In the midst of increasingly intense competition in the digital era, organizations are required to possess human resources capable of adapting and enduring various work-related challenges. Therefore, work resilience is considered an important competency that employees must have. This study aims to examine the influence of self- esteem, self-efficacy, and adversity quotient on work resilience among supervisor members of Independent Herbalife Nutrition Indonesia in South Jakarta. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were collected through the distribution of Likert-scale questionnaires to 103 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of Microsoft Excel 2019 and IBM SPSS version 22. The results of the study indicate that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on work resilience. Meanwhile, self-esteem and adversity quotient do not have a significant partial effect on work resilience. However, simultaneously, self-esteem, self-efficacy, and adversity quotient have a significant effect on work resilience.

Iren Mailuhu (64210645), The Influence of Competency and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Depok PT. PLN (Persero) PT. PLN (Persero) is a company owned by the state. The task of this company is to provide electricity distribution services and organize its main service units into several parts that are appropriate to the electric power system, such as generation, transmission and distribution. PT. PLN (Persero) in managing human resources needs to pay attention to the competency and work discipline of each employee in order to produce employees who are of good quality and superior performance. This research aims to determine the influence of competence and work discipline on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Depok. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection using saturated samples or non-probability sampling. A total of 56 respondents were sampled and the data obtained was processed using SPSS version 27 with multiple linear regression analysis techniques, The results of the analysis show that Y = 6.651, X1 = 0.625, Based on the coefficient of determination test, it was found that the two independent variables had an influence of 68.1% on employee performance.

The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence HR Training and Competency has on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at the Lubuk Sikarah District Head Office, Solok City. The sample used was a saturated sample, because the entire population was sampled, namely 60 respondents. The data collection technique is through a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been tested. Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to test the hypothesis in this research using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence of training on job satisfaction, a negative and insignificant influence of HR competency on job satisfaction, a negative and insignificant influence of training on employee performance, a positive and significant influence of human resource competency on employee performance, a positive and significant influence of satisfaction. Work on Employee Performance, Positive and significant influence of Training on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction, negative and insignificant influence of HR Competency on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction, Contribution of Training and HR Competency variables through Job Satisfaction which is 0.464 or 46.4%, the contribution of the HR Training and Competency variable to Employee Performance is 0.629 or 62.9%.

The development of digital technologies has changed the educational landscape, requiring educators to upgrade their skills to remain relevant and effective. Competency-based training is important in this context because of its focus on developing practical skills that can be directly applied in teaching. This paper discusses the role of competency-based training in improving educators’ productivity in the digital era. The method used is a literature study, which includes analysing various studies and articles related to this topic. The findings show that competency-based training acts as: 1) Skills Development; 2) Teaching Quality Improvement; and 3) Evaluation of Teaching Effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to provide insights into the importance of competency-based training in improving the productivity and teaching quality of educators in the digital era, and to encourage wider and more sustainable implementation of training.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job characteristics and competencies on employee performance and the role of perceived organizational support as a moderating variable (Study on Waibakul Christian High School Teachers, Central Sumba). The independent variables in this study consisted of job characteristics variables (X1) and job competency variables (X2). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y), and perceived organizational support as a moderating variable (M). This type of research is quantitative research, using descriptive analysis and path analysis.

This research aims to determine whether the partial influence of Motivation (X1) has on Client Competence (Y), the partial influence of Discipline (X2) on client Competence (Y), the partial influence of commitment on client Competence (Y), and the influence of Motivation ( X1), Discipline (X2), Commitment (X3) simultaneously towards Client Competency (Y) at the Tangerang Class 1 Correctional Center. The population of this research is the clients of the Tangerang Class 1 Correctional Center. The sample taken was 50 respondents using the Non-Probability Sampling technique with an Incidental approach, namely a sampling technique based on chance, that is, anyone who happens to meet the researcher can be used as a sample if they are seen to be suitable, with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version version 20. The results of this study show that there is no influence between Motivation (X1) partially on client Competence (Y). This can be shown by t count (0.945) < from t table (2.011), there is no influence between Discipline (X2) as a whole. partial to client competency (Y) this can be shown by t count (-3.329) < from t table (2.011), there is no influence between Commitment (X3) partially to client competency (Y) this can be shown by t count ( 1.606) < from t table (2.011), and the variables of motivation (X1), discipline (X2), and commitment (X3) of community counselors simultaneously on the competency of correctional clients (Y). This can be shown by the results Fcount > ftable (4,683>2,810),

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Training, Work Discipline and Competency on Performance through Job Satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. The data analysis technique used in this research is filling out a questionnaire. In this study, researchers used a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to 120 respondents or employees. Analysis tools use Partial Least Square Software (Smartpls 4.0). The calculation results show that: (1) the training variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) the discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) the competency variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This research is motivated by a company operating in the convection/sewing sector. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of competence, work experience, work commitment on the productivity of production employees. This research was carried out at CV Zaada Usaha Mulia Kediri. The research method used is a quantitative method using questionnaires as data. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research was all 47 production employees of CV Zaada Usaha Mulia Kediri. The technique used for analysis is the IBM SPSS program version 22. The data analysis technique in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test. The results of this test concluded that the t test results showed that the competency variable partially had a significant positive effect on employee productivity with a significant value of 0.003 and a t value of 3.119. The work experience variable partially has a positive and insignificant effect on employee productivity with a significant value of 0.356 and a t-count value of 0.933. The work commitment variable partially has a significant positive effect on employee productivity with a significant value of 0.004 and a t value of 3.075. And the results of the f test show that the variables competency, work experience and work commitment have a significant effect on the productivity of production employees with a significant value of 0.000 and an F value of 20.909.

Problem factors that become obstacles in work productivity. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of supervision, competence and work experience on work productivity at PT. Scancom New Zealand. The study sample was 156 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated samples. The data analysis method uses multiple regression The results of the study found that there was a significant influence of supervisory variables on work productivity, there was a significant influence of competency variables on work productivity and there was a significant influence of work experience variables on work productivity. As well as the results of the test of the three independent variables on the dependent variables that there is a significant influence between the three variables on the independent variables silmultaneously (together). The results of the determination coefficient test obtained a value from the Adjusted R Square of 0.635 or 63.50% this can be interpreted to mean that Supervision, Competence and Work Experience can explain Work Productivity. While the remaining 36.50% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study.
