Abstrak:
This study aims to examine the optimization efforts made by the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit in supervising and regulating the movement of people and vehicles in the airside area of ??Komodo International Airport, Labuan Bajo. The AMC unit is responsible for managing the movement of aircraft, people, and vehicles, including plotting parking stands, arranging ground handling, administering flight data, licensing airside vehicles, supervising engine run-up, apron cleanliness, and handling fuel spills. Supervision is carried out based on SOP, but in emergency situations such as aircraft skidding or unloading on the taxiway, the AMC must be able to adapt quickly to relevant safety procedures. This study uses a qualitative method with direct observation techniques, interviews with three AMC personnel, as well as SOP documentation and incident reports. The results show that the implementation of supervision and control has been running according to PM-IK standards. The focus of supervision includes aircraft movement, engine idle, GSE vehicle speed, completeness of worker PPE, and passenger arrangements to the aircraft. However, the main obstacle is the limited personnel which causes a high workload and supervision is not optimal, so that violations by service users or workers still occur and have the potential to endanger flight safety.

Abstrak:
Background: Emotional regulation is the ability of individuals to recognize, manage, and control their emotions, which is crucial for adolescents, especially when facing various situations in the school environment. This study motivated by the high incidence of stress and emotional problems among students, which can impact their academic performance and social relationships. Method: This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Questionnaires were distributed to 173 students from grades 7, 8, and 9 at SMP 4 Sultan Agung. The obtain data were analyzed to identify the depiction of students emotional regulation and the factors influencing it. Result: Based on the analysis results, from 193 respondents, it showed that 81 respondents (46.8%) had good emotional regulation, while 92 respondents (53.2%) had sufficient emotional regulation. There was a significant difference in emotional regulation ability based on grade level, where students in higher grades had better emotional control. Internal and external factors can affect students' emotional regulation. Conclusion: This study concludes that the emotional regulation of students at SMP 4 Sultan Agung varies, and it is essential for schools and parents to collaborate in creating an environment that supports the development of students' emotional regulation skills.

Abstrak:
Many students study in Jakarta but seem to learn nothing. In fact, most of them cannot speak good and correct Indonesian, in fact, there are also students who have not mastered Indonesian vocabulary. The phenomenon of learning difficulties occurs because of serious problems in education in Indonesia, one of which is the lack of mastery of Indonesian in universities. This study aims to reveal the existence of sociolinguistics on the attitudes/opinions of ITPLN students in using language in the campus environment. Finding sociolinguistic factors that strengthen and weaken the use of Indonesian in the engineering field. This study uses quantitative methods and correlational descriptive surveys, namely research conducted to obtain information about data, then processed with statistics with the preliminary study stage carried out with a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study show the value of the determinant coefficient (R2) = 0.192, which means that around 19.2% of changes in sociolinguistic variables and learning achievement can be explained by student learning achievement. Then based on the results of the t-test, sig0.000 <0.005 was obtained, meaning that the influence was significant. In other words, sociolinguistic variables provide a significant positive contribution to the learning achievement of ITPLN students. The results of the F test obtained F count 14.04 sig0.000<0.005 Ftable shows that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence. So it can also be concluded that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the inconsistency of paragraphs in articles published in the November 2024 edition of Larise magazine. The approach used in this study is qualitative descriptive with data collection methods in the form of observation and recording. The results of the analysis revealed that the incongruity of the paragraphs was caused by several factors, such as the lack of transitional sentences, irregular order of details, and unnecessary repetition of words. Although some paragraphs have implemented the cohesion element correctly, some sections still struggle to connect ideas effectively, making it difficult for readers to follow the flow of the article. These findings show the importance of increasing the use of cohesion techniques to make texts more structure and easy to understand. Magazine writers and editors are advised to improve the application of cohesion elements to improve the cohesion of the text and make it easier for readers to follow the flow of thought. Thus, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of the application of cohesion techniques in print media writing and highlights the need for improvement in these areas to achieve more effective communication.

