Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the regional economy, including in Boyolali Regency. However, this contribution has not been fully matched by adequate human resources (HR). The main problem in this study is the still low capacity of MSMEs' human resources, particularly in aspects of managerial skills, digital literacy, and adaptability to changes in the business environment, which impact business performance. This study aims to analyze human resource development strategies implemented in the MSME context and examine the impact of these strategies on improving MSME performance in Boyolali Regency. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a content analysis approach to relevant scientific literature from the past five years. The research process includes determining inclusion and exclusion criteria, searching for literature sources, thematic coding, and synthesizing research findings. The results show that effective HR development strategies can be grouped into three main aspects: skills training, marketing digitalization, and cross-sector collaboration. These three strategies have been proven to contribute positively to improving MSME competency, operational efficiency, market expansion, and business competitiveness. Thus, human resource development is a key factor in driving sustainable improvement in MSME performance, particularly in facing the challenges of digital transformation and increasingly complex economic competition.

Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a Likert scale. Furthermore, the data analysis applied descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and the coefficient of determination using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that the Impact of the Digital Era has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Work Efficiency, Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Work Efficiency, while Employee Involvement does not significantly influence Employee Work Efficiency. Among the independent variables, Organizational Culture is the most influential factor in determining employee efficiency. The findings highlight the importance of strengthening organizational culture to enhance efficiency while ensuring that digital transformation is implemented with strategies that reduce resistance and increase adaptability. This study aims to examine the influence of word of mouth on buying interest and its impact on the purchase decision of Muzan Net wi-fi services. This study uses three main variables, namely independent variables, bound variables, and intervening variables. The free variable is word of mouth, the bound variable is the purchase decision, while the intervening variable is the buying interest. The research sample consisted of 55 consumer respondents who knew and used the Muzan Net wi-fi service in Sanggrahan Village. Research data was obtained through questionnaires, observations, and interviews, with sampling techniques using the simple random sampling method. Data analysis is carried out through several stages, namely measurement or outer model, structural model or inner model, and hypothesis test. The results of the study show that word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Furthermore, word of mouth also has a positive but not insignificant effect directly on the purchase decision. Meanwhile, buying interest has been proven to have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. In addition, buying interest is able to mediate the relationship between word of mouth and purchase decisions, thereby strengthening the role of word of mouth in encouraging consumers to finally make a purchase decision. This research provides practical benefits for companies in maximizing word-of-mouth-based marketing strategies, as well as a reference for future research to develop similar studies with different objects, locations, and variables.

This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, financial technology, and financial behavior on investment decisions among students at the Universitas Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia Semarang. The data used in this study is primary data, obtained through the distribution of questionnaires via Google Forms to students at the Universitas Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia Semarang. The population of this study consists of students from the university, and the sampling technique used is probability sampling with purposive sampling. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%. The analysis tool used in this study is SPSS 26 to process and analyze the data. This study tests three hypotheses: H1, which states that financial literacy does not significantly affect investment decisions, H2, which states that financial technology does not significantly affect investment decisions, and H3, which states that financial behavior significantly affects investment decisions. The results of the study indicate that H1 is accepted, meaning that financial literacy does not significantly influence investment decisions. On H2, the results also show that financial technology does not significantly affect investment decisions. However, for H3, the results show that financial behavior significantly influences investment decisions. Therefore, it can be concluded that while financial literacy and financial technology do not have a significant impact on students' investment decisions, financial behavior plays a more dominant role in influencing their investment decisions. This study provides valuable insights for universities and other educational institutions to focus more on improving students' financial behavior as a strategic step in enhancing the quality of investment decisions

A study on the challenges of pension fund literacy and inclusion in Indonesia concluded that the average level of pension fund literacy in the period 2013 - 2025 only reached 18.08%, while the average level of inclusion in that period only reached 4.23%. The level of pension fund literacy and inclusion in Indonesia is low. In SNLIK 2025, the pension fund literacy rate was 27.79%, while the pension fund inclusion rate was 5.37%. Compared to the 2022 pension literacy rate of 30.46% and the 2022 inclusion rate of 5.40%, this means that pension literacy and inclusion rates are declining. It can be said that out of 10 Indonesians, only 2.7 people “understand” pension funds and only 0.5 (half) people “have” pension funds. This means that for every 10 Indonesians, less than 1 person has a pension fund. Low pension literacy and inclusion has a direct impact in the form of 1) an older generation at risk of poverty or financial dependence on children/family, 2) a continuing sandwich generation cycle, 3) stagnant growth of the pension fund industry, 4) low public trust, and 5) the emergence of public skepticism towards pension funds in the future.
