The study aims to find out the impact on compensation, motivation, and the working environment in creating job satisfaction which in turn is expected to have a positive impact on employee performance. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The data was collected through the distribution of online questionnaires using the Microsoft Forms platform. The survey respondents consisted of 101 employees of different age ranges in one company. The data obtained from the questionnaire is measured using a Likert scale from one to five, which allows respondents to give the level of agreement or disagreement with statements related to compensation, motivation, work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance. Data analysis is done using several steps, including the Outer Model and the Inner Model. Outer Models involve calculations of Convergent Reliability, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, and Cronbach's Alpha. This aims to ensure the validity and reliability of the data used in the research. Meanwhile, the Inner Model involves statistical T, R-Square, f-square and VIF calculations using the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) analysis tool version 4.0.9.3. Research results show that compensation, motivation, and the working environment have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction.

This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The research was conducted at the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Jember Dormitory. The aim of this research is to analyze how the planning, organization, implementation and evaluation of dormitory service management by the dormitory head Mrs. Munadiroh, S.Pd. in managing the dormitory at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Jember. The results of the research showed that the head of the girls' dormitory at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Jember, Mrs. Munadiroh, S.Pd. able to carry out dormitory service management activities by supervising or monitoring to see whether dormitory programs, activities and implementation are running in accordance with the curriculum. In the process of planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the dormitory, namely: 1) the dormitory head is able to carry out well starting from planning and implementing dormitory activities and programs, while planning involves all dormitory personnel; 2) Organizing by determining educational resources and other necessary resources including funds to fulfill the implementation of the dormitory and also facilities and infrastructure to support the learning process or dormitory development; 3) Able to mobilize his subordinates in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures or duties and responsibilities as well as regulations for student needs in accordance with the curriculum; 4) The dormitory head is able to evaluate the implementation of the dormitory program and the duties of each dormitory personnel, student deficiencies and other obstacles in meetings held once a month.

This research aims to describe the management of early childhood education at RA Annur Babalan. This research uses a qualitative approach and is descriptive in nature. The selection of research subjects was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Research subjects are managers, educators, students and parents. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through diligent observation, participation and adequacy of references. The research results show that the RA Annur Babalan management program has been prepared in accordance with the institution's vision and mission by carrying out management functions including; implementation, supervision and guidance. Managers as leaders in carrying out management functions place great emphasis on cooperation based on sincerity, enthusiasm and high loyalty. Planning is carried out with strategic planning, preparing learning plans ranging from yearly, semester, monthly, weekly to daily. Organizing is carried out by coordinating tasks, opportunities, experiences and insights with open communication, holding regular meetings to discuss efforts to improve performance. Supervision is carried out by direct observation, through supervision, regular meetings with educators. Collaboration ends with parents, through monthly meetings (parenting), and partners related to RA. Assessment and evaluation is carried out by giving assignments, observations, daily notes, anecdotes, performance, work results and educational visits.

