This study aims to analyze the implementation of leadership supervision in efforts to improve the performance quality of Civil Servants (PNS) in the Economic Affairs Section at the Regional Secretariat of Langkat Regency. The research findings indicate that the effectiveness of supervision greatly depends on clear objectives, performance indicators, periodic evaluations, and open communication between leaders and staff. Although there are challenges such as ineffective communication and imbalanced workloads, proposed solutions include improving communication and utilizing technology to enhance supervision and employee performance. Optimal supervision has been shown to play a key role in improving PNS performance, with an emphasis on monitoring, evaluation, and skill development. Despite challenges like limited resources and ineffective communication, solutions such as training, open communication, and technology can improve supervision efficiency. Most PNS show a positive attitude towards management and supervision, although there is still room for improvement in communication and skill development. Going forward, it is expected that supervision will become more structured, technology-based, and communicative to support the achievement of organizational goals more efficiently and enhance public service quality.

The development of digital technologies has changed the educational landscape, requiring educators to upgrade their skills to remain relevant and effective. Competency-based training is important in this context because of its focus on developing practical skills that can be directly applied in teaching. This paper discusses the role of competency-based training in improving educators’ productivity in the digital era. The method used is a literature study, which includes analysing various studies and articles related to this topic. The findings show that competency-based training acts as: 1) Skills Development; 2) Teaching Quality Improvement; and 3) Evaluation of Teaching Effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to provide insights into the importance of competency-based training in improving the productivity and teaching quality of educators in the digital era, and to encourage wider and more sustainable implementation of training.

Evaluation of Regional Government financial performance is important and needs to be carried out. The aim of this research is to check the financial performance of the Malang City Government by analyzing financial reports from 2018 to 2023. This research is descriptive qualitative with secondary data obtained from the Malang City Central Statistics Agency. The results show that the degree of decentralization ratio has an average of Fair Performance, the financial independence ratio has an average of Low Performance, the efficiency ratio has an average of Inefficient Performance, the ratio of operational expenditure to total expenditure has an average of Good Performance, the ratio of capital expenditure to total expenditure with average Good Performance, and ratio of expenditure growth with average Good Performance.

The principal has an important role which is very helpful to the Cokroaminoto Islamic elementary school. in improving the quality of education, even though his role is only as PLT Principal, he carries out his duties well. Efforts to improve the quality of education are one of the factors in creating ideal education. This research wants to find out more about "The Role of Principal Leadership and Teacher Performance in Improving the Quality of Education" in accordance with the main problem raised, namely the relationship between principal leadership and teacher performance in improving the quality of education at the Cokroaminoto Surabaya Islamic elementary school. There are several factors that influence the increase in educational progress, including: a) competent teachers, b) facilities and infrastructure, c) implementation of curriculum and innovations implemented, d) student involvement, e) evaluation or supervision carried out by the Head of School, f) and administration education.  The aim of this research is to find out the role of the school principal as a leader, who has motivator competencies and indicators for educational staff who contribute to improving the quality of education.  This research method uses a qualitative approach and uses a case study research design. Data collection techniques used (1) in-depth interviews, (2) non-participant observation, (3) documentation studies. Data validity techniques use credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, verification or conclusions. The conclusion of this research is that there is a link between school leadership and teacher performance in an effort to improve the quality of education at the Cokroaminoto Islamic elementary school, Surabaya.

This research aims, 1) To find out the implementation of supervision of madrasa heads at MAN 1 Medan, 2) To find out the results of supervision of madrasa heads at MAN 1 Medan, and 3) To find out the problems and efforts of madrasa heads in overcoming supervision at MAN 1 Medan. This research uses qualitative research methods which are intended to determine the phenomena experienced by research subjects. With data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, verification or drawing conclusions and checking the validity of the data. Using the sample, the head of the MAN 1 Medan madrasah and five different teachers to obtain information regarding the problems of the madrasah head in carrying out supervision at MAN 1 Medan. The results of this research include: 1) The implementation of supervision at MAN 1 Medan through three stages, namely, planning, implementation and follow-up evaluation which is carried out once a year, 2) The results to be achieved after supervision is carried out, namely, first for teachers, for students , and madrasah, and 3) The problem with the head of the madrasah in carrying out supervision is the limited time which makes his focus divided between his activities outside and as a supervisor at MAN 1 Medan.

As company organizations develop, the need for training both functionally and technically is very necessary, apart from filling positions but also in order to meet the demands of work and service needs to the community. The problem is, how human resources (employees) are able to meet the expectations that have been set based on the vision and mission of an institution, organization or company, from this problem it seems that there needs to be a balance between company orientation. which will be directed at the performance that must be expressed by employees in realizing optimal organizational development. In this article, the research used is qualitative descriptive research, so it uses phenomena in which there are interview points. The phenomenon used as a reference is development, education and training as well as employee performance skills. This phenomenon is then used as a reference to determine the efforts made by institutions, organizations and companies to improve employee human resource capabilities. Based on the results of interviews that have been conducted, it can be seen that in improving the quality of human resources, the role of education and training is very necessary, especially after trainees have attended training, because to know employee development, continuous evaluation is needed to monitor progress. Education and training are very necessary in order to improve the abilities, professionalism and discipline of employees which are then used as the driving force for achieving the company's vision and mission.

