Abstrak:
This study aims to explore students' perceptions of creating digital video projects as a tool for teaching and improving speaking abilities. A descriptive qualitative research design was applied, involving 50 students enrolled in the Intermediate English course during the second semester of the Machine Automotive Study Programme at Politeknik Negeri Jember. Data collection techniques included questionnaires distributed via Google Forms, consisting of multiple-choice and open-ended questions, complemented by semi-structured interviews to gain deeper insights. The focus was on understanding how students perceive the effectiveness of digital video projects in enhancing their speaking skills and overall language learning experience. The findings revealed that most students had a positive attitude toward creating digital video projects, stating that such activities significantly enhanced their confidence, fluency, and pronunciation in English. Many participants emphasized that digital video projects encouraged them to practice speaking repeatedly, which contributed to reducing anxiety and improving their performance. The study also found a clear connection between students' intrinsic motivation to improve their speaking skills and the perceived benefits of completing digital video tasks. Additionally, students highlighted the creative aspect of video-making, which fostered collaboration, critical thinking, and self-expression. The role of the lecturer was identified as crucial in guiding students throughout the project, particularly in overcoming technical and linguistic challenges. The study concludes that integrating digital video projects into speaking lessons not only improves speaking ability but also motivates learners to take active participation in language learning.

Abstrak:
This study examined the Basic English ommunication skills of the Students of Clinical Nutrition Study Program at Politeknik Negeri Jember, especially in the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic year who are taking the Basic English Class. Using a quantitative and descriptive research approach, data was collected through tests designed to assess students' knowledge of English expressions used in everyday life. The test consists of 71 questions covering four topics. The test results showed good scores with most of the scores were categorized good and very good. Beside that, the difficulty index for each part of the test showed that students can answer the questions of the test that were categorized easy and very easy. The results of this study showed that students have good Basic English communication skills to prepare the students in entering the workplace in globalization era.

Abstrak:
Village fund management is a key element in accelerating development in rural areas. This article evaluates the management of village funds in 2024 in Rantau Kermas Village, Jangkat District, Merangin Regency, Jambi Province, with a focus on projects to improve farming roads and normalize river water for rice fields. The methodology used involves active community participation in project planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting, with technical assistance from students of the Ahmad Dahlan Institute of Technology and Business (ITB AD) Jakarta. The research results show that improving the 4 kilometer long agricultural road succeeded in increasing accessibility and reducing agricultural operational costs, while normalizing the 3 kilometer river succeeded in improving irrigation and reducing the risk of flooding, thereby increasing agricultural productivity. The principles of transparency and accountability are implemented through the formation of a Village Fund Management Team (TPDD) and regular reporting involving all elements of society. The discussion identified challenges such as limited capacity of village officials and resistance to change, which were successfully overcome through training and a participatory approach. The implications of this research show that effective village fund management can be a model for other villages in achieving sustainable and inclusive development.

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine the adaptation strategies carried out by kja farmers in ex-mining ponds, to see the social conditions of kja farmers and to find out the problems faced by kja farmers. The research location was chosen in the ex-mining pond of Bangun Rejo Village, Tenggarong Seberang District. The type of research data used in this study uses primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The data analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that there are several adaptation strategies carried out by kja farmers in ex-mining ponds so that the business continues to be sustainable, namely, selecting the right fish species, collaborating with related parties, managing water quality, making independent feed and expanding marketing networks. The social conditions of kja farmers can be seen from the aspects of education, livelihoods and cooperation between networks. Problems faced by kja farmers include difficulties in obtaining activity permits, lack of support from the government, rising feed prices and irregular payment of results.

Abstrak:
Literacy movement is one of the important activities to encourage the development of students' thinking patterns. This research aims to explain and describe the stages of implementing the literacy movement in strengthening the critical thinking skills of sixth-grade students at Larangan Badung 1 State Elementary School, Pamekasan Madura. The research method used a qualitative method with a case study design. Data collection techniques: interviews with the school principal, class teachers, and students; then documentation and observation. Data analysis techniques: data condensation, presentation, and verification. Data validity checking with: source and technique triangulation. The results show that the stages include: familiarization by reading for 15 minutes before learning, development by regular visits to the public library, activities such as summarizing, discussions, and group work, application by reading together from teaching materials, digital literacy implementation using laptops and projectors for teaching material delivery, and product stage in the form of short story writing. Supporting factor: students' enthusiasm. Inhibiting factor: students not following instructions. Conclusion: the stages of digital literacy application proceed systematically. Research contribution: to ensure the sustainability and development of literacy movement activities.

