The revitalization of the Rukun Masyarakat (Parukmas) Market through innovative Instagrammable photo spots is a strategic effort to develop the potential for creative tourism in Yosodadi Village, Metro Timur District. The market, which previously served only as a center of local economic activity, is being revitalized into a public space-based tourist destination that is aesthetic, educational, and attractive. This transformation aims to create a new experience for visitors by presenting an engaging, thematic visual design that aligns with social media trends, particularly Instagram. This research aims to design and implement Instagrammable photo spots that can enhance the appeal of Parukmas Market and evaluate their impact on increasing visitor numbers and empowering the surrounding community economically. The research method used is participatory, involving the community, vendors, and local stakeholders in the planning, design, and construction of the facility. Evaluation is conducted through direct observation of market activities and visitor satisfaction surveys to assess responses and perceived benefits. The expected outcome of this activity is the creation of a creative space that can enhance social interaction, strengthen local identity, attract tourists, and open new business opportunities for the community, thereby strengthening the local economy and increasing vendor income.

This community service program aims to foster environmental awareness in students by training them to grow vegetables using egg shell waste. The activity was carried out at TPQ Sabilil Mustaqim, Metro City, as a response to the low ecological awareness among children and the underutilization of household organic waste. The method used includes initial observation, education based on Islamic values, and hands-on practice of planting vegetables using egg shells as media. The results show an improvement in students' understanding of the importance of environmental conservation, a positive attitude change such as avoiding littering, and the formation of a “Santri Planting Corner” as a sustainable ecological learning space. Additionally, this program successfully integrates Islamic values with environmental literacy through a simple yet effective practical approach. This approach not only builds ecological awareness in children from an early age but also offers a model that can be replicated in other religious educational institutions. The training has proven effective in connecting character education, environmental conservation, and community empowerment based on TPQ, contributing to the creation of a generation that is both environmentally conscious and morally upright.

Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Era Digital 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Manajemen Kewirausahaan dan Bisnis Indonesia

This study employed a quantitative survey approach to know the effect of service quality and corporate culture on customer satisfaction at PT Bank SulutGo, Surabaya branch. The sample consisted of 94 customers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The multiple regression analysis results showed a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0,530, indicating that the two independent variables together explained 53% of the variable in customer satisfaction. The F-test yielded a value of 53,378 with a p-value of 0,000 (p < 0,05), indicating that the regression model was jointly significant and that service quality and corporate culture together influence customer satisfaction. Partial t-tests showed that the Service Quality variable (X1) significantly affected customer satisfaction with a t-value of 2,227 and a p-value of 0,028 (p < 0.05). Similarly, the Corporate Culture variable (X2) also significantly affected customer satisfaction with a t-value of 4,032 and a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that higher customer perceptions of service quality and corporate culture lead to higher satisfaction levels. Partial t-tests further revealed that both independent variables significantly affected customer satisfaction. The Service Quality variable (X1) had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a t-value of 2.227 and a p-value of 0.028 (p < 0.05). Similarly, the Corporate Culture variable (X2) also had a significant impact, with a t-value of 4.032 and a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). These findings highlight the importance of both service quality and corporate culture in shaping customer satisfaction. The results suggest that improving service quality and fostering a positive corporate culture can significantly enhance customer satisfaction, which is critical in maintaining customer loyalty and competitive advantage in the banking sector.

This study aims to examine the influence of host interaction and flash sale discounts on consumer interest in live shopping on Shopee among the community in Surabaya City. The research employs a quantitative approach using a structured questionnaire as the primary data collection method. A total of 96 respondents, all of whom actively engage in online shopping via Shopee, were selected as the study sample. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS, applying both t-tests and F-tests to evaluate the hypotheses. The t-test results reveal that host interaction significantly affects consumer interest, with a t-count value of 5.252 exceeding the t-table value of 1.986, and a significance level of 0.000, which is below the 0.05 threshold. Similarly, flash sale discounts also demonstrate a significant effect on consumer interest, with a t-count value of 3.217 surpassing the t-table value of 1.986, and a significance level of 0.002, indicating statistical significance. Furthermore, the F-test results indicate that host interaction and flash sale discounts have a simultaneous and significant influence on consumer interest, as evidenced by an F-count value of 26.37 exceeding the F-table value of 3.9434, with a significance level of 0.000. These findings suggest that both host interaction and flash sale discounts play a crucial role in shaping consumer purchasing interest during live shopping events. The results highlight the importance for resellers and online sellers to enhance host engagement skills and strategically implement time-limited discount offers to attract and retain consumers. In the increasingly competitive e-commerce environment, optimizing these two factors may significantly contribute to improving customer engagement and driving sales performance. This research provides practical insights for online retailers seeking to strengthen their marketing strategies on live shopping platforms