Tourism is now a sector that is experiencing rapid growth supported by developments in information and communication technology. One of the potential tourism destinations in Palembang is the "Punti Kayu" City Forest. However, marketing is still less than optimal. This research aims to explore the implementation of digital marketing in increasing tourist visits to the "Punti Kayu" City Forest. Through a qualitative approach, data is collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results show that digital marketing plays an important role in increasing the visibility of the "Punti Kayu" City Forest in the eyes of the public, especially the younger generation. Social media content strategies, promotion through influencers, and search engine optimization (SEO) are implemented to increase brand awareness and visits. Obstacles such as lack of resources and training become obstacles in its implementation. However, with cooperation between stakeholders and the use of appropriate technology, the potential of the "Punti Kayu" City Forest as a leading tourist destination in Palembang can be achieved. The implementation of digital marketing in tourism marketing for the "Punti Kayu" City Forest shows that technological adaptation in the tourism sector is a necessity in the current digital era.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Training, Work Discipline and Competency on Performance through Job Satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. The data analysis technique used in this research is filling out a questionnaire. In this study, researchers used a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to 120 respondents or employees. Analysis tools use Partial Least Square Software (Smartpls 4.0). The calculation results show that: (1) the training variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) the discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) the competency variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The Society 5.0 era reflects the world's transition towards a society that integrates digital technology with everyday life. In this context, traditional culinary delights, such as lemang, have the potential to evolve and maintain their relevance amidst changing times. Lemang, a traditional rice-based food prepared by steaming it in bamboo sticks, has become an inseparable part of the culinary heritage of people in several Southeast Asian countries. However, with technological developments and shifts in people's consumption patterns, there is a tendency to ignore traditional culinary delights such as lemang. Therefore, it is important to implement strategies that can promote lemang so that they remain in demand in the Society 5.0 era. Integration of digital technology in the production, distribution and promotion processes of lemang can be a solution. Using social media platforms to promote the uniqueness and deliciousness of lemang, as well as bridging traditional craftsmen with a wider market through e-commerce are some ways to introduce lemang to a new generation. Additionally, innovation in recipes and presentation, without losing its traditional essence, can also be an interesting approach. By combining traditional values and innovation in the Society 5.0 era, lemang will not only survive, but will also increasingly develop and be accepted in the hearts of global society. Culinary is an important aspect of human culture that continues to develop along with the times. The Society 5.0 era, which is marked by the integration of digital technology in everyday life, provides new opportunities and challenges in preserving and improving traditional culinary culture such as lemang. Lemang is a traditional food from Indonesia, Malaysia and several other Southeast Asian countries made from sticky rice cooked in bamboo. This study aims to explain how technology and innovation can be used to improve Lemang culinary culture in the context of the Society 5.0 Era.

This study aims to determine and analyze the partial and simultaneous influence between Fulfillment of Employee Needs using Maslow's needs theory on Work Commitment to Employees at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This sampling method uses simple random sampling technique with a total sample calculation from the population of permanent employees of Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, with a sample size of 55 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via google form (online) and direct distribution (offline). The data analysis technique used to analyze the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and linearity test, hypothesis testing used is the coefficient of determination (R2), Partial Test (t test), Simultaneous Test (F test) and Multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that physiological needs, security needs, appreciation needs and self-transcendence needs partially have no significant effect on work commitment with a significant value respectively, (physiological needs: 0.810> 0.05), (security needs: 0.979> 0.05), (appreciation needs: 0.093> 0.05) and (self-transcendence needs: 0.400> 0.05), so that hypotheses H1, H2, H4, and H6 are rejected. While social needs and self-actualization needs have a positive and significant effect on work commitment with their respective values, social needs of 0.014 < 0.05 and self-actualization needs of 0.001 < 0.05, so that H3 and H5 are accepted. The results of this study also found that the variable Fulfillment of Needs (physiological needs, security needs, social needs, appreciation needs, self-actualization needs and self-transcendence needs) has a significant simultaneous / joint influence on employee work commitment at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar based on the results of the F test which is worth 25.101> 2.29 F table values and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that the fulfillment of physiological needs, security needs, social needs, appreciation needs, self-actualization needs and self-transcendence needs has an important role in increasing the work commitment of employees of Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar.

Banana Pasir Memey is a business in Saentis Village that uses Facebook and WhatsApp as sales objects. The Banana Pasir Memey Facebook account has 4,982 followers and each post always has an increase in total likes every year as well as total comments. The positive impact for the UMKM of the Pasir Memey bananas is experiencing an increase in sales in 2020-2022, the negative impact for the UMKM of the Pasir Memey bananas is the shipping costs charged to buyers which will later be taken into consideration when making purchasing decisions. The aim of the research is to test and analyze the influence of online marketing and shipping costs on purchasing decisions among the Pasir Memey Banana UMKM in Saentis Village. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative approach carried out on customers who have purchased Banana Pasir Memey products, using questionnaire data with a total sample of 70 respondents. The sampling technique is through random sampling technique. The analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and f test. The results of the research show that online marketing has no significant influence on purchasing decisions and shipping costs have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for UMKM customers of Pasir Memey bananas. The simultaneous test shows that the online marketing variables and shipping costs simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

The existence of infrastructure and development that continues to develop in Kulon Progo, such as the YIA Airport in  Kulon Progo, hotels and shopping centers can lead to rapid development growth in Kulon Progo. With development increasing rapidly but not accompanied by the development of human resources in the surrounding area, this has resulted in the marginalization of the surrounding community. The author's aim is to analyze the activities carried out by the Kulon Progo government to increase the capacity of the Kulon Progo community. Can also analyze problems that arise in the development process and how the Department handles them. A qualitative approach was chosen for this research process, namely descriptive research. The data sources used are primary data obtained during the research process and secondary data from books and other literature. The data collection process was carried out by interviews, direct observation and documentation. The research results include plans for development and empowerment activities prepared by the department taking into account various agency linkages and the needs of business actors in Kulon Progo. The Department carries out various programs such as training to increase production capacity, improving central management, issuing permits to increase business capacity in Kulon Progo. Monitoring and evaluation of activities is also carried out to determine the obstacles and successes of activity programs.

