Beginner students often face difficulties in academic writing, such as organizing ideas, choosing correct grammar, and expressing information in their own words. Because of this, many students use QuillBot as a writing support tool. This study aims to understand how QuillBot helps beginner writers become more independent in academic writing. The research used a mixed-method approach with 30 students from the English Language and Literature Department at the State University of Medan, with data collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and open-ended reflections. The findings show that more than 70% of the students use QuillBot frequently in their writing tasks. Most students said that QuillBot helps improve grammar accuracy, sentence clarity, and paraphrasing skills, and also increases their confidence in writing. The summarizing feature also helps students identify and restate main ideas. However, 59% of the students noted that using QuillBot too much may reduce creativity and lead to dependency. The study concludes that QuillBot is helpful as a supporting tool for writing, but it should be used in balance. Students still need to practice writing independently so they can develop their own writing style and confidence.

This research aims to analyze the behavior of school organizations in facing curriculum changes at UPT SMP N 27 Medan. Curriculum change is a challenge that requires adaptation from all school elements, including teachers, principals and support staff. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research focus includes how school organizations behave in responding to curriculum changes, the strategies implemented to manage changes, and the obstacles faced during the adaptation process. It is hoped that the research results will provide an overview of the dynamics of school organizations in the context of curriculum change as well as recommendations for effective management of change in the school environment.

This study aims to analyze the science literacy skills of students in primary schools in Medan City. The method used was a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. Data were collected through a science literacy test given to 31 students from 3 primary schools. The results showed that students' science literacy skills were still at a low level, with only 28% of students achieving an adequate level of literacy. The findings indicate the need for improvement in science teaching in primary schools to improve students' science literacy skills. This research is expected to provide insights for educators and policy makers in formulating more effective strategies to improve science literacy among primary school students.

The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely the author describes the results of observations, interviews, documentation and analyzes data obtained in the field. The results of the study indicate that the process of managing incoming mail in the general and personnel section, namely incoming mail starts from receiving letters, directing letters, delivering incoming letters, processing letters, storing letters. The letter management procedure at the post office runs optimally.

Next, hypothesis testing shows tcount>ttable with a value with the t stat getting a value of -15.94956082 and t Critical two-tail getting a value of 2.000297822 so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

The method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques by means of observation, documentation and literature study. The source of data in this research is a mini research report from students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program Class of 2022, 3rd semester in the 2023 Academic Year at Medan State University. Based on the analysis activities that have been carried out, various language errors were found in the areas of phonology, morphology, syntax and semantics.

This research aims to describe the form of implementation of the Pancasila student profile at SMAN 2 Medan.The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research results show that the Pancasila student profile values ​​have been implemented intensively, namely 1) The profile of faith, devotion to God Almighty and noble morals is realized through JUBAH (Juma'at Worship) activities which are carried out every Friday morning and carrying out congregational prayers. 2) The global diversity profile is implemented through discussion and study of various foreign cultures. 3) The mutual cooperation profile is realized through community service activities, group discussions, and the preparation of OSIS work programs. 4) An independent profile is realized through completing daily tasks, taking exams, as well as returning and fixing books in the library. 5) The creative profile is realized by encouraging students to create new things, carrying out activities to recycle waste into useful items in the P5 program. 6) Critical reasoning is carried out through activities to get students used to asking questions in class, discussing, giving arguments to the problems raised, criticizing and respecting differences of opinion. The results of this research can be used as a model in implementing the Pancasila student profile in high school.

This research aims to determine the influence of library collections on the reading interest of Medan Baptist Theological College students.  This research uses a quantitative approach with inferential statistics.  With a total population of 88 Medan Baptist Theological College students in 2023.  Data was collected using a 30-item questionnaire compiled by the author based on variable indicators according to theory.  The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence in the Library Collection on the Reading Interest of Medan Baptist Theological College Students: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test the positive influence, the value rxy = 0.462 > rtable (=0.05,  n=31) = 0.355, thus it is known that there is a positive influence between variable  Thus, there is a significant relationship between variable  b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 21.31%.  3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable, namely 7.854>4.00.  Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

This study aims to identify challenges in realizing Pancasila as an entity and identity of the Indonesian nation, as well as seeing how the profile of Pancasila students is reflected in 21st century education at SMA N 2 Medan. The research methods used were participant observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study show that understanding and appreciation of Pancasila values ​​among SMA N 2 Medan students is still limited, with the lack of relevance of Pancasila values ​​in the context of students' daily lives being one of the main challenges. This research provides a deeper understanding of the role of Pancasila in 21st century education and provides a basis for developing more effective learning strategies to raise the profile of Pancasila students in the future.