This study aims to analyze the branding strategy in digital marketing carried out by Maire Homewear through Instagram and Shopee platforms in an effort to increase brand awareness. Maire Homewear is a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) engaged in the fashion sector with a flagship product in the form of patchwork daster. The focus of this study includes the branding strategy implemented, the obstacles encountered in its implementation, and the effectiveness of the strategy in building brand awareness among consumers. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study consisted of the owner of Maire Homewear, two resellers, and two consumers. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model which includes the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that Maire Homewear's branding strategy is still stronger in the offline realm, such as through the reseller system and participation in various exhibitions. Meanwhile, the utilization of digital marketing through Instagram and Shopee is considered less than optimal. Content shared on Instagram is still inconsistent, and interactive features such as live shopping on Shopee have not been maximized. This results in Maire Homewear's brand awareness remaining relatively low among the general public, although it has begun to build among loyal customers, both those who purchase directly from Maire and through its reseller network. This study recommends that Maire Homewear increase the consistency and variety of its digital content on Instagram, including customer testimonials, production processes, and educational content about its products. Furthermore, utilizing the live shopping feature on Shopee is expected to be a more interactive and effective promotional tool for building relationships with consumers and expanding market reach.

This community service program aimed to enhance the competitiveness of the Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) product owned by the "Bu Kun" MSME located in RT 11, Yosodadi Sub-district, through a branding strategy based on creative and attractive packaging design. The main problem faced by the MSME was the simple packaging, which failed to reflect the product’s quality and benefits. The program was implemented in several stages, including initial observation, discussion with the MSME, packaging design planning, and implementation of new bottle and label packaging with eye-catching visuals and natural colors. The assistance also included branding education to strengthen product identity and increase consumer loyalty. The results showed increased professionalism among the MSME actors and positive consumer responses, evidenced by rising sales through social media and local marketplaces. This program is expected to serve as a model for empowering other MSMEs in optimizing local product potential through design and targeted branding approaches.

Maxipro Group Indonesia. The background of this research is that there have been many cases that occur in companies caused by ineffective leadership. Leadership style is considered effective if it can involve the ability of a leader to motivate his employees and manage the team in an efficient and productive way. Thus, PT Maxipro Group Indonesia uses a democratic leadership style in running its company, as a company that prioritizes employee opinions in advancing the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of green marketing and brand image on consumer decisions to buy Garnier products. This study uses a quantitative research approach, and data collection is done through a questionnaire that is given a Likert score of 1-4. This research involved students or female students of STIE IBMT. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, or nonprobability. This study used 94 respondents. In this study, primary data was used, and the data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis. This was done with the help of statistical data analysis tools. The analysis method uses descriptive test, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and classical assumption test. The results showed that there is a green marketing influence on purchasing decisions for garnier products. Then there is also the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions for garnier products, and there is also an influence between green marketing and brand image on purchasing decisions for garnier products. From this research, it is hoped that it can develop other factors or variables that can influence green marketing and brand image on product purchasing decisions with other environmentally friendly brand products.

The principal has an important role which is very helpful to the Cokroaminoto Islamic elementary school. in improving the quality of education, even though his role is only as PLT Principal, he carries out his duties well. Efforts to improve the quality of education are one of the factors in creating ideal education. This research wants to find out more about "The Role of Principal Leadership and Teacher Performance in Improving the Quality of Education" in accordance with the main problem raised, namely the relationship between principal leadership and teacher performance in improving the quality of education at the Cokroaminoto Surabaya Islamic elementary school. There are several factors that influence the increase in educational progress, including: a) competent teachers, b) facilities and infrastructure, c) implementation of curriculum and innovations implemented, d) student involvement, e) evaluation or supervision carried out by the Head of School, f) and administration education.  The aim of this research is to find out the role of the school principal as a leader, who has motivator competencies and indicators for educational staff who contribute to improving the quality of education.  This research method uses a qualitative approach and uses a case study research design. Data collection techniques used (1) in-depth interviews, (2) non-participant observation, (3) documentation studies. Data validity techniques use credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, verification or conclusions. The conclusion of this research is that there is a link between school leadership and teacher performance in an effort to improve the quality of education at the Cokroaminoto Islamic elementary school, Surabaya.

