The influence of organizational culture on employee performance at BPJS Employment Bangkalan is discussed in this research. Employees can be inspired, motivated, and guided to achieve company goals effectively through a strong and healthy organizational culture. Based on previous research, this study tries to investigate how company culture influences employee performance. Literature review is the research method used. This approach uses various literature sources, including books, journals, and other scientific publications, to collect data. The findings of this research can be used to find out how much influence organizational culture at BPJS Employment Bangkalan has on employee performance.

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and job satisfaction on turnover intention among CV employees. Sollu Citra Muslim. This research uses quantitative methods. The type of data used is primary data, with a research sample of 76 respondents from CV employees. Sollu Citra Muslim and uses the Proportional Random Sampling sampling technique. The data analysis tool used in this research is SPSS Version 25. Data collection techniques are interviews and questionnaires. The research results show that the Work Environment and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on Turnover Intention. The Work Environment partially has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Job Satisfaction partially has a negative and insignificant effect on Turnover Intention.Keywords: Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention

Examining employee engagement with a view to job satisfaction through mediated Job Security is the aim of this study. All respondent who have made worked from Senior High School and who meet the criteria listed constitute the population of this study. Purposive sampling was used to select 58 respondents. Data collection methods rely on survey methods, with research instruments in the form of a questionnaire. The statistical program was used for causal qualitative analysis. Employee Engagement (X1) and Job Security (X2), are variables exogen and endogen variable is job satisfaction (Y) to this study. This study uses Smartpls program to process and analyze data. The results showed that Employee Engagement had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Security had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction which was mediated by Job Security for the teaching staff.

This research aims to determine and analyze the feasibility of an Organic Banana Chips House business using business feasibility measurement aspects, namely legal aspects, market aspects, finance, engineering/operations, management, economics and social. Apart from using these aspects, measuring business feasibility also uses the Net Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR). This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach and the data source used is the primary data source in the form of interviews with the owner of the Rumah Organik Banana Chips business. Based on the business feasibility analysis using BCR at Rumah Organic Banana Chips, a measurement result of 0.95 was obtained, which means this business is categorized as a business worth maintaining in accordance with Faradiba & Musmulyadi (2020) which states that if BCR>0 then the business is worth maintaining

This research aims to find out how to train prisoners to improve their Skills at the Class IIB correctional institution in Solok City. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and documentation. The type of data used is qualitative and the data source uses primary data sources. The data analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. There were 12 informants used in this research, consisting of the Head of the Correctional Institution, prison officers, coaching mentors, prisoners and visitors. The results of the research show that the analysis of inmate coaching in improving Skills at the Class IIB correctional institution in Solok City, namely Self-Reliance Coaching, Self-Reliance Coaching, was carried out to provide skills and guide inmates in entrepreneurship which can later be used by the inmates if one day they return to the community. public. Apart from fostering independence in the field of skills, the Solok Class IIB Correctional Institution also has Personality Development. With Personality Development, it is hoped that inmates will have a change in attitude and be able to restore their self-esteem so they can integrate themselves into society after leaving prison.

This research was conducted on the Effect of Performance Allowances on Motivation and Job Satisfaction of PAUD Teachers in Tenjolaya village. This research was conducted by interviewing each PAUD institution. With the results stating that allowances are very important for PAUD teachers because the small salary and very large amount of work makes the existing teachers overwhelmed so as to create high motivation. By providing performance allowances, PAUD teachers in this area have high motivation and enthusiasm for work.       Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pengaruh Tunjangan Kinerja terhadap Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Guru PAUD yang berada di desa Tenjolaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara setiap Lembaga PAUD. Dengan hasil yang menyatakan bahwa  tunjangan sangat penting bagi guru PAUD dikarenakan Gaji yang sedikit dan tugas yang sangat banyak membuat para guru yang ada kewalahan sehingga untuk menciptakan motivasi yang tinggi. Dengan di adakan Tunjangan kinerja maka guru PAUD di wilayah ini memiliki motivasi yang tinggi dan semangat untuk bekerja.   Kata kunci: Pengaruh,Motivasi,Tunjangan, Kepuasan Kerja