In an effort to improve the community's economy in Petemon Village, Sawahan Subdistrict, Surabaya City, this research analyzes the empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The results show that although programs to encourage MSMEs exist, their implementation is not optimal. One of the problems found is the lack of coordination between related agencies, the lack of training and capital distributed for MSMEs, and the lack of monitoring the growth of MSMEs. According to this study, although efforts have been made to support the applicable laws, the implementation of the program needs to be improved, especially in terms of fair distribution, effective socialization, and assistance that suits the needs of MSMEs.

This research aims to determine the HR information system on employee performance through employee work evaluation. This research was conducted within the scope of the Tojo Una - Una Regency Regional Work Unit. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Basic data was collected through distributing questionnaires to a total of 97 research samples. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS Structural Equality Modeling. The results of this research show that the HR information system has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job evaluation. Thus, the conclusion that can be drawn from this study is: to increase the influence of the HR information system on employee performance through job evaluation, by following all procedures and regional regulations by paying attention to the stages that have been implemented by the SKPD.

The research carried out has the aim of examining the role of job analysis in an organization and its influence on employee performance. Job analysis is a procedure used to determine the demands and duties of a position as well as the characteristics of individuals who are suitable to fill the available positions, so that this job analysis can increase employee effectiveness and performance. The method used in this research is a literature study by reviewing 30 journals related to job analysis and employee performance. The results of this research also show that there is a positive influence between job analysis and increasing employee performance. Other influencing factors in ensuring individuals are matched to appropriate positions such as job descriptions and job specifications play a very important role. Apart from that, this research also found that job analysis also influences increasing employee job satisfaction, which will also increase employee performance. The suggestions in this research are the need for regular updates to job analysis, job integration into human resource management, and also evaluations that impact job analysis on employee performance.

This study discusses the business feasibility analysis of MSMEs in basic food businesses in Keramean Village by considering legal, marketing, and financial aspects. Researchers use a quantitative approach with the least square method. Collection of data on the sale of basic food prices through interviews with business owners. This study aims to identify the potential success of basic food businesses and provide input for business owners in understanding the challenges and opportunities faced. The evaluation results show that April sales are more relevant than the previous month, this can happen because there is an increase in profit every month. This basic food business has great profit potential if managed properly, so it can be considered a promising business opportunity for MSMEs.

This research is classified as correlational research consisting of two independent variables, namely Servant Leadership and Job Satisfaction and one dependent variable Teacher Work Effectiveness. The population in the study was 305 teachers of private vocational schools in West Bogor Sub-district, with a sample size of 173 teachers, whose determination used the Slovin formula and used Proportional Random Sampling. Data were collected using instruments in the form of questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive analysis and inferential statistics and analyzed SITOREM. The results showed three positive relationships. First, there is a positive relationship between Servant Leadership and Teacher Work Effectiveness with a correlation coefficient value of 0.373. Second, there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and teacher work effectiveness with a correlation coefficient value of 0.740. Third, there is a positive relationship between Servant Leadership and Job Satisfaction together with Teacher Work Effectiveness with a correlation coefficient value of 0.750. And based on the results of the SITOREM analysis, it shows that there are several indicators that must be improved and several indicators must be maintained. Indicators that must be improved include the implementation of evaluations, self-adjustment to the environment, humility, trust, courage, the job itself, supervision, promotion. Thus it can be concluded that Teacher Work Effectiveness can be improved through strengthening Servant Leadership and Job Satisfaction both partially and jointly.

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and performance evaluation on employees at PT. Shopee Indonesia with a qualitative approach. The research method uses analysis of documents, articles, websites and journals related to leadership policies and employee performance evaluation. Leadership style, especially transformational, has a significant positive influence on employee motivation and performance at PT. Shopee Indonesia. Performance evaluation has also been shown to play a role in shaping employee perceptions of recognition for their contributions. This provides insight for company management in optimizing leadership practices and performance evaluation systems to improve work quality and employee productivity.

This study explores key aspects of the Apolo Chicken Porridge business through vendor interviews. The results show that focusing on ingredient quality, recipe innovation and taste consistency are the most important foundations in creating unique and attractive products. Effective service, responsiveness to customer input and strategic selling points also increase customer satisfaction. In conclusion, it is necessary to maintain product quality, improve service, respond to customers quickly and pay attention to the cleanliness and metode of the service area. At the same time, implementing loyalty programs and store evaluations can be additional strategies to strengthen the company's position in the culinary market.
