This study aims to analyze the actualization of administrative service quality in managing school administration at MTs Darussalam Parigi Baru, Pondok Aren District, South Tangerang City, including service implementation, challenges encountered, and improvement efforts. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the head of administration, administrative staff, teachers, and students. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that administrative services have been implemented reasonably well through the application of excellent service principles, including reliability, responsiveness, responsibility, and effective communication in correspondence and student administration services. However, several challenges remain, such as limited human resources, partially manual filing systems, inadequate administrative facilities, and the absence of well-established standard operating procedures (SOPs). Improvement efforts have been carried out through strengthening work coordination, enhancing staff discipline, and developing a more structured administrative system. This study concludes that the quality of administrative services plays a strategic role in supporting administrative effectiveness and improving the quality of educational services in madrasahs.

This study aims to determine the effect of Field Work Practice (PKL) and Career Planning on the Job Readiness of grade XII students at SMKN 31 Jakarta. The research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population consisted of all grade XII students of SMKN 31 Jakarta, and a saturated sampling technique was applied so that the entire population became the research sample. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination with the assistance of IBM SPSS. The results indicate that Field Work Practice has a positive and significant effect on Job Readiness, with a t-value of 9.967 and a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). Career Planning also has a positive and significant effect on Job Readiness, with a t-value of 8.318 and a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). Simultaneously, Field Work Practice and Career Planning significantly influence Job Readiness, as indicated by an F-value of 88.543 and a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). The regression equation obtained was Y = -1.782 + 0.638X₁ + 0.450X₂. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.571 shows that both variables contribute 57.1% to Job Readiness, while 42.9% is influenced by other factors. The findings suggest that better implementation of PKL and more mature Career Planning are associated with higher levels of student Job Readiness.

This research is a quantitative research using a phenomenological approach. Research that uses a systematic approach to collect, analyze and interpret numerical data obtained directly from the field. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of observation techniques, questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were 50 respondents of class IV E and IV F students of MIN 1 East Kutai. Furthermore, to analyze the data, the researcher used a simple linear regression formula with validity and reliability test calculations and assisted by using the IBM SPSS 2.6 application. From the calculation results, it was found that the results that influenced technology-based learning media on increasing student learning interest were 0.307 with an interval category between 0.200-0.390 which means having a low correlation level so that it can form a regression equation Y = 46.358 + 0.277X. The results of the hypothesis that were tested using the t test obtained results of 2.146> 2.010 or tcount> ttable, so it can be stated that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Based on the results of t count, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship or influence between the independent variables on the dependent variables. Thus, the Influence of Technology-Based Learning Media on Increasing Learning Interest in Grade IV Students at MIN 1 Kutai Timur has a positive value with a determinant coefficient of 9.42% and 90.58% is influenced by other factors such as learning models, teacher motivation, school environment, and parental guidance.

This study aims to determine the effect of using sequential picture media on students' ability to complete cloze sentences among third-grade students at MI Al-Hikmah Masangan in the 2024/2025 academic year. The research method used in this study is a quasi-experimental design with a Non-Equivalent Control Group design. The research sample consisted of two classes: the experimental class, which received treatment using sequential picture media, and the control class, which did not receive any treatment. The instrument used in this study was a cloze test that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data obtained were analyzed using statistical tests. The population in this study comprised all third-grade students at MI Al-Hikmah Masangan in the 2024/2025 academic year, totaling 28 students. Based on the results of the analysis, a significant difference was found between the experimental and control classes. This is evidenced by the hypothesis test results, which showed a significance value of 0.021 < 0.05, leading to the rejection of H0 and the acceptance of H1. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of sequential picture media has a significant effect on the ability of third-grade students at MI Al-Hikmah Masangan to complete cloze sentences.

The application of learning media based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is an important part in improving the quality of learning in elementary schools, especially in class V of SD Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Pekalongan. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using ICT media in improving interactivity, attractiveness, and flexibility of learning, as well as identifying obstacles faced during the teaching and learning process. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews with teachers, questionnaires to students, and direct observation of the learning process. Qualitative data was analyzed using a thematic approach, while quantitative data was processed descriptively and inferentially to measure student engagement and understanding. Data triangulation was conducted to ensure the validity and reliability of the findings. The results show that ICT media can increase students' motivation and involvement in learning, provide flexibility in accessing materials, but there are obstacles in the form of adjusting learning materials and limited supporting infrastructure. In conclusion, the integration of ICT media in basic learning needs to be supported by training for teachers and infrastructure development so that its implementation is more optimal and has a positive impact on the quality of education.

