The South China Sea is a strategic region of global significance, both economically and geopolitically. It serves as a major global trade route, with over 30% of global trade passing through it annually. Additionally, the South China Sea is rich in natural resources, including oil, gas, and abundant marine products. However, overlapping territorial claims among countries such as China, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Brunei, and Indonesia have triggered prolonged geopolitical tensions. This study aims to analyze the role of international law, particularly UNCLOS 1982, as the primary framework for resolving these disputes. Using a doctrinal approach, the study examines primary legal documents, such as UNCLOS 1982, the 2016 Arbitration Award, and ASEAN agreements. Data shows an average of 15 annual conflicts in the South China Sea over the past decade, with a significant increase from 5 cases in 2014 to 25 cases in 2023. While UNCLOS 1982 provides a clear legal framework, non-compliance with arbitration rulings, such as China's refusal to adhere to the 2016 ruling, highlights weaknesses in enforcement mechanisms and sanctions. This study emphasizes that multilateral approaches based on international law, supported by regional mechanisms like ASEAN, have yet to achieve full effectiveness. The findings offer strategic recommendations, including reforming international sanction mechanisms and strengthening ASEAN frameworks to support conflict resolution and ensure sustainable stability in the region

Agrarian disputes are a crucial issue in Indonesia, particularly in areas that serve as the centers of indigenous communities, where conflicts often arise between customary law and formal law. This study aims to analyze and compare customary and formal law's effectiveness in resolving agrarian disputes, focusing on indigenous regions with strong customary norms. The methodology employed includes semi-structured in-depth interviews and an analysis of customary legal documents, aimed at exploring respondents' perspectives and collecting data from relevant documents. The findings reveal that customary law often proves more responsive to the needs of local communities and creates fairer resolutions, whereas formal law tends to operate within a more universal framework and often overlooks local cultural values. The conclusion of this study underscores the importance of collaboration between customary law and formal law to enhance the effectiveness of agrarian dispute resolution and provides policy recommendations for the government to strengthen harmony between these two legal systems.

Communication plays a very important role in human life. Because wherever there are humans, that’s where communication occurs. So, it is important to have and increase knowledge about communication. Not only communication between individuals in daily life, but also between individuals in organization. It is very crucial to create good and targeted communication between individuals within it, to create harmony and to avoid misunderstanding. All people and organizations live in relation to their environment. To improve the quality of this relationship, good communication is needed. Improving the quality of this communication is the field of activity of public relations. Every organization from initial to final activities will go through various integrated activities so as to achieve the best results. The glue of all these activities is the field of Public Relations activities.  In the society, also in organizations, we need to know about Public Relations. Because in organization, what is very important to pay attention to is how individuals in the organizations create and develop good ways of communicating with each other. So that all organizational works can be carried out well and produce the best results. Apart from being a good goal for the organization itself, knowledge of Public Relations can also be useful for individual Dharma Wanita members to continue to improve their own quality and empower themselves even more, so that they can continue to carry out activities with other individuals in public. This increase in capability correlates with an increase in the quality of human resources, in this case Dharma Wanita members.

Communication is very important thing in the life of humans. In society, individuals are required to be able to communicate well with each other. Communication is intended so that all messages and conversations within the organization can be understood by leaders and members of the organization. Communication in the Dharma Wanita organization between leaders, administrators still needs to be improved. Therefore good communication skills must be honed and added. It is all because the quality of good human resources depends on the ability to communicate. Activities at Dharma Wanita such as regular Dharma Wanita coordination meetings, trainings, counsellings, routine internal meetings of DWP Dinpertan KP have increased knowledge and understanding in communication, both held face to face and in social media groups. This increase in ability is correlated with an increase in the quality of human resources, in this case the Dharma Wanita members.

Deteriorating economic conditions due to the Covid-19 pandemic are now starting to rise, the government has reopened economic activity during the New Normal period. In economic activities, business actors carry out various innovations and creativity to form a creative economy from various aspects. This study aims to find out how the creative economy can encourage economic recovery during the new normal period in Banyumas Regency. This research uses descriptive analysis method with qualitative data. The results of this study indicate that the potential of the creative economy in Banyumas Regency is quite good, the superior sub-sectors are performing arts, culinary and applications. There is good potential, support for facilities, the community, MSMEs and local government so that the economy in Banyumas Regency begins to improve. It can be seen from the economic growth of Banyumas Regency which was recorded at 4.0% in 2021.

Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan yang sebagian wilayahnya merupakan perairan yang cukup luas, terdiri dari perairan laut dan perairan darat, dimana di dalamnya terdapat banyak jenis ikan yang baik untuk dikonsumsi penduduk Indonesia, dan tentu saja dapat memenuhi kebutuhan gizi penduduk Indonesia. . Masing-masing perairan  merupakan bagian dari kekayaan alam Indonesia, yang memberikan hasil berupa kekayaan alam seperti ikan, yang tidak hanya diperoleh dari perairan laut,tetapi juga  dari perairan darat, misalnya sungai. Sebagai sumber protein, ikan memiliki kandungan gizi yang sangat baik yang sangat bermanfaat bagi kesehatan ibu dan  pembentukan otak janin, serta baik pula untuk kesehatan anak. Ikan mengandung banyak vitamin dan mineral yang sangat bermanfaat bagi ibu hamil  dan anak-anak,juga pada orang dewasa pada umumnya.
Peran perairan darat dalam kehidupan manusia sangat penting. Beragam peran perairan darat diantaranya adalah sebagai sumber air tawar, sumber keanekaragaman hayati, sumber ketahanan pangan dan juga sumber perekonomian masyarakat.Manusia memanfaatkan perairan darat untuk berbagai keperluan, seperti perikanan, irigasi pertanian, pasokan air rumah tangga , wisata, juga pembangkit tenaga listrik. Semua kegiatan ini  dapat berdampak negatif untuk  perairan darat seperti berkurangnya habitat ikan hingga kepunahan  suatu jenis ikan. Penting untuk mempertahankan ketersediaan stok ikan di sungai. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan restocking. Dengan melihat hal tersebut, Pemerintah terdorong untuk dapat mengkomunikasikan hal tersebut kepada masyarakat. Maka lahir program Tebar Ikan. Program ini adalah tugas bersama Pemerintah dan anggota  masyarakat karena dengan menjaga kelestarian perairan darat dapat menyebabkan meningkatnya populasi ikan di sungai, yang pada akhirnya mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pangan masyarakat setempat.

GlaxoSmithKline namely PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari (APL), PT. This APL will distribute to Minimarket Distributors, and distribute to Supermarkets, Hypermarkets. PT.GlaxoSmithKline assigned Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) and Merchandiser (MD) in supervising or monitoring stock at outlets.This study discusses the problems of the stock monitoring management information system owned by PT. GlaxoSmithKline Semarang. Stock monitoring management is an important problem faced by companies, especially supervision of developing outlets such as Indomaret and Alfamart. In meeting the smoothness of trade as well as the fulfillment of consumer demand, PT. GlaxoSmithKline should make every effort to establish stock availability at these outlets. In carrying out stock availability information, the technique used is still manual so that the company's performance is slow. Each outlet experiences stock changes from time to time, therefore a stock monitoring management information system is needed. The stock monitoring process is carried out by merchandisers who can move within the web network. This can make it easier for companies to monitor existing stock at outlets. This study tries to develop an information system for stock control and web-based prototype development. The development of a web-based prototype is expected to be able to carry out the stock control function including available goods, and out of stock (OOS) items at each outlet.Keywords:   Information system, Stock monitoring, Web.
