This research focuses on analyzing the impact of fundamental financial ratios on stock prices in the banking sector, specifically examining PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. The key financial ratios investigated include Return On Assets (ROA), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), and the ratio of Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO). The study employs a quantitative descriptive research method, utilizing secondary data sourced from annual reports spanning the period from 2014 to 2023. Multiple linear regression analysis is utilized as the primary analytical tool to address the research questions and hypotheses. The findings of the study reveal that the independent variables—ROA, LDR, NPL, and BOPO—significantly influence stock prices, both in isolation and collectively. This indicates that these financial ratios are critical indicators for investors and stakeholders when evaluating the performance and market value of banking institutions. The research highlights the importance of these financial metrics in shaping market perceptions and stock valuations, providing valuable insights for investors, financial analysts, and decision-makers in the banking industry. Furthermore, the study contributes to the existing body of knowledge regarding the relationship between financial performance indicators and stock market behavior. By emphasizing the correlation between these ratios and stock prices, the research underscores the necessity for stakeholders to monitor and analyze these key financial metrics to make informed investment decisions. Overall, the results affirm the relevance of fundamental financial ratios in assessing the financial health and competitive positioning of banks, particularly in the context of PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. This analysis not only enriches the literature on banking finance but also serves as a practical guide for stakeholders aiming to optimize their investment strategies based on financial performance indicators.

Welfare is crucial in the economy, indicating that people are able to meet their basic needs, such as food and clothing. Moreover, the existence of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) greatly supports the achievement of this welfare by providing economic opportunities that help people access their living needs. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in improving community welfare. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using a literature study approach supported by secondary data. The results of this study reviewed from an economic aspect state that Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in improving community welfare. The greater the welfare, the better the country's economic growth and development. In addition, there is legal support through various regulations designed to support the development of MSMEs and realize community welfare.

However, the fact is that cases still continue to occur and the resolution of sexual violence cases has not met expectations. Sexual violence in question is non-physical sexual harassment, physical sexual harassment, forced contraception, forced marriage, sexual torture, sexual exploitation and electronic-based sexual violence.

This Community Service Activity is carried out for MSME Actors in Regency/City in Jambi Province. The preparation of company financial reports is carried out in a certain period. Usually companies make financial reports when their company's accounting period enters the end. This accounting period is determined by each company. Some are done at the end of the year, some are done every few months. Through the Simple Financial Report Preparation Training, it is hoped that it will help MSME partners manage their business financial reports. And will increase Capability, namely improving the Recording of Financial Reports and Transactions manually to be fast and accurate. Hopefully, with this preparation training, you will gain insight, knowledge and understanding of the basics of proper financial management and including how to make a budget.

This research aims to determine the effect of TPAK and inflation on economic growth in Jambi Province in 2013 - 2022. The object of this research is TPAK and inflation as well as economic growth in Jambi Province. The analytical method used in the research is descriptive quantitative and the analytical tools used in this research are hypothesis testing (f test, t test), multiple linear analysis, R square coefficient of determination test, all data is processed using SPSS. The results of this research reveal the R-square value or coefficient of determination 0.247, which means that the influence of TPAK and inflation in Jambi Province can have an ability of 24.7% in explaining economic growth in Jambi Province, while (100% - 24.7% = 75.3%) is influenced by other factors outside the research variables. The significant test carried out on the TPAK (X1) table is seen from the t-count and t-table values. From the results of the regression carried out, it was obtained that the t-count value was -0.205 and the t-table value was 2.365, so the t-count value < t-table ( -0.205 < 2.365) with a probability sig value of 0.843 > 0.05. So Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. This means that TPAK has no influence and is not significant on economic growth in Jambi Province. The significant test carried out on the Inflation variable (X2) can be seen from the t-count and t-table values. From the results of the regression carried out, it was obtained that the t-count value was 927 and the t-table value was 2.365, so the t-count value < t-table (927 < 2.365) with a probability value of Sig 0.385 > 0.05. So Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. This means that inflation has no influence and is not significant on economic growth (Y) in Jambi Province.

This PKM activity was carried out at the Muhammadiyah University of Jambi in the form of material presentations or lectures and discussions regarding the Introduction to Financial Technology (FinTech). In this PKM activity, Rian Dani, M.E., Dr. Agesha Marsyaf and Iqra Wiarta, M.M. act as Speaker. Participants in this PKM activity are students who have passed the 2023 Entrepreneurial Student Development Program (P2MW). The method used in this training is the Lecture Method. The lecture method is a method where the trainer verbally describes or explains to the training participants. Participants have an understanding of Financial Technology (FinTech) such as Crowdfunding, Microfinancing, P2P Lending Service, Market Comparison and Digital Payment Systems. This is marked by an understanding discussion and questions and answers conducted between the participants and the presenters.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan penyerapan tenaga kerja UMKM di Provinsi Jambi, menganalisis pengaruh modal kerja, nilai produksi, tingkat upah minimum dan jumlah unit usaha terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja UMKM di Provinsi Jambi, dan menganalisis pengaruh modal kerja, nilai produksi, tingkat upah minimum dan jumlah unit usaha baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja UMKM di Provinsi Jambi. Data yang digunakan dalam kajian empiris ini merupakan data runtutaan waktu dari tahun 2000 sampai 2015 yang berasal dari Laporan SEKI Bank Indonesia, Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Jambi dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Indonesia. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu Ordinary Least Square (OLS).
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan jumlah tenaga kerja UMKM berfluktuasi. Jumlah tenaga kerja UMKM yang tertinggi selama tahun 2000-2015 terjadi pada tahun 2004 yakni sebesar 30.31 persen dan yang terendah terjadi pada tahun 2006 yakni minus 1.43 persen. Hasil penelitian yang menjelaskan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara modal kerja dengan jumlah tenaga kerja UMKM di Provinsi Jambi dapat diimplikasikan bahwa dalam semakin besar modal yang ditanamkan akan menambah penggunan tenaga kerja. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian yang menjelaskan adanya hubungan negatif dan signifikan antara upah minimum provinsi dengan jumlah tenaga kerja UMKM di Provinsi Jambi dapat diimplikasikan dengan semakin besar upah yang dibayarkan kepada karyawan, semakin kecil proporsi keuntungan bagi pengusaha. Perubahan tingkat upah akan mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya biaya produksi perusahaan. Kemudian, hasil penelitian yang menjelaskan adanya hubungan negatif, namun tidak signifikan antara nilai produksi tenaga kerja terhadap jumlah tenaga kerja UMKM di Provinsi Jambi dapat diimplikasikan bahwa naik turunnya permintaan pasar akan hasil produksi dari perusahaan yang bersangkutan mempengaruhi penyerapan tenaga kerja.