Garbage or household waste is waste that comes from people's daily activities, especially the result of leftover food, food wrappers that are no longer needed, this waste will have an impact on the environment if it is not managed properly or may even become a problem in that environment. The aim of this research is to find out the impact that will occur from the disposal of rubbish or household waste that is dumped on the side of the road in Pakuwon Village, Jati Village, Saguling District, West Bandung Regency. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method, where the data produced is a description of the results of observations at the location and the results of interviews with the surrounding community who are the objects as sources. From the results of observations made, the impacts caused by the disposal of household waste include polluting the environment, causing unpleasant odors from the waste and reducing the comfort level of people who pass through the road and even the residents themselves are uncomfortable because of the smell. very stinging especially when it rains.

Health human resource management is a crucial aspect in efforts to improve the level of public health and improve the quality of services in health facilities. Health resources play a key role in the transformation of health development in Indonesia. Good implementation of health service management in health facilities is needed so that health development in Indonesia can run optimally. This research uses a literature review method with an article search strategy via Google Scholar. Articles were selected based on the inclusion criteria in this study. The research results show that the implementation of health human resource management in health facilities is still not optimal, which causes a shortage and inequality of health human resources in these facilities. The government and related agencies are expected to be able to improve the health resource management system by analyzing health human resource needs. In addition, efforts need to be made to educate and distribute health human resources in health facilities to ensure more equitable and quality health services.

This research aims to evaluate the factors influencing personnel performance in the context of a dynamic work environment. The background of the study is rooted in the challenges organizations face amid rapid changes and the complexity of the modern work environment. The research methodology employs a combination of literature analysis and empirical research to identify significant variables that either enhance or hinder personnel performance. Research findings indicate that adaptive leadership, organizational flexibility, and individual skill development play pivotal roles in achieving optimal performance in a dynamic work environment. The implications of these research results provide insights for organizations to develop more effective strategies in managing personnel performance amidst constant change.

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of employees in the production department at PT. Semen Tonasa II and III Pangkep Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of respondents being 51 employees who were used as samples using a sampling technique, namely using Solvin samples. The analysis used in this research is a simple linear regression test. The results of simultaneous testing of the education level variable have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable as proven based on the results of the simultaneous test with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05). The partial test results of the compensation variable have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05).

The purpose of this research is: (1) to find out what Dimsum Uma Yumcha is in the popular dimsum market in Solo. (2) to find out the affordable prices offered which influence customer loyalty. (3) to find out the product provided has an effect on customer loyalty. In research it is known that Brand Image, Price and Product influence customer loyalty. This research method is quantitative. The data collection technique used in this research is Probability Sampling. The population in this study were all people who consumed Uma Yumcha Dimsum products in Solo Raya City. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents from the Solo Raya community who had consumed ddimsum. Data processing in this research uses SPPS version 25. The research results show that brand image influences customer loyalty. Price affects customer loyalty. products influence customer loyalty.

This research aims to determine emotional intelligence and organizational culture to improve the internal service performance of Sidoarjo Health Center employees.  There is a population needed in this research, namely 50 employees.  In this study, researchers used all community health center employees, both paramedics and non-medical employees, with respondent characteristics based on age, gender, educational background, and length of work.  Sampling In this research he author used a saturated sample where all members of the population were used as research samples.So this research uses a questionnaire filled out by respondents and used as data for this research.  The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis.  Hypothesis testing uses (a T-test), while the data analysis methods used include a validity Test and Reliability Test.  The results of this research show that Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Culture influence Internal Service Performance. The result obtained t-count of 11.438 is greater than the t-table 2.01063 with a significant value of 0.000 > 0.50, which shows that the results are statistically significant. Furthermore, the emotional intelligence variable has a significant impact on internal service performance, with a t-count of 12.039, greater than the t-table 2.01063 with a significant value of 0.000 > 0.50.

