Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze educational planning at SMK IT Minnatul Huda in Purwakarta Regency with a focus on the suitability of the majors offered with the needs of the workforce. It was found that there was a significant mismatch between the expertise programs offered and the employment profile in the local area, which caused many graduates to have difficulty in getting jobs that match their fields of study. The research method used was a qualitative approach with a case study method, through in-depth interviews with various stakeholders, including schools, teachers, alumni, as well as observation and analysis of related documents. The results of the study indicate that existing educational planning is not yet based on systematic labor market needs data and there is weak active collaboration with the Business World and Industry (DUDI). This study recommends the need to develop a better employment data collection and analysis system, increase partnerships with DUDI, and implement the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) in the curriculum. With these steps, it is hoped that SMK graduates can be more ready to work, adapt to the dynamics of the labor market, and contribute to the development of competitive human resources in Indonesia.

Abstrak:
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of the Indonesian economy, but in digital business practices, they often face legal challenges in business contracts, whether with suppliers, distributors, or marketplace platforms. This article examines aspects of legal protection for MSMEs in digital business contracts and identifies inequalities that occur in business relationships with large companies. This study uses a normative-juridical research method by analyzing business contract regulations in Indonesia as well as comparative studies with legal systems in other countries. This study concludes that MSMEs need more proactive regulations in ensuring fairness in digital business contracts so as not to experience exploitation from more dominant parties.

Abstrak:
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a strategic role in the national economy but face various challenges, such as limited innovation, market access, and less-than-optimal business strategies. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of MSME players through education regarding business optimization with innovative and strategic approaches. The methods used include training, mentoring, and implementing simple technology to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs. The main focus of education includes product development, digital marketing, financial management, and adaptation strategies to market changes. It is hoped that the results of this activity will increase the understanding and skills of MSME players in managing their businesses more effectively and sustainably. With this education, MSMEs can be better prepared to face business challenges, increase productivity, and expand their market reach.

Abstrak:
Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku merokok remaja adalah, pengetahuan, kepercayaan, paparan iklan rokok, ketersediaan rokok, peran orang tua, teman sebaya, dan peran guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku merokok remaja berdasarkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku merokok remaja di SMA Negeri 15 Medan Tahun 2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 81 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor pengetahuan dengan kategori baik (98,8%) dan kurang baik (1,2%), faktor kepercayaan kategori baik (97,5%) dan kurang baik (2,5%), faktor paparan iklan rokok kategori tidak terpapar (4,9%) dan terpapar (95,1%), faktor ketersediaan rokok kategori sulit (76,5%) dan kategori mudah (23,5%), faktor perang orang tua kategori berperan positif (96,3%) dan berperan negatif (3,7%), faktor teman sebaya kategori berperan positif (76,5%) dan berperan negatif (23,5%) faktor peran guru kategori berperan positif (88,9%) dan berperan negatif (11,1%). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor pengetahuan, kepercayaan, paparan iklan rokok, ketersediaan, peran orang tua, peran guru, dan peran teman sebaya dapat mempengaruhi perilaku merokok pada remaja. Saran bagi responden agar menumbuhkan kemauan yang tinggi untuk berhenti merokok, mengurangi berkumpul dengan teman-teman yang perokok.

Abstrak:
Education is a complex and structured process that functions as part of a mutually supporting system. This article discusses education as a system and outlines the main components that make it up. Education is seen as a system consisting of interconnected elements, such as educational goals, students, educators, curriculum, facilities, learning methods, and environment. Each element has a complementary role to achieve educational goals optimally. This article also emphasizes the importance of synergy and balance between these components so that the education system can run effectively in various contexts, whether formal, non-formal or informal. With a systems-based approach, education is not only understood as a learning process, but also as a strategy for building competent and characterful individuals. This study provides conceptual guidance for practitioners and policy makers to design an education system that is flexible and able to face global challenges.

Abstrak:
Modul ajar multimedia merupakan bentuk inovasi media pembelajaran yang tepat untuk diaplikasikan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Berdasarkan observasi awal, hampir seluruh siswa kelas 10 TKP SMK 7 Negeri Semarang menginginkan dibuatkannya modul ajar multimedia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh modul ajar multimedia elemen dasar konstruksi bangunan terhadap hasil belajar siswa Program Keahlian Teknik Konstruksi dan Perumahan SMK Negeri 7 Semarang tahun 2023/2024. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 10 berjumlah 71 siswa dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif quasi eksperimental non equivalen control group, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi pre-test dan post-test serta kuesioner dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil belajar kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan nilai secara signifikan dengan N-Gain kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,2986468 dibandingkan dengan pada kelas kontrol N-Gain sebesar 0,106547224. Kemudian untuk hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen menunjukan hasil yang baik, didukung dengan data 29 siswa mengalami hasil belajar meningkat dan 7 siswa mengalami hasil belajar yang sama, sedangkan kelas kontrol sebanyak 18 siswa mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar, 8 siswa mengalami penurunan dan 9 siswa mengalami hasil belajar yang sama, dan untuk modul ajar multimedia mendapat respon baik dari siswa dengan nilai 3,4111 untuk aspek kepraktisan modul dan 3,3111 untuk aspek keefektifan modul yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hasil yang lebih baik dari kelas eksperimen dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol.

