To become a leader, a person must study and train themselves to have the character, abilities or qualities that a leader should have. Students in general are also administrators of intra-school organizations (OSIS) who are one of the seeds of future leaders and have an obligation to drive behavioral changes in their respective schools so that they become better. As a form of concern in building a leadership model that has integrity, Akbara Surakarta Polytechnic conducts leadership training and coaching for OSIS administrators and students at SMK Empat Lima. The methods used in this training are lecture activities, question and answer sessions, case study discussions, by explaining the basic concepts of visionary leadership, participatory leadership styles, leadership in organizational change and how to make decisions correctly, prepare accountability reports for activities. After this training, it is hoped that OSIS administrators and students will have and demonstrate leadership behavior skills that are ready to face challenges and can inspire students in their respective school and community environments.

This article aims to optimize the profit of seblak business through the application of Simplex method in linear program. Seblak is a popular business today with a wide variety of toppings such as meatballs, sausages, noodles, feet and many more, but efficient production planning and resource allocation can be challenging. In calculating this profit optimization, we use the Simplex method to identify production combinations that can generate maximum profit by considering various constraints related to raw materials, processing time, production costs to product selling prices. The result is expected to help seblak business owners in making smarter decisions regarding production, inventory, and pricing strategies, thus improving their business profitability.

Labor and wages are like two sides of a coin which is always a problem. The regulation of wages is regulated in Law  Number  13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and confirmed through Government Regulation Number 78 of 2015 concerning Wages and Regulation of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Number 15 of 2018 concerning Minimum Wages.  This study aims to answer the factors that cause the ineffective supervision carried out by the Technical Implementation Unit  (UPT) of Labor Inspection on the provision of minimum wages for workers, as well as the efforts that can be made by the Technical Implementation Unit  (UPT) of Labor Inspection in making effective supervision of the provision of minimum wages for workers through normative juridical research method  (doctrinal) is an approach that views law as a doctrine or a set of normative rules  (law in  the  book).  The factors causing the ineffectiveness of the supervision carried out by the Technical Implementation Unit  (UPT) of Labor Inspection on the provision of minimum wages for workers are due to limited personnel and the efforts that can be made by the UPT through:  (a) conducting a sudden inspection  (Sidak) to the  worker s  premises, and  (b) impose strict sanctions on employers World Health Organization provide workers wages that are not in accordance with the minimum wage as stipulated in the laws and regulations in the field of wages.  Tenaga kerja dan upah bagaikan dua sisi mata uang yang selalu menjadi permasalahan. Pengaturan tentang upah diatur dalam ketentuan terkait Ketenagakerjaan serta dipertegas melalui ketentuan mengenai Pengupahan dan Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi serta ketentuan mengenai Upah Minimum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab faktor yang menyebabkan belum efektifnya pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Pengawasan Ketenagakerjaan terhadap pemberian upah minimum pekerja, serta upaya yang dapat dilakukan Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Pengawasan Ketenagakerjaan dalam mengefektifkan pengawasan terhadap pemberian upah minimum pekerja melalui metode penelitian yuridis normatif (doktrinal) adalah suatu pendekatan yang memandang hukum sebagai doktrin atau seperangkat aturan yang bersifat normatif (law in book). Faktor penyebab belum efektifnya pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Pengawasan Ketenagakerjaan terhadap pemberian upah minimum pekerja dikarenakan keterbatasan personil serta upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh UPT melalui:   (a) melakukan Inspeksi Mendadak (Sidak) ke tempat pekerja; dan (b) memberikan sanksi yang tegas kepada pengusaha yang memberikan upah pekerjanya tidak sesuai dengan upah minimum sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan di bidang pengupahan.              

Indonesian School in Riyadh (ISR) was established in 1985 by Indonesian embassy in Riyadh in purpose to accommodate the students from Kindergarten to Year 12. The school educates students in three languages: Indonesian, Arabic and English (Setyono, 2016). The ISR has no selection system on students’ competencies for enrolment process like in the home country. The school is only one option for Indonesian children in Riyadh where students from various backgrounds are accepted. Online students’ help is design eLearning in purpose to improve students’ achievement.
The school has 399 students and 21 employees, including four non-teachers and one librarian. The ISR has characteristics like public school in Indonesia where curriculum, policy and finance are supported by Indonesian government and parents’ committee partnership (Setyono, 2016). Based on the concept of No Children Left Behind (NCLB), the ISR need to give opportunities for students to continue to study at they preferred school or university in Indonesia and Saudi Arabia.