This study aims to determine the level of self-esteem in students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program of Sanata Dharma University Class of 2020-2021 who work part-time, as well as identify items measuring aspects of self-esteem in students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program of Sanata Dharma University Class of 2020-2021 who work part-time, on the achievement of scores that are identified as poor or less than optimal. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The sample of this study was 40 students of the Sanata Dharma University Guidance and Counseling Study Program Class of 2020-2021 who worked part-time. Data collection techniques through surveys with google forms. The number of valid items on the self-esteem scale is 28 items and has a Cronbach Alpha reliability index of 0.961. The results showed that the level of self-esteem in students who work part-time is very high at 55%. The results of this study also show that there are 2 items with moderate score achievements on the self-esteem scale, so there are 2 proposed topics regarding time management and priorities and planning and priorities, which can be used as material for lecturer discussions with students.

The research that has been carried out is entitled "The Influence of the P2RE Learning Model in Improving the Ability to Write News Texts for class This research aims to improve the ability to write news texts through the P2RE (Preparation, Organizing, Reflective and Evaluation) learning model for class XI students at SMA Rahmat Islamiyah Medan. This research methodology is quantitative by producing a pretest and posttest. Research procedures include planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. Data collection techniques through non-tests (tests on student learning outcomes, observation, documentation and questionnaires). Data analysis includes data analysis of validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, homogeneity tests, hypothesis tests. The results of the research revealed that the results of student learning observations at the pretest stage were 9.9%. At the stage of working on pretest questions individually the average score for students at XI SMA Rahmat Islamiyah Medan was only 76.2, while at the posttest stage student learning outcomes were 14.6% and at the posttest question stage as a group the students' average score was 89.33. So the conclusion is that the average student score increased after being given the P2RE learning model by 13,11.

This study aims to find out the difference in self-acceptance rates between students and 7th grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Yogyakarta during puberty. This study also aims to find out the level of self-acceptance in students and students separately. This study uses a comparative quantitative method with 60 students out of a total of 192 students. Data was collected through a Google Form questionnaire containing 47 items based on aspects of self-acceptance according to Hurlock (2004). The reliability of the instrument was tested using Alpha Cronbach with a coefficient of 0.917. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the level of self-acceptance between students and students. Based on data analysis, 20.7% of students are in the medium category, 65.5% in the low category, and 13.8% in the very low category. For female students, 6.5% were in the very high category, 3.2% in the high category, 61.3% in the medium category, 22.6% in the low category, and 6.5% in the very low category. These results are used as the basis for the preparation of social personal guidance topics in the Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Sanata Dharma University, Yogyakarta.

This study aims to describe the level and influence of motivation that affects students' mathematical number sense ability on integer material viewed from the learning motivation of class VII students of MTS Al-Fattah Singkawang. This research method is descriptive with qualitative research type. The subjects in this study were 30 class VII C students. The objects in this study are mathematical number sense ability and students' learning motivation on integer material. Data collection using student motivation questionnaires and instruments in the form of descriptive tests that are adjusted to the number sense ability indicators and have been tested using content validation, construct validation, reliability, discriminatory power, and level of difficulty. The data analysis techniques used are questionnaire data analysis and test data analysis (scoring, data description, and interviews). The research results obtained are; 1) The level of mathematical number sense ability viewed from high learning motivation is at the medium level of number sense ability, 2) The level of mathematical number sense ability viewed from medium learning motivation is at the medium level of number sense ability, 3) The level of mathematical number sense ability viewed from low learning motivation is at the medium level of number sense ability 4) Factors of student learning motivation that affect number sense ability include; 1) the surrounding environment 2) students are less enthusiastic in learning 3) students' memory decreases 4) students' lack of understanding.

