Abstrak:
One of the digital marketing strategies commonly used by companies and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to introduce their products and achieve optimal profits is through the use of social media (Hidayat et al., 2022). The rapid development of information technology, particularly the internet and social media, has significantly changed consumer behavior and the way businesses operate. Digital marketing provides strategic opportunities for business actors, including lower promotional costs, increased brand awareness, and the potential to boost sales (Dwivedi et al., 2020). However, many MSMEs have not yet fully utilized digital marketing strategies through social media. The lack of digital literacy and limited understanding of effective marketing strategies remain major challenges in business development. To address these issues, a community service team from the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Islam Majapahit, implemented a mentoring program for the MSME “DnD Donat” located in Dlanggu District, Mojokerto Regency. The objective of this program was to provide the partner with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to design and implement an effective digital marketing strategy using social media as the primary promotional channel. Through this mentoring activity, the partner received education on the fundamentals of digital marketing, how to create engaging promotional content, and how to effectively use social media platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp Business. The results of the program showed that the partner gained an understanding of digital marketing strategies and began to implement them in their business activities. The positive impact of the program was reflected in a noticeable increase in both sales volume and income over a specific period following the implementation of the new marketing approach. This program is expected to serve as a model for developing digital capabilities among other MSMEs and to support the broader digital transformation in the micro and small business sector in a sustainable manner.

Abstrak:
The waning enthusiasm for preserving the nation's wealth, one of which is regional languages, has become a serious problem that has occurred in recent years. However, only a few Indonesian people are aware of it. Regional languages, especially Serang Javanese, are on the verge of extinction. According to the data obtained, there are three million speakers of Serang Javanese, while the majority of Jaseng (Serang Javanese) speakers are in Cilegon, Serang and a small number in Tangerang, Banten Province. Unfortunately, Banten Javanese language users are starting to be eroded by the progress of the times, people are more in favor of slang communication, South Jakarta language, and the influence of other foreign languages. If the number of speakers decreases from before, it is possible that in the next few years the Jaseng language will experience extinction, which will result in the loss of the local wisdom of the people of Serang district. The good news is that the role of social media, which does not always have a negative impact on society, is actually one of the savior media in preventing the extinction of regional languages. One of them was proven by the owner of an influencer Instagram account from Serang who planned to create content that speaks the Serang Javanese language even though it is part of the code-mixing phenomenon. This research aims to reveal every content with the concept of the code-mixing phenomenon in Mang Aplen's Instagram account in detail, starting from the words, phrases and particles used in the communication. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method which is carried out by analyzing data obtained from speech on Instagram content. The results obtained from this analysis are that there are several single words, phrases, affixes, word repetitions and particles of the Serang Javanese language, dialects and customary activities of the Serang Banten people in the context of entertainment, which are very popular with the community, which reflects the maintenance of the Serang Javanese language. and the local wisdom of the Serang Regency community, this is believed to be able to build community enthusiasm in maintaining the Jaseng language and the local wisdom of the Serang community so that it remains sustainable and strong.

Abstrak:
This study aims to evaluate performance at PT Nikomas Gemilang, one of the largest footwear manufacturers in Indonesia, using Critical Incident Technique (CIT). This method is used to identify critical incidents that have a significant impact on the success or failure of the company's operations. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis such as performance and work incident reports.The results showed that the most frequent critical incidents included production errors (40%), logistics delays (27%), and work accidents (20%). The main causes include a lack of technical training, weak coordination between departments, and minimal attention to safety standards. These incidents negatively impacted the company's productivity, product quality, and operational efficiency.Through the implementation of CIT, PT Nikomas Gemilang was able to identify the root causes of the problem and develop strategic measures, such as employee training programs, strengthening coordination with ERP technology, and improving work safety standards. With this data-driven evaluation, the company is expected to reduce the risk of similar incidents in the future, improve operational efficiency, and maintain competitiveness in the global market.

This research aims to analyze buyer behavior towards skincare products, with a focus on factors that influence purchasing decisions, product preferences, the influence of social media, and promotional strategies. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods to collect data from respondents regarding habits, preferences and external influences in purchasing skin care products. Data analysis techniques are carried out descriptively to identify trends and patterns of consumer behavior. The research results show that product quality is the main factor in decisions (91.3%), followed by needs and price. TikTok emerged as the top platform for seeking information (77.9%), while influencer reviews had a significant influence with 91.3% of respondents considering them before purchasing a product. The majority of consumers prefer local products (60.6%) compared to imports. Additionally, promotional strategies such as discounts and cashback proved effective in attracting attention, with 93.3% of respondents expressing interest in the offer. This research concludes that skincare buyer behavior is influenced by a combination of rational and emotional factors, which are strengthened by the influence of social media and promotions. These findings provide insight for producers in designing marketing strategies that are more effective and in line with consumer needs.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze consumer behavior in purchasing decision-making, focusing on the factors influencing the process. The factors examined include perception, attitude, and social influence. A quantitative approach was employed, using a survey method involving 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using linear regression analysis to measure the impact of each variable on purchasing decisions. The results indicate that social influence significantly affect purchasing decisions, while perception and lifestyle have a moderate impact. The implications of this study highlight the importance for companies to understand consumer needs that align with consumer preferences and values. This research is expected to serve as a reference for business managers in designing effective and data-driven marketing strategies.

A descriptive approach using a survey method was employed to collect data from university students across various institutions. The findings reveal that factors such as product innovation, marketing strategies, service quality, and brand image play a significant role in shaping students' preferences for Megacoan. Moreover, the influence of societal opinion is a crucial element that enhances the appeal of Megacoan among students. This study provides valuable insights for business practitioners to understand the preferences of the younger generation and to design more effective and relevant marketing strategies.

Abstrak:
This study is about price trends in two traditional Indonesian food stalls between Warung Nasi Padang and Warteg. Based on a survey of 51 customers, they found that price differences can be caused by basic factors; operational costs, raw material prices and consumer preferences. The result of this study is that the characteristics of Nasi Padang can be seen in stable prices and competitive strategies, while the characteristics of Warteg are more affordable and flexible. This difference affects the management strategy, which provides suggestions to improve productivity and competitive pricing.

Abstrak:
The application of the Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scale (BARS) method in employee performance assessment has been shown to increase the objectivity and accuracy of evaluations in various organizations. The BARS method assesses performance based on specific behaviors related to a particular task, thereby reducing subjectivity in assessment. Recent research by Hia et al. (2024) shows that the integration of the BARS method with a web-based system can facilitate the process of assessing and reporting employee performance. In this study, the BARS method was applied to identify factors that affect employee performance, while the web-based system helped to summarize assessment data efficiently. In addition, research by Rouza and Yanto (2020) at Pasir Pengaraian University developed a web-based Employee Performance Assessment Information System (SIPENTAJA) using the BARS method. This system makes it easier for leaders to assess and report employee performance quickly and accurately. Thus, the application of the BARS method integrated with a web-based system at di PT XYZ, Indonesia, is expected to increase the objectivity of employee performance assessments,facilitate the evaluation process, and support better decision making in human resource management.

This study aims to analyze consumer behavior regarding the use of Sunsilk shampoo, including usage experience, duration, reasons for product choice, and customer satisfaction levels. A survey was conducted involving 93 respondents, addressing their experiences and preferences for Sunsilk shampoo. Results revealed that the majority of respondents have used Sunsilk, with product quality and affordable pricing being the primary reasons for their choice. The study also highlights areas for improvement to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction, offering valuable insights for market strategies.