Abstrak:
Education in Indonesia plays an important role in the development of individuals and the country, shaping social and cultural values and preparing for the future. Quality education creates human resources who are innovative and have high social awareness, as regulated in Republic of Indonesia Law no. 20 of 2003. The main challenge is to maintain achievements and adapt to the Society 5.0 era. Curricula, such as the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum, are designed to develop students' knowledge, skills and character. English as a compulsory subject increases career and educational opportunities in the context of globalization. English teaching in Indonesia emphasizes listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, as well as the importance of grammar and vocabulary. Nouns are an important element in sentence formation, and understanding nouns helps students in all aspects of language skills. An effective method for studying nouns is through descriptive text analysis. The Community Service Activity (PKM) entitled "Learning Nouns Through Descriptive Text Analysis for Grade 7 Students at MTs Lijamul Athfal Sukabumi" aims to develop community potential, increase creativity, writing skills and relationship networks. It is hoped that this PKM can improve students' understanding of nouns and become a guide for language learning in Indonesian literature, as well as arouse interest in learning English. The method used includes preparation and implementation of noun learning through descriptive text analysis at MTs Lijamul Athfal Sukabumi with results showing high enthusiasm from students. It is hoped that this fun context-based learning can be an alternative that advances education and produces students with international insight.

In the 2024 simultaneous elections, the law used still refers to Law Number 7 of 2017 with several changes accommodated in the Constitutional Court Decision Number 114/PUU-XIX/2022. The implementation of simultaneous elections involves the General Election Commission (KPU), the Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu), and the Election Organizer Honorary Council (DKPP). The quality and integrity of elections are not only influenced by these three central institutions, but also by the organizing committee in the field. Artikel hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penyelenggaraan pemilihan umum (pemilu) yang merepresentasikan pemilu bermutu dan berintegritas. Pada pemilu Serentak 2024, undang-undang yang digunakan tetap mengacu pada UU Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 dengan beberapa perubahan yang diakomodasi dalam Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 114/PUU-XIX/2022. Penyelenggaraan pemilu serentak melibatkan Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU), Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu), dan Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu (DKPP). Mutu dan integritas pemilu tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh ketiga lembaga pusat tersebut, melainkan juga dipengaruhi oleh panitia penyelenggara yang ada di lapangan. Pada periode sebelumnya, mutu pemilu di Indonesia cukup tercoreng dengan adanya korban jiwa dan korban jatuh sakit pada sejumlah Kelompok Penyelenggara Pemungutan Suara (KPPS) yang diduga akibat dari kelebihan beban kerja. Oleh karena itu, penting dilakukan telaah lebih dalam tentang beban kerja penyelenggara pemilu untuk menghindari korban dan meningkatkan efisiensi kinerja penyelenggara pemilu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis-normatif untuk menganalisis pengaturan sistem pemilu serentak 2024 serta beban kerja penyelenggara pemilu menurut UU No. 7 Th 2017 tentang pemilu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji materi di Mahkamah Konstitusi menghasilkan putusan yang tetap mempertahankan sistem proporsional terbuka pada pemilu serentak 2024 yang menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia terus berupaya mewujudkan pemilu yang bermutu dan berintegritas. Di sisi lain, evaluasi pemilu periode sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak petugas penyelenggara pemilu yang bekerja melebihi beban kerja yang diatur dalam undang-undang.

Abstrak:
The research is aimed at identifying factors that cause student failure in learning and the types of difficulties experienced by students. The subject of this study is an eighth grade high school student Dwiguna Depok. The data analysis technique used in this study is data reduction, i.e. concluding, separating important things that have already been obtained through the observation, interview and documentation stages of mathematical learning difficulties. This research includes a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. The results show that there are several factors that cause students difficulties in learning mathematics, including individual differences in mathematical ability, lack of motivation, inappropriate teaching methods, health or emotional disorders, and environmental factors.