Abstrak:
The objective of the study was to identify the content analysis according to Cunningsworth’s theory in the English textbook entitled “Pathway To English Phase E” used in first grade senior high school by Th.M. Sudarwati and Eudia Grace. This study was a descriptive qualitative research with a documentation technique as a data collection method. This study also used triangulation namely triangulation of data. This study used content analysis according to Cunningsworth’s theory to analyzed the data. According to the criteria for selecting a good textbook which are: 1) aims and approaches, 2) language and content, 3) skill, 4) topic, and 5) methodology. The research was conducted from Desember 2023 to January 2024. This study was conducted at the library. To analyze the data, the researchers used qualitative analysis data. The results of this study will be the criteria for a good textbook according to cunningsworth 5 out of 8 criteria are present. Among them are aims and approaches, language and content, skill, topic and methodology. The research show aims and approaches get 93,75%, language and content get 70,83%, skill get 95,83%, topic get 87,5 and methodology get 100%. The average points is 89,5%. Additionally, the study shows that data is transmitted in the form of texts, instructions and conversations.

Etika digital memberikan kenyamanan dalam berinteraksi di media digital. Etika digital bukan hanya cakap dalam pengunaan alat teknologi juga memiliki mampu melakukan proses mediasi secara produktif. SMKN 3 Boja terletak di Kecamatan Boja, Kendal memiliki fasilitas lengkap termasuk untuk mendukung literasi digital siswa. Meskipun banyak siswa di SMKN 3 Boja aktif di media sosial seperti WhatsApp, Instagram, dan Facebook, literasi digital mereka masih memerlukan perhatian lebih. Siswa perlu diajarkan cara menggunakan teknologi dengan bijak dan kritis untuk mendukung pembelajaran dan menghindari informasi yang salah, terutama di era di mana hoax dan informasi palsu mudah tersebar. Upaya peningkatan literasi digital telah dilakukan melalui berbagai program penyuluhan, termasuk yang diselenggarakan oleh tim pengabdian dari FTIK. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan pada hari Senin, 29 April 2024 di Laboratorium RPL SMKN 3 Boja, selama ± 3 jam dan diikuti 32 siswa. Manfaat yang diperoleh peserta menunjukkan bahwa pada dasarnya setiap peserta kegiatan penyuluhan sudah memiliki pengetahuan dasar tentang literasi digital, hal ini juga didukung hasil yang menyatakan Sangat Setuju (SS) dengan perlunya pengetahuan literasi digital di pretest dijawab oleh rata-rata 4,6 responden atau 14,38% dan meningkat di posttest sebesar rata-rata 10.7 responden atau 33,44 %.

Abstrak:
Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is a crucial aspect of land surveying practices conducted by vocational high school students. The risk of accidents, such as falls, being buried by soil, and exposure to extreme weather conditions, necessitates the optimal implementation of OSH awareness and compliance. This study aims to analyze the integration of student awareness and compliance with OSH in land surveying practices. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. Prior to analysis, the data were tested for (1) normality, (2) homogeneity, and (3) linearity. The study population consists of 105 students from the Construction and Housing Engineering program at SMK Negeri 3 Semarang, selected through a total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and interviews, then analyzed using SPSS. The results indicate that student awareness and compliance significantly and simultaneously influence OSH implementation, contributing 78%. The correlation analysis reveals a strong relationship of 88% between the variables. Students with high awareness and compliance demonstrate greater discipline in adhering to OSH procedures in the field. These findings suggest that enhancing education, providing adequate safety facilities, and enforcing strict supervision can further improve OSH implementation in land surveying practices within vocational school environments.

Abstrak:
National food security is one of the crucial issues or problem that is the focus of government attention in order to ensure the availability, access, and quality of food for the entire community. Government policies that support local independence are believed to have an important role in achieving sustainable food security. This study aims to analyze government policies from a legal perspective in advancing local independence and their implications for national food security. The methodology used in this study is normative legal analysis with a descriptive approach. The data used comes from primary sources such as laws and regulations and related policies, as well as secondary sources in the form of literature and other supporting documents. The analysis is carried out to identify policies that have been implemented, evaluate their effectiveness, and the legal implications that arise. The results of the study show that there are a number of policies that have been implemented by the government to advance local independence, but there are still various challenges in their implementation. Several policies that are effective at the local level have not been fully integrated with national policies, which causes a lack of harmony in achieving food security. In addition, this study found that the legal aspects of the policy still need improvement to support the sustainability of local independence in the long term. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of strengthening a more integrated legal and policy framework that focuses on local empowerment. Recommendations are given to policy makers to improve existing regulations, improve coordination between institutions, and encourage local community participation in efforts to achieve sustainable national food security.
