The drugs problem in Indonesia is still complex and urgent. This is important because, in the last 10 years, this drug problem has been rife and has become news in various media so it has become widespread. Evidence that can be seen together is the continued increase in the number of drug abusers or addicts significantly, accompanied by an increase in the number of disclosures of drug crime cases, which have increasingly varied patterns and the larger and more complex the networks or syndicates. Drug trafficking has spread to many groups, ranging from adults, teenagers, students, and even children. The purpose of carrying out Community Service Activities is to build an introduction and understanding of the types and dangers of drugs and what role schools can play in preventing drug abuse among students. PkM activities are carried out for 1 day, namely on Wednesday 12 July 2023, and are carried out using the method of raising awareness or increasing understanding of a problem in the form of activities in the form of counseling or material lectures aimed at students and the school with the title "The Role of Schools in Efforts Prevention of Drug Abuse among Students". The counseling or lecture method interspersed with discussions was chosen by the team as the most effective method for introducing and strengthening understanding of the dangers of drugs to school officials and students. Narkoba is an abbreviation of Narcotics, Psychotropics, and Addictive Materials. In various kinds of literature, it is explained that the notion of narcotics is a substance/substance that can affect a person's psychological/psychological condition (thoughts, feelings, and behavior) and can cause physical and psychological dependence. Regarding the role of the school in efforts to prevent drug abuse among students, it is divided into two forms, namely the role of the school (the school) and the role of students who can collaborate with the school.

The rise of drug abuse among students has received serious attention from all parties because it is damaging the nation's future generations. Drugs are very dangerous for anyone who consumes or uses them either by trial and error or due to an element of intent, if used excessively, these substances or materials can have very harmful consequences physically and mentally and lead to addiction. The purpose of this activity is expected to be able to provide understanding and awareness for students to avoid drug abuse and its bad effects. This activity was held in February 2023 at Kotamobagu State High School which was attended by 35 students. The activity was carried out using counseling, socialization and discussion methods using media in the form of PPT and distribution of leaflets directly to the students who attended. This activity resulted in a better understanding of students about the dangers of drug use.

Efforts to prevent drug abuse will be able to live with the encouragement of parents. The Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse (CASA) suggests that key families to prevent drug addiction, and the social environment, provide ethical, moral and counseling, teaching and training according to adolescent self-development. The purpose of research to determine the influence of family and social relationships against drug abuse prevention in Kuta Baro Aceh Besar. Correlative research design with cross-sectional approach. The number of samples is 68 respondents. The result of univariate research shows that as many as 54,4% respondent with family is not harmonic, 52,9% respondent with negative social environment, 51,5% respondent with negative drug abuse prevention. Bivariate results show that there is a family relationship with the action of prevention of drug abuse in Cot Yang District of Aceh Besar Regency with P value = 0,031 and there is social environment relation with the action of prevention of drug abuse in Gampong Cot Yang Sub-district of Aceh Besar Regency with p value = 0.035. It is suggested that the Geuchik Gampong can work together with religious leaders and youth of the village to provide information for adolescents about the dangers of abuse.

Narcotics misuse and distribution have become so pervasive that everyone is now a victim. This study aims to "identify, clarify, and analyze the enforcement of laws against juvenile offenders of drug abuse in the Bandar Lampung area. It also examines the factors that contribute to juvenile offenders of drug abuse." With the normative juridical approach research was the methodology adopted for this analysis. Deductive reasoning techniques are employed in conjunction with normative legal research as the approach method for this article. The study's findings indicate that legal substances, legal institutions, legal environments, and legal cultures all have an impact on children's decisions to abuse drugs. The child's internal factors are the most significant ones. It has been successful to utilize law enforcement to stop those who abuse drugs on minors. It is the responsibility of parents to properly educate their children so that they are not susceptible to peer pressure to break the law.

            Narkoba is an acronym for narcotics and dangerous drugs/substances which in all forms of abuse can harm the user and those around them without exception. Meanwhile, criminal penalties for narcotics users are regulated in Article 127 with a maximum prison sentence of 4 years, a maximum fine of 10,000,000,000. Narcotics users also have the right to carry out rehabilitation to recover from dependence on narcotics. Both the abuse has been regulated by the BNN (National Narcotics Agency) and in the teachings of Islam. But in fact, according to the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) report, there were 851 cases of abuse of narcotics and drugs (drugs) in Indonesia in 2022. This number rose 11.1% compared to the previous year which amounted to 766 cases. Meanwhile, the number of suspects in drug cases was 1,350 people last year. Raising the title of the article "Use of "Drugs" as a Trigger in art according to an Islamic view, we, as the authors and the team involved in compiling this article, will criticize the problem of drugs in an Islamic perspective.

The problem of substance abuse has made all countries in the world worried. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime  noted that at least 271 million people worldwide or 5.5% had consumed substances in 2017. The dangers of substance abuse in users have an impact on biological, psychological and social aspects. These various adverse impacts will certainly have an impact on psychological conditions and a decrease in self-esteem, which in turn can lead to a decrease in quality of life. Community therapy is a treatment that uses a psychosocial approach, a community of addicts who help each other to recover and keep quitting substances. Implementation of drug rehabilitation with community therapy methods can improve psychopathology, self-image and quality of life.

Circulation is increasingly widespread in the current case of drug abuse, and the mode of operation is increasingly diverse; the police must develop their own law enforcement strategies. However, there is also a need for some form of supervision and control of actions policing to reduce the possibility of abuse of discretion so that the negative impact of implementing the discretion does not result in injustice. The law only contains the basic rules in practice enforcement, which always depends on the community context. Therefore The police are given the authority to exercise police discretion, a concept giving authority to take actions based on careful consideration of the conscience of the police on duty or the consideration of police institutions. This study aims to determine how law enforcement is above the Circulation of methamphetamine-type narcotics through discretionary efforts factors that become obstacles/obstacles to Law Enforcement on Circulation Narcotic Type of Methamphetamine Through Discretionary Efforts. This research uses empirical normative legal research is legal research that uses Secondary data sources combined with legal research that uses primary data sources The results of the study show that the factors that influence the implementation of police discretion in solving criminal cases, narcotics, legal substance factors, namely the existence of a legal basis give authority to members of the police to take action discretion so that the implementation of the task does not harm the context of law enforcement and must be done professionally and by the police code of ethics as must for police officers, given the power of discretion without being accompanied restrictions can potentially abuse authority. For this reason, the discretion taken by the investigator must be aimed at getting a sense of fairness even though it is not contained in the Criminal Code will but, in essence, to maintain legal certainty and internal order Public.

Narcotics are substances or drugs derived from plants or non-plants, both synthetic and semi-synthetic, which can cause a decrease or change in consciousness, loss of taste, reduce to eliminate pain, and can cause dependence, which are divided into groups as attached in the Law. This (according to Article 1 paragraph (1) of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics). The purpose of this research is to examine what makes millennials abuse drugs and find solutions to dealing with drugs for the sake of the golden generation. For the research method used is data reduction and data presentation. The results of this study indicate that there are many factors that influence the millennial generation to abuse drugs, including personality, family, environment, education, society and social community factors.
