This study investigates the influence of overprotective parenting on independent character development among out-of-town university students enrolled in a Home Economics Education Program. Independence in emerging adulthood encompasses emotional, behavioral, and value-based autonomy, essential for functioning as responsible adults. Using a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis, data were collected from 103 students selected through purposive sampling. The results show a negative relationship between overprotective parenting and student independence; however, the effect was not statistically significant (p = 0.744). These findings suggest that while overprotective parenting may inhibit autonomy to some extent, student independence is more significantly shaped by broader contextual factors such as peer interaction, campus engagement, and experiential learning. Peer interaction can provide opportunities for students to practice independence in a supportive environment, while campus engagement and experiential learning can foster autonomy by encouraging students to take initiative and make decisions. The study highlights the need for holistic strategies within higher education to foster independence beyond family influences alone. Implications of this study indicate that universities should create structured programs that support student autonomy and self-regulation. At the same time, future research is encouraged to explore mediating variables that may better explain the development of independence during emerging adulthood.

Religious education plays a crucial role in shaping students' character and instilling moral and spiritual values. This study aims to analyze the implementation of religious education policies in schools, focusing on the effectiveness of implementation, challenges faced by teachers and institutions, and its impact on students. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that although religious education policies are formally included in the curriculum, their implementation in practice still faces several obstacles, such as limited resources, lack of teacher training, and diverse religious backgrounds of students. Recommendations include improving teacher training, strengthening the curriculum, and adopting an inclusive approach that respects religious diversity.
 

Digital transformation in the Islamic banking sector requires innovation that is responsive to user needs. The BYOND by BSI application is a form of digital transformation by Bank Syariah Indonesia in response to these dynamics. This study aims to examine customer acceptance and satisfaction with the use of the BYOND application based on five recent national studies. The research findings indicate that factors such as perceived usefulness, ease of use, trust, and Islamic banking features play a significant role in driving customer usage and loyalty. Challenges include low digital literacy and concerns about security. With a sustainable approach to feature development and digital education, BYOND has great potential to strengthen the digital Islamic banking ecosystem in Indonesia.

Hyperlipidemia is a condition in which lipid levels in the bloodstream (plasma) experience an imbalance in lipid levels, although it does not show severe symptoms but can trigger various serious diseases. Statins are used as the main therapy for antidyslipidemia, but with long-term use, statins cause various side effects such as muscle pain, muscle disorders and muscle discomfort. Indonesia has a variety of plants that have benefits for lowering blood cholesterol levels. To determine the potential of metabolite compounds contained in several plants as HMG-COA Reductase inhibitors, research can be carried out using molecular docking. The purpose of this literature study is to determine the comparison of compounds that have HMG-COA Reductase inhibitor inhibitor activity. The method used in compiling this literature study is from various national and international scientific articles published in the period 2020-2025. The natural compounds that have been studied have significant inhibitory activity against the HMG-CoA Reductase enzyme, namely from the 10 plants studied, Rhodomyrtus tomentosa has the best activity in inhibiting the HMG-CoA Reductase enzyme with an Affinity of the Binding value of -11.4 so that it has the potential to be further developed as a natural anti-cholesterol drug.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam bagaimana pengambilan keputusan berperan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas sistem pengendalian manajemen (SPM) di dalam organisasi. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan metode studi pustaka, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi berbagai literatur akademik dan temuan empiris terkini guna memahami hubungan antara keputusan manajerial, struktur pengendalian, serta tantangan-tantangan strategis yang dihadapi organisasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pengambilan keputusan yang berbasis data, partisipatif, dan responsif terhadap konteks lingkungan organisasi, mampu meningkatkan keakuratan, kecepatan, dan relevansi keputusan yang diambil. Hal ini berimplikasi pada efektivitas pelaksanaan strategi dan pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Sistem pengendalian yang fleksibel dan terintegrasi dengan teknologi informasi terbukti mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan secara lebih adaptif, terutama dalam menghadapi dinamika lingkungan bisnis yang kompleks dan berubah cepat. Dengan demikian, penguatan sinergi antara pengambilan keputusan dan sistem pengendalian manajemen menjadi faktor kunci dalam menciptakan organisasi yang tangguh dan berorientasi pada keberlanjutan.

