Education is a fundamental human need that plays a key role in shaping behavior and contributes to the development of a successful generation in Indonesia. However, during the learning process, teachers often encounter students who struggle to grasp the concepts being taught. This is due to the fact that each student brings unique characteristics and diverse backgrounds to the classroom. Teachers, therefore, must selec and develop various teaching materials that are suited to the individual needs of their students. The ability to tailor these materials effectively requires experience and knowledge in the development and selection of appropriate teaching tools for elementary schools. This study aims to assess the ability of elementary school teachers to manage differentiated learning, specifically through a literature review. The research will also identify how teachers approach the management of differentiated learning in the classroom and analyze the factors influencing their ability to implement this approach. By examining relevant literature, the study seeks to provide insight into the current capabilities of teachers and offer recommendations for improving the management of differentiated learning. The research employs a literature review method to gather data and draw conclusions about the best practices for managing differentiated learning in elementary school settings.

This is evident from their low attention, lack of enthusiasm, and tendency to chat during learning, which is caused by teachers not implementing appropriate learning methods and media. The Independent Curriculum is the latest education policy designed to provide students with learning freedom with a focus on developing competencies that are more flexible and student-centered. This study explains the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SMP Negeri Satu Atap 1 Dolat Rayat, a rural school with various resource limitations. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with teachers, field observations, and school documentation. The results of the study based on the results of in-depth interviews with teachers, found the main challenges such as the low basic literacy skills of students, the limited facilities of learning support infrastructure, the low active participation of students, and the diversity of student backgrounds that affect the implementation of learning. In addition, limited support from parents and education policies are also obstacles. To optimize implementation, teachers implement strategies to strengthen literacy, continuous training, use contextual media, and build cross-stakeholder collaboration. This study confirms that the success of the Independent Curriculum in rural schools requires an adaptive contextual approach and synergy of all related parties.

Curriculum change is a challenge that requires adaptation from all school elements, including teachers, principals and support staff. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research focus includes how school organizations behave in responding to curriculum changes, the strategies implemented to manage changes, and the obstacles faced during the adaptation process. It is hoped that the research results will provide an overview of the dynamics of school organizations in the context of curriculum change as well as recommendations for effective management of change in the school environment.

This study aims to describe the use of learning media in the form of digital comics based on fable stories as a means to improve the speaking skills of elementary school students. The background of this study is the low interest of students in speaking and the limited learning media that are interesting and in accordance with their age characteristics. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and speaking skills tests. The subjects in this research are fourth grade students of SDN Margasari 01 Balikpapan City. The results show that the use of digital comic media based on fable stories can increase students' courage in speaking, expand their vocabularies, and help students construct sentences more coherently and communicatively. Teachers and students also give positive responses to the media used because it is considered interesting, contextual, and in accordance with the learning needs. Thus, digital comic media based on fable stories can be an innovative alternative in learning Indonesian in elementary schools to improve the speaking skills of elementary school students.

A professional leader of an educational institution is someone who is able to provide direction, set goals to be achieved, provide solutions to every problem, make various decisions, planning and strategies. He is a great person in implementing concepts. He actively communicates, coordinates, supervises and conducts evaluations. The most important thing is that he motivates teachers and education personnel to become professional teachers and education personnel. He builds morale and a spirit of togetherness in the madrasah educational institution, teaches, trains, and gives advice. All of these hopes will be realized if a leader has the integrity to lead the madrasah educational institution to become an excellent and quality institution. Leader, which means "to lead" or "leader," is the root of the word "leadership," which indicates the act of taking control. "Leadership as the ability to influence a group towards achieving goals" is what Stephen P. Robbins said when asked about leadership. One definition of leadership is the capacity to inspire others to work together to achieve common goals. The development of school culture in order to achieve commitment in achieving the expected standards needs to be continuously carried out in a culture of quality. Therefore, the principal's leadership plays a key role in realizing a culture of quality in educational units.

Students with ADHD often struggle with concentration, self-regulation, and social interaction, which can hinder their ability to thrive in mainstream classroom settings. As a result, the role of a shadow teacher as a personal aide becomes crucial. This article explores effective strategies to support students with ADHD through the involvement of shadow teachers in an inclusive educational environment, with a specific focus on SD Muhammadiyah Manyar Gresik. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the study highlights various forms of support—academic assistance, behavioral intervention, and socio-emotional guidance—while emphasizing the importance of collaboration among shadow teachers, classroom educators, and parents. Data were gathered through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results suggest that skilled and well-supported shadow teachers play a significant role in helping students with ADHD adjust to and succeed in inclusive learning setting.

This article aims to discuss strategies for dissecting the main idea through a discourse analysis approach, focusing on both implicit and explicit meanings. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving observation, text analysis, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that discourse analysis aids students in identifying the main ideas that are often hidden in the form of metaphors or analogies. The application of strategies such as identifying opening paragraphs, analyzing sentence structures, contextual discussions, and idea mapping has proven effective in enhancing critical thinking, literacy, and understanding of Arab culture. This study recommends teacher training, textbook development, and the integration of cultural values to strengthen Arabic language learning holistically.

Teachers also face obstacles in developing effective and engaging teaching strategies. To address these issues, this article proposes several solutions, such as the use of communicative approaches, interactive learning media, and continuous professional development for teachers. It is hoped that with more contextual and practical methods, syntax learning can become more meaningful and enjoyable for students.

The research method used is research and development (R&D) with the following stages: preliminary study, product development, and limited trials. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, and analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results show that the developed formative assessment model is effective in increasing reflective awareness, academic responsibility, and honesty culture in the classroom. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of integrating character values in teachers' daily assessment practices.