Adaptive leadership is about helping people to change and adapt to new situations. Leaders are required to be able to analyze, see and formulate all forms and types of organizational problems. On the other hand, if the leader only has a bad character and does not have a good influence on his members, then it is certain that the organization will not develop well and according to expectations. The aim of this research is to analyze why the role of adaptive leadership is so important in the IPNU and IPPNU organizations, and how the adaptive leadership process plays out in developing the organization. This research method uses qualitative methods. The research will conduct interviews at the IPNU and IPPNU organizations in Sedati District and will conduct interviews with 18 branches. The data analysis technique in this research uses interactive model data analysis techniques. The research results found that not all IPNU and IPPNU leaders in Sedati District implemented adaptive leadership well.

Administrative services at the sub-district or village level are one of the public services that are very important for the community. This administrative service includes various types of certificates, such as birth certificates, death certificates and resident mutation letters. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, with library study research techniques and field studies with observation, interviews and documentation to collect data. Other research shows that analysis of the quality of administrative services at the sub-district office of Gunung Halu Regency can be carried out using quantitative methods with techniques. questionnaire data collection. The results of the research show that the quality of administrative services at the sub-district office of Gunung Halu Regency still needs to be improved. In technical guidance, village officials are provided with knowledge and skills in financial management and village administration.

In the modern era, Muslim fashion, one of which is the hijab, is experiencing developments every year. Hijab is Muslim clothing that is very popular with Muslim women in Indonesia. This incident happened because Muslim women in Indonesia are aware that wearing the hijab is an obligation. This provides an open space for companies to produce Muslim clothing, especially hijabs, to become the main target market in the country. The purpose of this research is to find out whether promotions and testimonials have an influence on purchasing interest through the mediating variable of consumer trust in Buttonscraves products. There were 51 participants in this study and data was collected through an online survey using a Google form. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling techniques and primary data types, as well as collecting questionnaires. The results of the analysis show that promotions have a significant effect on buying interest, testimonials have a significant effect on buying interest and testimonials have a simultaneous effect on buying interest in Hijab Buttonscraves.

PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) is a company that monopolizes unrivaled rail transport services, but on Java Island it is vulnerable to competitors in other transport services sectors in the world. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the influence of price and quality of service on the satisfaction of railway consumers in the city of Solo Raya. Sampling technique using quota sampling and random sampling techniques with respondent criteria is consumer satisfaction in using railway services, which is 51 respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaires distributed online or electronically using Google Form support. The results of the study showed that the influence of price and quality of service has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction.

This research aims to determine the most effective inventory management in Rengginang Berlian Kriuk MSMEs. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, researchers analyze inventory management in Rengginang Berlian Kriuk MSMEs. The problem in this research is that Rengginang Berlian Kriuk MSMEs have not implemented raw material inventory management. The results of interview observations and documentation show that inventory management at Rengginang Berlian Kriuk MSMEs is not optimal. This is indicated by the minimal inventory available, because there are limitations in managing inventory. For this reason, researchers use safety stock and EOQ techniques to analyze inventory which can support inventory management effectively and efficiently.

Wardah has built a reputation for itself as a manufacturer of premium, halal cosmetics in an effort to attract a wider audience and increase sales. Finding out how BPOM and Halal labels affect product quality and customer happiness among Wardah cosmetics customers is one goal of this study; another is to determine whether factors related to price influence the buying decision of those who purchase Wardah cosmetics. As part of the research, 105 people who regularly use Wardah cosmetics were asked to fill out a survey. Consumer satisfaction with Wardah cosmetics was shown to have a favorable and statistically significant effect on overall satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction with Wardah cosmetics was positively and significantly affected by the brand image variable. A similar favorable and statistically significant relationship existed between service quality and customer happiness with Wardah cosmetics. In addition, customer satisfaction with Wardah cosmetics was positively and significantly impacted by the following factors: product quality, brand image, and service quality.
