This research aims to examine the influence of mapalus culture on community involvement in Indonesian development with active community participation which strengthens the Indonesian legal system. The underlying thing for this research is that the local wisdom of the South Minahasa people, represented by Mapalus cultural values, has experienced degradation as a cultural habit, thus reducing the spirit of mutual cooperation of the South Minahasa people and causing the existence of law and society to become low. This research is normative juridical research using a statute approach. The data used was collected through a literature study. The research results show that Mapalus is a way to strengthen togetherness and reduce the workload of the South Minahasa Community. Mapalus as local wisdom influences community involvement in Indonesia's national development. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji mengenai pengaruh budaya mapalus terhadap keterlibatan masyarakat dalam Pembangunan Indonesia dengan partisipasi aktif masyarakat yang menguatkan sistem hukum Indonesia. Hal yang mendasari penelitian ini adalah kearifan lokal masyarakat Minahasa Selatan yang diwakili nilai-nilai budaya Mapalus telah mengalami degadrasi sebagai habitual budaya sehingga menurunkan semangat gotong royong masyarakat Minahasa Selatan dan menyebabkan eksistensi hukum dan masyarakat menjadi rendah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan statute approach. Data yang digunakan digunakan dikumpulkan melalui literature study. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Mapalus menjadi cara untuk mempererat kebersamaan dan mengurangi beban kerja Masyarakat Minahasa Selatan. Mapalus  sebagai local wisdom mempengaruhi keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pembangunan nasional Indonesia. 

This research aims to dig deeper into the relationship between mood, emotions, and societal legal compliance. The urgency of research lies in understanding the role of individual moods and emotions in legal compliance in society. Stability, security, and justice in society depend primarily on the level of compliance with the law, and this research highlights that an individual's mood and emotions can be a crucial factor in such compliance behavior. The focus of this research lies in the approach taken in analyzing the relationship between mood, emotions, and legal compliance, in contrast to previous research, which focused more on external factors such as law enforcement or socio-economic characteristics. This research approach method is sociological juridical and focuses on qualitative data. This research provides new insights into how these psychological factors influence legal compliance behavior in society. The finding is that positive moods, such as happiness and peace, promote higher legal compliance, while negative moods, such as anxiety or anger, can reduce legal compliance. The conclusions of this research emphasize the importance of considering psychological aspects in designing effective law enforcement policies and strategies. Understanding how mood and emotions influence legal compliance behavior can improve legal compliance and create a safer and more stable environment.
