Abstrak:
Ports are critical infrastructure in maritime transportation, facilitating the movement of goods and people while serving as hubs for economic activities. The Tanjung Pakis Class III Harbormaster and Port Authority Office (KSOP) utilizes the Electronic Reporting Information (SIRANI) application for reporting loading and unloading data. However, challenges such as discrepancies, technical disruptions, and delays in data processing often arise. This study aims to describe the loading and unloading data processing and the efficiency of reporting time on the SIRANI application at KSOP Class III Tanjung Pakis. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation, the research finds that data processing is less effective due to low data validity and errors in the Inaportnet platform. Reporting to SIRANI is also inefficient due to delays in data handling and technical issues with the application. Corrective measures, such as early data verification and manual data handling by reporting officers, have improved effectiveness by reducing the process from five to three steps and cutting reporting time from 6 hours to 3 hours and 30 minutes. The study concludes that optimizing data processing and inter-unit coordination can enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of reporting. Recommendations for future research include real-time integration and the development of backup mechanisms to address technical disruptions.

Abstrak:
The government plays an important role in ensuring the' seaworthiness requirements' for navigation. In this context, the KSOP is tasked with monitoring and supervising ship safety certificates issuance to ensure that ships meet the necessary standards. A ship safety certificate is a crucial document that guarantees the seaworthiness and safety of a vessel, serving as a mandatory requirement for any operating ship. With the digitalization era, administrative processes in services have become more efficient. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Shipping and Seafaring Management Information System (SIMKAPEL) in the issuance of cargo ship safety certificates at the Special Port Authority and Harbormaster Office (KSOP) of Batam. Previously, the certificate issuance service was conducted manually and frequently encountered obstacles such as processing delays and administrative errors. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that three months after the implementation of SIMKAPEL, there was an increase in the number of certificates issued. In addition to improving efficiency, the system also positively impacted service transparency and accountability. However, several challenges were identified, including users' limited digital literacy, technical disruptions, and internal adaptation processes. This study recommends improving infrastructure capacity, providing digital training to officers and service users to support the optimalization of SIMKAPEL. Overall, SIMKAPEL contributes positively to the digital transformation of public services in the maritime sector.

Abstrak:
The Port of Tanjung Perak is intended as the main gateway to connect regions within the country and between countries. With the construction of the GSN Terminal at Tanjung Perak Port, it is hoped that it can be used as access to human mobility so as to provide satisfaction to passengers. The research aims to determine the influence of port facilities consisting of aspects of safety, comfort, convenience and equality on passenger satisfaction. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. This research was carried out at the Port of Tanjung Perak with a time of 1 year. The average daily passenger population in 2024 is 4,593 passengers. The results of the calculation of the Slovin formula can be determined by the number of samples as many as 100 passengers, the data source in this study uses primary and secondary data with data collection techniques, namely: questionnaires, laws and regulations, official government reports, and relevant previous research. The data analysis technique is the Multiple Linear Regression test. The results of this study show that the variables of safety, convenience, and equality in passenger terminal facilities have a positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction at Tanjung Perak Port. Port facilities have a significant simultaneous effect on passenger satisfaction at Tanjung Perak Port.

<p><span>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan komunikasi terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja dengan kompetensi sebagai variabel mediasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan <em>non-probability sampling</em> dengan 40 responden dan populasi sesuai kriteria. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Van Techno Saa. Metoda analisis yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier, uji hipotesis, analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hal ini dilakukan dengan menguji kemampuan variabel independen (X) dalam memberikan pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap variabel dependen (Y) dengan variabel intervening (Z). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari 40 responden menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, pengalaman kerja dan komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi. Pengalaman kerja dengan kompetensi yang berfungsi sebagai faktor mediasi komunikasi meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja.</span></p><p><em><span>This research aims to determine the influence of work experience and communication on labor productivity with competency as a mediating variable. Sampling used non-probability sampling with 40 respondents and a population according to the criteria. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of PT Van Techno Saa. The analytical methods used are classical assumption test, linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, path analysis and Sobel test. This is done by testing the ability of the independent variable (X) to provide an indirect influence on the dependent variable (Y) with the intervening variable (Z). Based on the results of the analysis of 40 respondents, it shows that work experience has a significant influence on productivity, communication has a significant influence on productivity, competence has a significant influence on work productivity, work experience and communication have a significant influence on competence. Work experience with competencies that function as communication mediating factors increases labor productivity.</span></em></p>

Abstrak:
English language learning in elementary schools based on the 2013 curriculum is included in local content, where English language learning becomes learning that is not mandatory in elementary schools. However, some elementary schools require their students to learn English, but the schools educator shortages. At the elementary school SDN Bereng Kajang - 1, researcher found that the school has a local content teacher, but the teacher have no basic in english learning. The researcher's goal is to improve English learning through vocabulary material with flashcard media. This research uses the CAR (Classroom Action Research) method in which this research collaborates with the teacher in observing the student learning process while in the classroom. This research was conducted in 2 cycles; the sample of this study was grade 4 students and total of the students are 12. In this study, researcher are more concerned with the process of each cycle stage in order to get satisfactory results.

Abstrak:
Information systems are an essential part of technological progress, the success of information systems that can produce precise, accuracy, quality, and fast information that enhances the performance of organizations and people. According to Delone and McLean's model, there are an information system's critical success factors. Six key variables that support information systems success are information quality, quality system, service quality, use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. This research uses quantitative research methods, and the data used were 80 respondents by using purposive sampling, assisted by using questionnaire data collection methods. Analysis of the data used is PLS-SEM using the SmartPLS application. The results showed a significant effect on the quality information on use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. There is no significant effect on the quality system to use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. Quality of service is significant for use and net benefits, but there is no significant effect on user satisfaction.