The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of employee service variables, airline programs, customer satisfaction, where this research uses a quantitative research approach with a sample size of 100 PT consumers. Sriwijaya Air using the multiple regression analysis method with the help of the SPSS.26 application. The findings of this research show that the employee service variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the work program variable also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while simultaneous testing shows that employee service and airline programs have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Sriwijaya Air.

This study aims to find out: The Effect of Leadership Managerial Ability and Innovative Behavior on Employee Performance at the Tourism and Creative Economy Office of East Kolaka Regency. This research uses an approach with quantitative methods. Data collection in this study used observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population in this study is all employees of the Koltim Tourism and Creative Economy Office. While the sample of this study amounted to 34 employees by determining samples using census techniques. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model test (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart-PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the variable of Managerial Ability of Leaders has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance which is indicated by a P-Value value of 0.011. As well as the variable Innovative Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, this is indicated by a P-Value value of 0.000.

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of brand image on purchase interest at the Shopee marketplace in the coastal communities of the Bajo tribe in Kab. Bombana. (2) The Influence of Trust on Purchase Interest in the Shopee Marketplace in the Bajo Tribe Coastal Community in Kab. Bombana. (3) The Influence of Brand Image on Trust in the Shopee Marketplace in the Bajo Tribe Coastal Community in Kab. Bombana. And (4) The Effect of Trust Mediation on Brand Image and Purchase Interest at the Shopee Marketplace in the Bajo Tribe Coastal Community in Kab. Bombana This research is an explanatory research model with a quantitative approach. Data collection in this research used documentation and distribution of questionnaires. The population of this research is the entire Bajo Tribe Coastal Community in Kab. Bombana. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was 140 respondents using the sampling technique used in this research using purposive sampling technique, which is a technique for determining samples with certain considerations. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 22.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Analysis of Moments of Structures (AMOS) with Normality testing, outliers and testing the Goodness of fit index (GFI) structural model with AMOS 24.0. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Brand Image variable on Purchase Interest, this is shown by the P-Value value of 0.041. The Trust variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest, this is shown by the P-Value value of 0.014. The Brand Image variable has a positive and significant effect on Trust, this is shown by the P-Value value of 0.000. And the Trust variable mediates brand image on positive buying interest but is not significant as shown by the P-Value value of 0.138.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of Organizational Climate on Job Satisfaction Employee at Kolaka District Religious Ministry Oficce, (2) The Effect of Organizatonal Climate on Employee Performance at Kolaka District Religious Ministry Office, (3) The Effect of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at Kolaka District Religious Ministry Office. This research uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this study used observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population of this study were all ASN employees at Kolaka District Religious Ministry Office. While the sample of this study amounted to 41 employee by determining the sample using the census technique. Testing of research instruments using validity tests and reliability tests with SPSS 22.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0.  Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Organizational Climate variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction as indicated by the P-Values value of 0.012.  And the Organizational Climate variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance as indicated by the P-Values value of 0.030. And the Job Satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Perfomance as indicated by the P-Values value of 0.000.

