Technology-Based Curriculum Changes to Prepare Students to Face the Digital Era in Indonesia

Abstract
This research aims to analyse changes in technology-based curriculum in preparing students to face the digital era. This study uses a qualitative research design with an analysis unit on education policies, teachers, and students in Indonesian schools. Data sources were obtained through interviews with principals, teachers, and students, as well as classroom observations. Data collection techniques include semi-structured interviews and direct observation, while data analysis is carried out with a thematic approach to identify key themes related to the implementation of the digital curriculum. The findings of the study show that although technology-based curriculum has great potential in increasing students' readiness to face the digital age, its implementation is constrained by limited infrastructure and teacher training. The contribution of this research is to provide insights into the challenges and opportunities in the implementation of the digital curriculum, as well as recommendations for more adaptive education policies to optimally prepare students to face the digital world.