This research aims to analyze advertising and brand image on purchasing decisions for wild bee honey products. This type of research is research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is all Wild Bee Honey customers. Determining the sample in the study used probability sampling using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples in this study was 97 employees. The data analysis method in this research uses SPSS analysis tools through validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and correlation and determination coefficients. The results of this research show that (1) Advertising variables influence purchasing decisions, this is proven by the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. 2. The Brand Image variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, this is proven by the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. 3. Simultaneous test results show that the advertising and brand image variables influence the decision to purchase wild bee honey. This can be proven by the Fcount result of 113.280 or a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

This research is to find out more about "The Influence of Social Media and Digital Marketing Strategy on Increasing Sales in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in South Surabaya" in accordance with the problems raised, namely the relationship between social media and digital marketing strategies on increasing sales in MSMEs in South Surabaya. The background to this research is due to the development of digital marketing in the business world, so it is important for MSMEs to follow existing developments. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of social media and digital marketing strategies on increasing MSME sales. The method used is a quantitative method by distributing a questionnaire in the form of a Google Form to MSMEs in South Surabaya. The researcher used purposive sampling, so the researcher chose a sample that matched the characteristics of the respondents from the population obtained. After that, the collected data was processed using the SPSS program and calculated using Multiple Linear Regression. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between social media and digital marketing strategies in increasing MSME sales.

In the era of globalization and advances in information technology, business competition in various sectors is getting tighter, including in retail industries such as supermarkets. Supermarkets are not only a place to meet daily needs, but also become part of the busy lifestyle of urban people. In this context, the quality of services and products offered by a supermarket has a very important role in maintaining and increasing market share and customer satisfaction. The survey was conducted both directly in the Super Indo Kenjeran Supermarket area and online through an online survey platform. The survey design used is a cross-sectional survey, where data is collected at one particular point in time to measure the relationship between the variables studied. In this context, research on the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Lion Super Indo Kenjeran becomes relevant and important to do. With a better understanding of the factors that affect customer satisfaction, PT. Lion Super Indo Kenjeran can identify areas that need improvement and design more effective strategies in maintaining and increasing customer loyalty. Lion Super Indo as one of the leading supermarkets in Indonesia, with a long history and strong reputation, certainly does not escape from increasingly fierce business competition. Therefore, a deep understanding of the factors that affect customer satisfaction is a strategic key in maintaining the existence and developing the business of PT. Lion Super Indo.

In This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performance at Libra Pharmacy Surabaya.   This research uses quantitative research methods. The sample used was all employees who worked at Libra Pharmacy Surabaya, totaling 32 employees. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. The research variables are the independent variable leadership performance and discipline, the dependent variable is employee performance. Mei-Juni 2024.  Libra pharmacy employees. The results of this research are that leadership has a significant effect on the performance of Libra pharmacy employees. The conclusion obtained from the results of the regression equation analysis is that the regression coefficient value for leadership is -1.072 with a negative relationship direction, which means that if leadership is increased, employee performance will be lower and vice versa, if leadership is low then the level of employee performance will be higher. Apart from that, it has a calculated t value of -3.481 < t table 1.699 and has a probability value of 0.002 < 0.05, then H is accepted. Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of Libra pharmacy employees. The conclusion obtained is that from the results of the regression equation analysis, the regression coefficient value for work discipline is -0.907 with a negative relationship direction, which means that if work discipline is increased, employee performance will be lower and vice versa, if work discipline is low then the level of employee performance will be higher. high., apart from that it has a calculated t value of -5.447 < t table 1.699 and has a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05, then H is accepted.

This study wants to find out more about "The Influence between Entrepreneurial Knowledge and Social Media with Entrepreneurial Interest" in accordance with the main problem raised, namely the influence of knowledge about entrepreneurship and social media on entrepreneurial interest in young generation in the Sidoarjo. The background of this research on entrepreneurial interest is that there are still many young who prefer to work as employees in a company, while they also have opportunities in entrepreneurship as an additional income or can be made as the main job. With the social media knowledge that the younger generation has, it can support their business. The purpose of this study is to find out: how the influence between entrepreneurial knowledge and social media on entrepreneurial interest. The method used in this study is a correlational method that aims to measure the relationship between various variables. Meanwhile, to support this research obtained from interviews, observations, making google forms. The target in this study is young generation in the Sidoarjo area, a sample taken by 100% of the population. After conducting several ways of research or data collection, it will be calculated to determine the results. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between entrepreneurial knowledge and social media knowledge in supporting the business itself, so that it can attract the interest of the younger generation in entre.