Human resources are all employees of a company who want to feel comfortable and happy. When working, an employee must have a big commitment to the company to be able to assist the company in achieving the expected goals, ,and the company must also foster job satisfaction for its employees. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on. This study is descriptive with a quantitative approach method, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, t-test, and f-test. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a significant impact on employee performance, with the results of the t-test being 10.613 > t-table 2.01174 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. Job satisfaction significantly impacts employee performance,with the results of t count 7.731 > t table 2.01174 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. The results of testing the independent variable’s simultaneous influence on the dependent variable obtained a value of Fcount = 158.967 > Ftable value of 3.20, so that means there is a positive and significant influence between organizational trust in job satisfaction and CV employee performance. Ethics is not just about taking responsibility; if we are not careful and ethical in our in our activities on social media, we will suffer consequences and break the law. Ethics in the digital world can be seen from various perspectives, including ethics of personal use, business ethics, political ethics, and others. In addition to ethics, in the digital world there is also something called privacy policy. Privacy policy emerged from the common law system, system as a self-regulatory approach. Privacy policies are tailored to the principles of personal data protection principles established by national laws and regulations. There are ethical issues in the utilization of big data that need to be addressed. Decision-making based on data may become biased and unfair due to improper data analysis. In the current era of globalization, the success of a business requires creative ideas from business owners. Companies are required to produce creative ideas to provide value and positive experiences for consumers with the aim of increasing and retaining customers. This research aims to determine the influence of customer value (X1) and customer experience (X2) on repeat purchase decisions (Y) at Warung Lesehan Pak Brodin. Using a quantitative approach, the sampling technique used a non-probability sampling method in the form of accidental sampling of 88 Warung Lesehan Pak Brodin respondents. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies, with the help of IBM SPSS version 25. The research results show that the Customer Value variable (X1) has a partial and significant effect on the Repurchase Decision (Y) with t count 4.280 > 1, 98827 and a sig t value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the Customer Experience variable (X2) has a partial and significant effect on the Repurchase Decision (Y) with a calculated t value of 4.640 > 1.98827 and a Sig t value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously, Customer Value (X1) and Customer Experience (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Decisions with an F count of 49.563 > 3.10 and a Sig. F 0.000 < 0.05.

In order to achieve company goals, it is necessary to improve employee performance, the company must be able to utilize human resources optimally. This study examines the effect of coaching and competence on employee performance at PT. Nindya Karya Mataram Branch. The data collection method used is a census method by using primary data collected directly from respondents through filling out questionnaires. The type of research used is quantitative research with an associative approach.  The number of respondents in this study was 40 respondents.  The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis using SPSS program version 25.0. The results of the analysis show that: (1) the coaching variable has a significant and positive effect on the performance of PT. Nindya Karya Mataram Branch; (2) competence variables have a significant and positive effect on the performance of PT. Nindya Karya Mataram Branch.

Employee performance in general is a manifestation of the work done by employees which is usually used as a basis or reference for evaluating employees in an organization. Good or bad performance is determined by the good and bad of existing human resources. To achieve performance, causal factors are needed that encourage better performance such as work motivation and competence. So the purpose of this study was to find out and describe the influence of work motivation and competence on employee performance at the UPTD Adipala II Health Center, Cilacap Regency. The method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The results of the study show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if motivation increases, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The solutions for the problem of less optimal strategy implementation in BBI Sukamaju need to be found, and as the first step, efforts are needed to evaluate the chosen strategy, to review and to re-evaluate the situations (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and business threats), and also to update the formulated strategy so that it suits the developments of the external environment in order to support the efforts of function development of Balai Benih Ikan (BBI) on Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Ciamis at Supplying of Quality Fish Seeds in Ciamis Regency. This study explains the steps for choosing the right strategy based on the Routweer concept approach by comparing the performance of the strategy before the new strategy is introduced, which is the development strategy or known by the name Restructurisation. By using a semi-structured interview method, SWOT analysis and QSPM, there will be found an effective strategy that can help achieve the organization’s objectives effectively and efficiently to support the vision, mission and the goals of regional development. From this research, based on QSPM calculation results, it can be concluded that the strategy improves coordination with various work partners (7,8), increases the partnership with UPR to increase the seed production, increases the cooperation with universities, research institutes and other partners (6,25), and becomes a priority strategy.

Education plays an important role in the progress of the nation and state. In the development of the country's national education, it certainly requires policies that are able to make education more advanced. The role of policy itself is very crucial because it can help someone make decisions by providing information collected through research and analysis processes, classifying and clarifying problems that reveal discrepancies in goals and efforts, suggesting new possibilities and suggesting how to interpret ideas or ideas into a policy that is easy to implement and implemented. After policy making is carried out, of course it is necessary to apply or implement it to see the results of the policy. The purpose of implementing the policy itself is to set a direction so that the policy objectives can be implemented. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of policies in the education system itself by reviewing the stages and approaches in implementing educational policies.