Abstrak:
Puskesmas sebagai fasilitas kesehatan primer bertanggungjawab terhadap penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan di wilayahnya, termasuk pelayanan SDIDTK. Pelayanan Kesehatan harus sesuai dengan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM). Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran evaluasi program pelaksana pelayanan kesehatan balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Batumandi. Metode penelitian kualitatif, subjek penelitian terdiri dari informan utama dan informan trianggulasi. Intrumen yang digunakan berupa pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian didapatkan aspek input meliputi man yaitu bidan desa, bidan Puskesmas, gizi, aparat desa dan kader yang bekerja sesuai dengan tupoksi masing-masing. Money berasal dari APBD, DAK dan dana desa. Material yaitu alat-alat pengukur timbangan, pemberian makanan tambahan dan permainan edukatif. Machines yaitu komputer/laptop dan jaringan internet. Method yaitu buku-buku pedoman terkait pelaksanaan program pelayanan kesehatan balita. Aspek proses program pelaksana pelayanan kesehatan balita meliputi perencanaan yaitu pelaksanaan sesuai dengan SOP yang telah ditetapkan sedangkan pelaksanaan sesuai dengan perencanaan dan jadwal yang telah ditentukan. Aspek output meliputi monitoring yaitu dengan melakukan rapat bulanan dan dilakukan secara berkala satu bulan sekali sedangkan evaluasi telah dilakukan dan mengalami kendala yaitu kekurangan tenaga kesehatan dan deteksi dini kesehatan balita.

Abstrak:
Abstract. This research aims to find out the influence of learning styles on the learning achievements of MTs.Darul Karomah Singosari students. The method used in this study is exposed facto. The study's population of 50 students was selected using simple random sampling techniques. Data collection is carried out by disseminating learning style questionnaires and documenting students' raport within 1 semester. This study uses quantitative data analysis techniques, normality and homogeneity tests, as well as anova tests. Hypothetical testing uses a single-track anova test with data processing using SPSS 16.0 for windows. The results showed that learning styles had no significant influence or contribute to the students' learning achievements. This can be seen from the result of a significance score of 0.990 so that the value of the anova test significance of the learner is more than 0.05.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik MTs.Darul Karomah Singosari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ekspos fakto. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 50 peserta didik yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan menyebar angket gaya belajar dan melakukan dokumentasi raport peserta didik dalam kurun waktu 1 semester. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif, uji normalitas dan homogenitas, serta uji anova. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji anova satu jalur dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 16.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya belajar tidak memiliki pengaruh atau sumbangan yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,990 sehingga nilai signifikansi uji anova peserta didik lebih dari 0,05.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study is to determine the compatibility of AMF isolates from several host plants to the yield components of sweet corn on peatlands. The field experiments were carried out with a randomized complete block design (RCBD) with 5 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments referred to are m0 (without AMF inoculation), m1 (AMF inoculum from the host Pueraria javanica), m2 (AMF inoculum from the soybean plant host), m3 (AMF inoculum from the corn plant host), and m4 (AMF inoculum from the sorghum plant host). Observations weremade on mycorrhizal infections, absorption of N, P, K nutrients, and plant yield components, including weight per ear with weight, weight per ear without husk, ear length, ear diameter, and ear weight per plot. The data acquired from the observation were statistically analyzed using analysis of variance (F test), while further tests were done with Duncan’s multiple distance test (DMRT). The results showed that AMF inoculant derived from maize rhizosphere is more compatible with corn plants than AMF inoculant from rhizosphere sorghum, P. javanica, and soybeans without inoculation. AMF inoculant from maize rhizosphere can increase root infection, absorption of N, P, K nutrients, and the best yield components of sweet corn on peatlands
