This study explores the role of Big Data in crisis communication in the digital age, where information dissemination happens quickly through various platforms. This transformation poses challenges such as the risk of spreading fake news and reputation crises. Big Data plays an important role in detecting potential crises early, as well as in understanding the dynamics of public opinion and designing more responsive and effective communication strategies. Through real-time data collection and analysis from various sources, such as social media and news reports, organizations can build smart and adaptive monitoring systems. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explore the role of Big Data in crisis communication in the digital era. The results show that the crisis detection process starts from data collection, cleaning, to sentiment analysis that helps organizations measure public response. However, the application of Big Data also faces considerable challenges, including the complexity of processing data with high accuracy, privacy issues, and the readiness of infrastructure and human resources in the organization. This research provides clearer insights into the strategies that can be used to optimize Big Data in crisis communications, so that organizations can strengthen communication effectiveness, maintain reputation, and build public trust amidst evolving information challenges.

This study aims to explore the role and impact of the development of digital payment systems, particularly the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), on the financial management practices of out-of-town students in the 2024 cohort. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and data collected through open-ended questionnaires distributed to 50 students of the Accounting Study Program at UPI, the research examines sources and management of monthly funds, the influence of QRIS on consumptive behavior, the role of QRIS in daily transactions, the handling of unexpected expenses, and students' financial awareness. The results indicate that QRIS is widely used for daily spending transactions, especially for purchasing food and beverages, due to its practicality and convenience. However, the findings also suggest a tendency for increased consumptive behavior among students who use QRIS. Nonetheless, a small portion of students reported that QRIS facilitates easier control over spending through visibility of balances and transaction histories. This study highlights the importance of financial literacy alongside the adoption of digital payment technologies to optimize students' financial management.

This study investigates the effect of role stress and job resources on emotional exhaustion, with work-family conflict as a mediating variable among higher education personnel. Employing a quantitative research design with a causality analysis approach, data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. The sample consisted of 200 educational staff at XYZ institution in Bogor Regency, including civil servants, permanent employees, and contract workers. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) technique with SmartPLS 3 software. The findings revealed that role stress has a positive and significant impact on emotional exhaustion, indicating that increased stress from role demands contributes to higher levels of emotional fatigue. Conversely, job resources were found to have no significant direct effect on emotional exhaustion. Furthermore, work-family conflict significantly mediated the relationship between role stress and emotional exhaustion, suggesting that stress from conflicting work and family demands intensifies emotional exhaustion. However, work-family conflict did not mediate the relationship between job resources and emotional exhaustion. These results emphasize the critical need for effective stress management strategies and support systems that can help reduce work-family conflict to maintain the emotional well-being of education personnel. This study contributes to understanding the psychological dynamics in the workplace and provides insight into improving employee resilience and productivity in educational institutions.

Final year students often experience difficulties in adapting to career and life demands, as well as maintaining their well-being. This study aims to examine the influence of social support and self-efficacy on life satisfaction and career adaptability among final-year students. Quantitative data were collected from 155 students in their final year of study and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results showed that social support did not affect the career adaptability of final-year students. Conversely, self-efficacy had a positive effect on career adaptability. Social support was found to have a positive impact on students' life satisfaction. Students who received social support from family, friends, and educational institutions tended to have higher levels of life satisfaction. Self-efficacy also positively affected life satisfaction, indicating that high self-confidence enhances individual well-being. However, life satisfaction did not significantly influence career adaptability, suggesting that other factors such as work experience and environmental support play a more significant role. This study has several limitations, including a limited sample size and potential respondent bias. Future research should involve larger and more diverse samples and employ a variety of data collection methods. Educational institutions are encouraged to develop programs that enhance self-efficacy and social support to help students reach their full potential in their careers and personal lives.

The aviation industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth in line with the increasing demand for air transportation. One of the key aspects of airline service is the check-in process, which serves as the first interaction between passengers and the airline and plays a role in shaping the customer experience. This study aims to analyze the impact of check-in counter service quality on passenger satisfaction with Super Air Jet at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman (SAMS) Sepinggan International Airport, Balikpapan. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, involving 100 passenger respondents who have used Super Air Jet at least once and are aged between 17 and 40 years. The survey was conducted at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman (SAMS) Sepinggan International Airport, Balikpapan. Data analysis was performed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, T-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the study indicate that the quality of check-in counter service has a positive and significant impact on passenger satisfaction. The simple linear regression test shows a regression coefficient value of 0.351 with a correlation value of 0.942. Additionally, the T-test results show a calculated t-value of 20.931, which is greater than the critical t-value of 1.660, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, thereby supporting the research hypothesis. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that improving service quality at the check-in counter plays a crucial role in enhancing passenger satisfaction.

Packaged Drinking Water (PDW) has now become one of the most practical products dominating the market, offering a variety of advantages and benefits. The fierce competition among PDW producers drives consumers to be increasingly discerning and selective in making purchasing decisions. Consumer choices are often influenced by pressing needs, which have recently shifted toward a preference for more natural food and beverage products. However, amidst the fast-paced modern lifestyle, instant products remain a favored solution due to the convenience they offer. By leveraging store atmosphere strategies, this business has successfully stayed competitive and maintained its presence in the market. The relationship between store atmosphere and consumer purchase interest is significant, as first impressions often serve as a critical factor in consumer evaluations of a store. Customer segmentation plays a pivotal role in driving marketing strategies and improving customer retention across various industries. This study explores the application of the RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) model for customer segmentation in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business, using Python for efficient data processing and analysis. By analyzing one year of customer purchase data, we segmented customers into key groups such as "Champions," "Loyal Customers," and "At Risk." The results highlight that targeted discount strategies significantly affect profitability, especially for high-value customer segments. Furthermore, the research builds upon existing methodologies, demonstrating how Python-based implementations streamline RFM analysis and allow for scalable solutions in business contexts, as illustrated in prior works by Hermawan et al. (2024). This study offers actionable recommendations, including tailored discounting, loyalty programs, and personalized engagement strategies, to enhance customer retention and business profitability. The findings underscore the importance of data-driven marketing approaches for customer segmentation and engagement, reinforcing the relevance of the RFM model in modern business environments.

Business model innovation, which involves the use of digital technology to create effective solutions, can enhance MSME performance, as demonstrated by previous research. However, barriers such as limited resources and digital skills often hinder technology adoption. This research aims to examine the role of innovation in the development of MSME business models in the digital era, focusing on the utilization of digital technology, success factors of innovation, and impacts on business performance. Additionally, the study will explore strategies to overcome obstacles in the innovation process. The research is expected to provide in-depth insights and practical recommendations for MSMEs in developing innovative and sustainable business models in the digital era.