This study aims to analyze the impact of the Accurate application on the efficiency of sales data input at Depo Lakban Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative with a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The validity test results show that all statement items are valid, with correlation values greater than the critical value. The instrument's reliability was tested using Cronbach's Alpha, which showed a value of 0.945 > 0.600, indicating that the instrument is reliable. The normality test showed that the data is normally distributed with a significance value of 0.143 > 0.05. The regression results show that the Accurate application (X1) has a coefficient of 0.364 with a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05, while another factor (X2) has a coefficient of 0.673 with a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05. The obtained regression equation is Y = 0.901 + 0.364X1 + 0.673X2. The t-test and F-test show that both independent variables significantly influence the efficiency of sales data input. This research concludes that the use of the Accurate application has an influence on the management of sales data input at the Surabaya Lakban Depo Company. And the understanding of Depo Lakban Surabaya employees also influences the company's management.

Export activities are the activity of removing goods from within the country to the destination country. So exports are trade by sending goods to a country with which there has previously been an agreement by each representative of the country concerned, namely the exporter and importer. The smoothness of the export process can be seen from the document handling procedures carried out by PPJK so that the cargo can enter the customs area without any problems occurring. The aim of this research is to analyze the export document procedures for abrasive cloth cargo by PT. Millennium Trans Bahari as PPJK. In writing this thesis, research was carried out using a qualitative approach through direct observation methods at PT. Millennium Trans Bahari, interview method with one of the operational staff and documentation in the export and import division in the form of written data which includes documents required for export activities. The results obtained in this research are that the analysis of procedures for abrasive cloth cargo export documents by PPJK at PT. Millennium Trans Bahari, in its implementation, is in accordance with existing procedures.

This research aims to analyze brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for Eiger products in the city of Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods with questionnaire distribution techniques. Data was collected from respondents in the city of Surabaya, obtaining 75 respondents who purchased Eiger products. The results of the analysis carried out using SPSS in the t test show that brand image influences purchasing decisions with a t-value of 3,642 > ttable 1.9929 with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05 and product quality influences purchasing decisions with a t-count of 4,762 > ttable 1.9929 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the results of the f test show that brand image and product quality have a simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions with the calculated F value of 95.935 > F table 3.9739 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the brand image and product quality variables influence purchasing decisions. The findings of this research indicate that brand image and product quality are important factors that Eiger products need to consider in developing their marketing strategy.

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media and consumer behavior on the decision to purchase fashion products. This study uses quantitative methods with questionnaire distribution techniques. Data was collected from generation Z in the Mojokerto region and obtained 86 respondents who were actively using social media to find information and buy fashion products. The results of the analysis that had been carried out using SPSS in the t test showed that social media affected the purchase decision with the results of the tcount value of 4,436> ttable 1,9886 with a significant 0,000 <0.05 and consumer behavior affected the purchase decision with the results of the tcount value of 3,667> Ttable 1,9886 with significant 0.001 <0.05. While the results in the F test show that social media and consumer behavior have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions with the results of the value of F count 25,981> F Table 3,9546 with a significant 0,000 <0.05 which means that social media variables and consumer behavior influence purchasing decisions. This research aims to determine the strategies used by tempe craftsmen through the production process regarding the impact of rising soybean prices and to find out whether the income of tempe craftsmen due to the increase in soybean prices has changed in Tenggilis Mejoyo Village, Surabaya City. In conducting this research, the descriptive qualitative method was used by the researcher. The findings in this research are how the tempeh production process, the strategies used by tempeh craftsmen to overcome the increase in soybean prices and the increase in soybean prices affect the income of tempeh craftsmen. It is hoped that this research will provide benefits, especially for all elements of society, for theoretical and practical benefits. The research results show that reducing the size of tempeh sold at a fixed price is a way for tempeh craftsmen to overcome the decline in income. The increase in soybean prices not only affects the income of tempeh craftsmen but also affects the amount of tempeh production which decreases by 50%. Some of the suggestions offered by researchers include craftsmen expanding tempe marketing, for the Indonesian government to help resolve the problem of rising prices of basic commodities, especially soybeans, which are still unstable, and for researchers who can then carry out further research on the impact of rising soybean prices on the purchasing power of tempeh. community in Tenggilis Mejoyo Village, Surabaya City.
