explore the long-term impact of Abdullah Said's da'wah methods in different social contexts.

The purpose of this research is to explain the role of religious education in helping the process of character formation of students at Madinatussalam Private MTs. Qualitative descriptive research method. In the process of collecting data, using observation, interviews and documentation methods. Meanwhile, for the analysis, qualitative descriptive analysis techniques are used, namely in the form of written or verbal data from people and observed behavior so that in this case the author attempts to conduct research that thoroughly describes the actual situation. The author can conclude the results of this research as follows: First, the school's efforts to realize character education are: 1) conducting Islamic studies; 2) take advantage of the commemoration of Islamic Holidays (PHBI); 3) oblige and get used to saying hello and shaking hands with teachers; 4) oblige and make it a habit to always comply with the rules and culture at school; 5) make it mandatory and get used to always praying in congregation when at school. Second, the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers in forming student character: 1) maximizing the delivery of Islamic religious education material; 2) instilling the Islamic style of Ahlusunnah Waljama'ah; 3) Islamic religious education teachers must be active and be role models for their students in applying character education. Third, the strategies carried out by Islamic religious education teachers: 1) use of effective learning approach methods; 2) use of discussion and demonstration methods.    

This research examines the law of studying science in article 1, that science is always developing until now. This study concludes that the law of studying knowledge explains that studying knowledge is one of the most important parts of human life, without knowledge humans will not be able to develop. Demanding knowledge is also considered as a starting point in fostering awareness in behavior. Moreover, in the concept of Islam there is a belief that emphasizes that learning is an obligation and sinful for those who leave it. This belief is so shaping in believers, so they have a high learning ethos and are full of enthusiasm and expect God's “sublime promise” as said in His verse.