This study aims to: 1) describe the mathematical connection ability viewed from high learning independence; 2) to describe students' mathematical connection ability viewed from moderate learning independence, 3) to describe students' mathematical connection ability viewed from low learning independence. This research method is a descriptive method with a qualitative research type. The subjects in this study were 30 students of grade VIII. The objects in this study were students' mathematical connection ability and learning independence on the Pythagorean theorem material. Data collection instruments in the form of written tests in the form of descriptions according to indicators of mathematical connection ability, learning independence questionnaires and interviews that have been tested with content validity, construct validity, reliability, level of difficulty and discriminatory power. The overall results of the study indicate that the level of learning independence and mathematical connection ability of grade VIII students at MTs Ushuludin Singkawang on the Pythagorean theorem material is in the moderate category. While specifically showing that: 1) for students' mathematical connection ability reviewed from high independence, the average category is medium, namely 2.33 with an average value of 77.7. 2) for students' mathematical connection ability reviewed from moderate learning independence, the average category is medium, namely 2.20 with an average value of 73.85. 3) for mathematical connection ability reviewed from low learning independence, the average category is medium, namely 2.37 with an average value of 79.16.

This study aims to evaluate the impact of the effectiveness of microteaching on the teaching skills and teaching preparation of FKIP students. The research hypothesis states that the effectiveness of microteaching will have a positive impact on teaching ability and teaching motivation. The research method used is descriptive and includes data collection using questionnaires and document research. The research population was all FKIP students who took microteaching courses in the even semester of the 2017/2018 academic year, with a sample of 158 students. Research variables include microteaching effectiveness, teaching skills, and teaching motivation, and their validity and reliability were tested. Data were analyzed using the normality test. The results of the analysis show that the effectiveness of microteaching has a positive impact on students' teaching skills and teaching motivation. Recommendations from this research include organizing micro learning materials systematically, providing summaries at the end of learning, and promoting the use of interesting media in the learning process. Through structured training, it is hoped that FKIP students' teaching abilities will increase.

This research aims to determine: (1) the communication process of teachers and students; (2) the communication pattern of teachers and students; and (3) the teacher's strategy to communicate with class XII MPLB students in learning human resource management at SMK N 1 Surakarta. This research is mixed with the type of sequential explanatory designs using descriptive quantitative and qualitative phenomenological research approaches. Respondents are all students of class XII MPLB and informants of teachers and students of class XII MPLB SMK N 1 Surakarta. The sampling technique used was quota sampling for quantitative data and purposive sampling for qualitative data. Data collection was done by questionnaire, interview, observation, and document study. The data validity test technique was carried out with content validation for quantitative data and reliability testing with source triangulation and technical triangulation, transferability testing, dependability testing, and confirmability testing. Quantitative data analysis used descriptive and qualitative data that was analyzed with an interactive model. The results showed that: (1) The communication process of teachers and students of class XII MPLB in learning human resource management at SMK N 1 Surakarta is still not optimal, with the majority using mixed language, fierce expressions, and voice intonations that are tense and frightening. (2) Communication patterns that occur in learning are one-way, two-way, and multi-directional. However, as much as 44.8% of the communication that occurs is one-way, which means that the tendency of communication that occurs is one-way because teachers tend to only lecture and tell their personal experiences, and students' perceptions if they ask questions or have opinions are not on their own initiative. As many as 51.4% of students' courage to ask questions is not optimal because students are afraid of teachers who look fierce and feel embarrassed with their friends. As many as 52.4% of students' courage in conveying ideas is not optimal because they are afraid of their fierce teachers and are not confident. As many as 54.3% of students feel that teachers value students' opinions, but there are also those who feel otherwise. (3) The communication strategy carried out by the teacher is to use a friendly approach to create a good relationship between teachers and students. In addition, teachers also show cheerfulness in learning by using humor to create a pleasant learning atmosphere and help students feel motivated to learn. Thus, these strategies help create a positive learning environment and support students' active participation.