The many variations of Muslim clothing make customers confused in determining which clothes to buy. One solution is to use a recommendation system that can help customers find clothes according to their wants and needs. This study aims to create a product recommendation system that can provide product recommendations to Muslim clothing stores using the collaborative filtering method. The recommendation results will only display a maximum of 6 Muslim clothes that have been seen or purchased based on the similarity value of the highest Muslim clothing to the recommendation level with the lowest similarity. The results of Muslim clothing recommendations from customer A are Queen Dress (P0007) with a similarity value of 2.00, Trimuji Toyobo (P0006) with a similarity value of 1.40, Wonder Set 3in1 (P0008) with a similarity value of 1.00, Afnan Atasan Tunik (P0009 ) with a similarity value of 1.00 and Abaya Embroidery Maxi (P0010) with a similarity value of 1.00

The Gojek Mobile application is one application that is widely used by the wider community. In recent years, Gojek has developed very rapidly and is able to beat conventional transportation modes because it is more practical and has many service features offered by the applicator. This study aims to analyze and determine the extent to which the ease of use, information quality, security quality and technical & functional quality of the Gojek application are perceived as useful for users and have implications for user satisfaction and loyalty. The approach used in this study is included in the type of explanatory research, namely research whose explanation uses hypothesis testing in which the causal relationship between variables is explained. The respondents of this study were 100 students from various universities in the city of Semarang. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire instrument where the variables were measured using a five-scale Likert scale, where the data was processed using SmartPLS 3.0. From the model test, the test results show that of the 7 hypotheses, five hypotheses are accepted because they have a significant effect and two are rejected because they are not significant, the data is said to be significant if it has t < 0.05. customer satisfaction variable has a significant effect on loyalty variable with P Values ??= 0.000, information quality variable also has a significant effect on perceived usefullness variable with P values ??= 0.001, perceived easy of use variable affects customer satisfaction variable with P Values ??= 0.000 , the perceived easy of use variable has an effect on the perceived usefullness variable with P Values ??= 0.009, the perceived usefullness variable affects the Customer satisfaction variable with the P Values ??= 0.023, the security quality variable has no effect on the perceived usefullness variable with the P Values ??= 0.085, the technical variable & functional quality has no effect on the perceived usefullness variable with P Values ??= 0.813.

Universitas Stikubank (Unisbank) Semarang telah mengimplementasikan sistem pembelajaran berbasis web yang dikenal dengan istilah smart campus yang didalamnya terdapat model pembelajaran elearning yang terintegrasi smart campus. Elearning yang diaplikasikan oleh manajemen Unisbank merupakan media pembelajaran online dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi agar mudah digunakan seluruh mahasiswa dan dosen dalam proses  belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberhasilan/kesuksesan e-learning universitas berdasarkan adaptasi dari model kesuksesan sistem informasi Delone dan McLean . Data primer dan data sekunder digunakan dalam penelitian ini,  instrument kuesioner dipakai untuk mendapatkan data primer. Selanjutnya data diolah secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil pengujian data selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk memberikan gambaran secara naratif dari hasil penelitian. Hasil olah data penelitian  didapatkan bahwa (1) Penilaian mahasiswa tentang system quality pada sistem e-learning tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to use dengan p-value 0,729; (2) Penilaian mahasiswa tentang system quality pada sistem e-learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap user satisfaction dengan p-value 0,002; (3) Penilaian mahasiswa tentang information quality pada sistem e-learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to use dengan p-value 0,025; (4) Penilaian mahasiswa tentang information quality pada sistem e-learning akan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap user satisfaction dengan p-value 0,000; (5) Penilaian mahasiswa tentang service quality pada sistem e-learning tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to use dengan p-value 0,166; (6) Penilaian mahasiswa tentang service quality pada sistem e-learning akan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap user satisfaction dengan p-value 0,000; (7) User satisfaction terkait  sistem e-learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to use dengan p-value 0,000; (8) Intention to use sistem e-learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap net  benefits p-value 0,004; (9) User satisfaction pada  sistem e-learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap net  benefits dengan p-value 0,000.
