Risk management is very important for MSMEs because risk management is useful for gathering information about possible risks that will occur, as well as for developing strategies that need to be implemented at Anukula Resto MSMEs, where Anukula Resto itself is an MSME that is engaged in selling food and drinks such as ice the 2000s and kebabs. mirasa burger. This research aims to determine the implementation of risk management and describe or illustrate the activities of the MSMEs Anukula Resto Serang. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using risk analysis in management. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of risk management at Anukula Resto MSMEs has been implemented well for financial risks, marketing risks, while for HRM risks it is still not good. It is proven that there are still errors in the calculations carried out by HR at the Anukula Resto UMKM. Therefore, it is important for Anukula Resto MSMEs to improve and implement risk management well in order to minimize risks that occur in the future.

This study aims to evaluate the risk management system implemented in the operations of Angkringan Angkojo in Cilegon, Banten. As a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) in the culinary sector, Angkringan Angkojo faces various operational challenges, such as financial risks, supply chain issues, customer satisfaction, and weather-related impacts. The risk management system plays a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential risks that could affect the sustainability of the business. The research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through direct observation, interviews with the business owner, and analysis of related documents. The analysis process follows the stages of risk identification, impact assessment, and mitigation strategies implementation. The findings reveal that the primary risks include delays in the supply of raw materials, a decrease in customer numbers due to bad weather, and competition from similar businesses. Mitigation efforts include partnerships with local suppliers, providing adequate shelter facilities, and optimizing digital marketing through social media to attract more customers.

The rapid growth of the coffee business in Indonesia, especially in the city of Serang, has led to very fierce competition among coffee entrepreneurs. This requires coffee business owners to have the right strategy to be able to compete effectively. This study aims to analyze the influence of opportunities and challenges faced by Kopi Kenangan on the lifestyle of Gen Z in Serang City compared to other coffee shops. This research was conducted using a qualitative method to explore the perception of Gen Z towards the influence of opportunities and challenges offered by Kopi Kenangan compared to other coffee shops in Serang City. This study concludes that although Kopi Kenangan offers various competitive advantages, the existence of other coffee shops with their distinctive characteristics contributes to the diverse lifestyle choices of Gen Z in Serang City. These results are expected to provide input for coffee entrepreneurs in developing marketing strategies that are relevant to the needs and consumption trends of Gen Z.

Perundungan merupakan sebuah bentuk tindakan agresif yang dapat memberikan dampak berkepanjangan baik secara fisik maupun mental serta menjadi suatu permasalahan yang sangat kursial dan urgent untuk segera diatasi oleh sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) bentuk perundungan yang terjadi pada siswa di SMP Negeri 26 Semarang serta (2) upaya yang dilakukan sekolah dalam penanganan kasus perundungan pada siswa di SMP Negeri 26 Semarang. Metode penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan juga dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman berupa pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk perundungan yang terjadi pada siswa di SMP Negeri 26 Semarang masih dalam skala ringan yang terbagi menjadi 3 (tiga) bentuk yaitu perundungan secara fisik, verbal, dan juga psikologis. Upaya yang dilakukan sekolah dalam penanganan kasus perundungan yang terjadi pada siswa dibagi kedalam 2 (dua) bentuk yaitu, 1) upaya preventif (pencegahan) berupa; (a) sosialisasi anti perundungan, (b) program pembiasaan pagi, (c) pengadaan kotak pengaduan masalah, (d) pengadaan poster stop perundungan, (e) pembuatan tata tertib, (f) pendidikan klasikal, dan (g) diadakannya pendidikan karakter. 2) Upaya represif (tindak lanjut) seperti (a) pembinaan (pemberian nasihat serta pemanggilan orang tua guna mediasi), serta (b) pemberian hukuman (pemberian skorsing). Dimana upaya-upaya tersebut telah cukup optimal dalam menangani perundungan yang terjadi di SMP Negeri 26 Semarang yaitu dibuktikan dengan adanya penurunan terhadap angka kasus perundungan yang terjadi.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi peran penting pengawasan partisipatif yang melibatkan masyarakat untuk ikut serta mengawasi terselenggaranya Pemilu. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data meliputi sumber data dan sekunder, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah teknik triangulasi sumber. Analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program pengawasan partisipatif Bawaslu Kota Semarang menjadi program unggulan dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam mengawasi terselenggaranya Pemilu sehingga malapraktik atau pelanggaran dalam  Pemilu dapat diminimalisir. Inovasi model pengawasan partisipatif Bawaslu Kota Semarang dilaksanakan melalui enam program antara lain Pendidikan Pengawas Partisipatif, Forum Warga Pengawasan Partisipatif, Pojok Pengawasan, Kerjasama dengan Perguruan Tinggi, Kampung Pengawasan Partisipatif, dan Komunitas Digital Pengawasan Partisipatif. Model pengawasan partisipatif Bawaslu Kota Semarang mencakup model meluas dan terbatas.

Indonesia has consistently failed to meet its tax revenue targets in recent years, primarily due to extensive shadow economy activities aimed at tax evasion. This study seeks to measure the sensitivity of cash demand in estimating the shadow economy across Indonesia's 34 provinces during the post-tax amnesty period from 2016 to 2022 and to assess its impact on potential tax revenue losses. Utilizing a quantitative methodology, the research employs panel data regression with a Random Effects Model. The shadow economy is estimated using a monetary approach model based on cash demand sensitivity. The dependent variables include total currency demand and potential tax revenue, while the independent variables comprise tax burden, inflation rate, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), financial and technological innovation (represented by internet use for financial purposes), and the shadow economy. The findings reveal that the tax burden, inflation, and financial/technological innovations do not significantly influence cash demand, whereas income has a significant positive effect. Moreover, the shadow economy substantially affects potential tax revenue losses. On average, the shadow economy across the 34 provinces amounts to IDR 292.152 billion, with an average potential tax revenue loss of IDR 35.306 billion