This study aims to describe the use of the Bali map as a learning medium in Social Science (IPS) subjects at MI Al Hidayah Cipacung. The research employed a qualitative approach through participatory observation, documentation, and informal interviews. The results show that using the Bali map improves students’ understanding of geographical positions, temples, districts, and Bali’s socio-cultural elements. The map also stimulates active interaction, group discussions, and increases students’ curiosity. The teacher’s strategy of integrating maps into small project-based learning helped build students’ analytical and collaborative skills. Challenges found include limited map availability and the absence of interactive digital maps. The study recommends developing varied and contextual map media to support effective IPS learning.

In the era of modern technology, the use of gadgets among teenagers continues to rise, particularly for accessing social media, which can influence their behavior, including sexual behavior. This study aims to examine the impact of gadget use on adolescent sexual behavior. The research approach is quantitative, using an analytic survey method with a cross-sectional design. The study sample consists of 94 twelfth-grade students selected through total sampling. The variables studied include gadget use as the independent variable and adolescent sexual behavior as the dependent variable, measured using a closed-ended questionnaire. The results indicate that 89 respondents (94.7%) reported high levels of gadget use. Furthermore, 70 respondents (74.5%) exhibited risky sexual behavior. The Chi-Square statistical test with a p-value of 0.004 and an OR of 13.800 shows a significant relationship between gadget use and adolescent sexual behavior. These findings suggest that excessive gadget use can increase the risk of sexual behavior among teenagers. Therefore, this study is expected to help prevent such behavior through stricter supervision, appropriate sex education, and the active role of parents and schools in guiding teenagers to use gadgets safely.

Transformational leadership is an approach that emphasizes inspiration, empowerment, and individual development in order to achieve organizational goals holistically. This study aims to examine the concept of transformational leadership theoretically, while reviewing its application in the context of general organizations and churches, and its relevance according to the biblical perspective. Using the literature study method, this study collected data from various scientific literature and theological sources to build a solid conceptual framework. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership has significant benefits, such as increasing employee engagement, innovation, and performance. On the other hand, this approach also has limitations, especially in the context of organizations that are bureaucratic or still in the early stages of formation. From a biblical perspective, transformational leadership is in line with the examples of Deborah and Jesus Christ, who led through service, example, and personal transformation. Thus, transformational leadership is not only relevant to the development of modern organizations, but also has a strong spiritual basis in Christian teachings.

The rapid advancement of digital transformation, coupled with the increasing intensity of competition in the financial industry, compels banking institutions to implement appropriate strategies to enhance their competitiveness—particularly in serving the micro and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) segments. This study aims to analyze the application of the Strategic Position and Action Evaluation (SPACE) Matrix as a tool for formulating effective marketing strategies at Bank BRI Unit Sokaraja Tengah.By employing a qualitative approach through direct observation and interviews, this research evaluates four key dimensions within the SPACE Matrix framework: Financial Strength (FS), Competitive Advantage (CA), Environmental Stability (ES), and Industry Strength (IS). The analysis results indicate that FS scored 5, CA scored 4, ES scored 4, and IS scored 3. Collectively, these scores position Bank BRI Unit Sokaraja Tengah within the aggressive quadrant.These findings suggest that the bank unit possesses strong internal capabilities and significant external opportunities for continued growth and innovation. Based on this strategic positioning, the recommended strategies include: strengthening digital service innovation, enhancing customers' financial literacy, and fostering active collaboration with the SME community. The implementation of this aggressive strategy is expected to reinforce the bank's competitive position and sustainably support growth in the microeconomic sector.

This study aims to analyze market sentiment towards Gold Financing Products (PKE) in Islamic banking before and after the Trump Effect phenomenon using the text mining method. This technique involves extracting information from unstructured text data to then be visualized and analyzed using the Natural Language Processing (NLP) approach and a RoBERTa-based classification model. Data was collected through web scraping from the X application with the help of API and processed using Google Colab. From a total of 4,074 tweets analyzed, it was found that the majority of public sentiment was neutral (59%), followed by negative (24%) and positive (17%). This reflects the public's tendency to discuss informatively rather than emotionally, although there was a spike in negative sentiment in certain periods indicating sensitivity to global dynamics, especially the impact of the Trump Effect on gold prices. The resulting wordcloud reveals key topics such as gold prices, buying and selling activities, and institutions such as Pegadaian Syariah and BSI. Terms such as "sharia", "riba", and "principles" emphasize the importance of Islamic financial values ??in public perception. The results of this study indicate that text mining-based sentiment analysis is effective in capturing the dynamics of public opinion in real-time and can be a strategic tool for Islamic financial institutions in responding to market changes.