The purpose of this study was to describe the theoretical and empirical validity of the developed science literacy test instrument related to local wisdom in Probolinggo. This type of research is Research and Development with development steps modified by Sugiyono (2019). The test subjects of this study were students of class XII SMAN 1 Dringu. The development results that have been validated by 3 validators obtained 15 questions in the form of descriptions. The results of theoretical validity obtained mode scores in the domains of material, construction, and language 4, 4, and 3 respectively with very good and good categories. Theoretically valid test instruments were tested on 30 students. The results of the empirical instrument analysis are, (a) The level of difficulty of the items obtained is 0.31 to 0.68 with a moderate category, (b) The distinguishing power of the items obtained is an index of distinguishing power of -0.06 to 0.50 with low, medium, good enough, and very good categories, (c) The reliability of the instrument obtained  of 0.86 with the instrument declared reliable, (d) The validity of the items obtained a correlation number of 0.01 to 0.84 with very low, low, sufficient, high, and very high categories.

This research aims to describe the quality of the questions in terms of the validity and reliability of the four-tier diagnostic test instrument as well as identifying students' misconceptions regarding rectilinear motion material using the four-tier diagnostic test. This research is research using the Ex Post Facto method with a quantitative descriptive research type. The quality of the questions is reviewed in terms of instrument validity, namely internal validity including content, construct and language, then external validity including content and construct. The results of the analysis in this study show that the internal validity for the content, construct and language domains is 91%, 90% and 91% respectively. External validity includes content with respective false positives and false negative values ​​of 9.0% and 7.33%, then the construct aspect produces a value of 0.47. The reliability of the instrument shows that rcount = 0.420. The factors that cause misconceptions experienced by students originate from within themselves, originating from humanistic thinking with a percentage of 25.98%, then from preconceptions, associative thinking, wrong intuition and wrong reasoning with percentages of 18.38%, 15.44%, 5.88% respectively, and 5.64%.

This research aims to create an instrument to measure critical thinking skills in algebra material for students at SMP N 1 Percut Sei Tuan, especially for class VII students. The research was carried out on October 24 2023 using the R&D (research and development) approach and the Borg & Gall model which has 10 stages, namely: data collection, planning, product draft development, design validation and revision, product refinement resulting from field trials, field trials ( large groups), product refinement, and implementation. This research produced a reliability value of 0.702 with 60 respondents and 5 questions, which states that the 5 questions were reliable. By carrying out this research, it is possible to determine students' critical thinking abilities and at the same time improve the critical thinking abilities of students at SMP N 1 Percut Sei Tuan..

This research aims to determine the effect of using colored text on student learning outcomes in opportunity material and to see students' interest in learning using colored text. This research design uses Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Test questions and questionnaires were used as research instruments. Test questions are given with the aim of measuring student learning outcomes before being given treatment and after being given treatment. Meanwhile, questionnaires are used to determine students' responses to learning whether using colored text or only black and white text. The data analysis technique used is the t-test with a significance level of α = 5% or 0.05. With these calculations, the tcount value is 5.593 and the ttable value is 2.008, so tcount > ttable. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of colored text on student learning outcomes in opportunity material. Based on the validity and reliability test on the research instrument, the calculated r value > r table was obtained so that all items in the questionnaire were valid. Meanwhile, in the reliability test, it was found that the data was reliable.

Islamic Religious Education is an integral part of the educational curriculum which aims to develop understanding, values, and ethics based on Islamic religious teachings. In an effort to improve learning achievement in this field, a critical thinking-based learning approach has become the focus of attention. This study examines the impact of critical thinking-based learning on learning achievement in Islamic education. This research method uses a quantitative approach in which the results show that the application of critical thinking-based learning significantly influences learning achievement in Islamic Religious education. This approach allows students to develop the ability to think analytically, evaluatively and reflectively towards religious teachings, thus helping them understand and internalize religious concepts more deeply. then the results of the reliability coefficient of the instrument Variable X = 0.903, instrument Variable Y = 0.853, it turns out that the Cronbach Alpha value is greater than r table with a significance of 5% = 0.367, which means that the instrument is stated to be reliable. The results of the data normality test with Shapiro Wilk's significance value were 0.624 and 0.315 greater than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the results of the residual values are normally distributed. The value of the correlation or relationship (R) is equal to 0.623. From this output, the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.388, which implies that the effect of the independent variable (critical thinking) on the commitment variable (learning achievement) is 38.8%.
