Kasturi ice is a traditional beverage from Riau, made from the kasturi fruit (Mangifera casturi). This drink has a unique taste, combining sweet and sour flavors with a distinctive aroma. More than just a thirst quencher, kasturi ice is a symbol of cultural heritage that carries historical, philosophical, and social values. Amidst globalization and the rise of modern beverage products, the existence of kasturi ice has been declining. This study aims to uncover the cultural values contained in kasturi ice and explore strategies for its preservation. A qualitative approach was used through observation, interviews, and documentation of social activities. The results indicate that preserving kasturi ice can be achieved through innovative, educational, and participatory approaches to ensure its relevance in the modern era. Kasturi ice should be seen as part of the cultural identity of the Malay community in Riau that must be preserved and passed down to future generations.

The era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 requires vocational students to have work readiness to master hard skills, soft skills, and relevant fieldwork experience. This study aims to analyze the effect of hard skills, soft skills, and fieldwork practice (PKL) on the work readiness of vocational students in facing the challenges of Industry 4.0. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach and multiple linear regression, involving vocational students as research subjects. The sampling technique used in this study is random sampling. The data collection method used was a survey using a questionnaire. The results showed that hard skills have a significant effect on work readiness, and soft skills have a significant effect on work readiness. In addition, the PKL experience positively contributes to increasing students' work readiness by providing direct experience in the industrial world.

The development of digital technology has transformed the work landscape, especially with the increasing prevalence of remote work systems in Indonesia’s digital sector. However, the high intensity of technology use in the remote work context also poses the risk of digital burnout, which is mental and emotional exhaustion due to excessive exposure to technological demands. This phenomenon potentially affects employee behavior, including extra-role behaviors known as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study aims to explore the relationship between digital burnout and OCB among remote workers in the digital sector, while also understanding how technological pressure influences work dynamics and employee contributions beyond formal tasks. The research method uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique, targeting 150 to 300 remote workers who work at least three days per week and heavily rely on digital platforms such as Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace in their daily activities. Data were collected through online surveys and analyzed using SmartPLS to test the relationships between variables with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that although digital burnout is quite prevalent, employees still demonstrate positive OCB, indicating the presence of adaptation mechanisms and strong organizational commitment. These findings enrich the understanding of how remote workers manage technological pressure while maintaining extra contributions in a dynamic digital work environment. The contribution of this study lies in providing new insights into the interaction between digital burnout and OCB in the digital work era, as well as practical implications for human resource management in designing strategies to support the well-being and productivity of remote employees. This study encourages the development of more humane and sustainable work policies in facing the challenges of digital transformation.

This study aims to examine the relationship between healthy food consumption and character development in students. The research is based on the premise that healthy eating plays a vital role not only in physical well-being but also in shaping students' behavior and moral values from an early age. A quantitative descriptive approach was used, employing a theoretical and conceptual analysis design. The findings indicate a strong relationship between healthy eating habits and the development of positive character traits such as discipline, responsibility, and honesty. Based on a regression analysis simulation, healthy food consumption was found to contribute approximately 46% to character formation. These results highlight the importance of integrating healthy eating patterns into character education programs both in schools and at home. The study recommends collaboration among schools, parents, and government bodies to promote healthy eating as a foundation for building strong and positive character in young generations.

This study aims to analyze the positive fictitious licensing policy under the Job Creation Law and assess its legal certainty using Gustav Radbruch’s philosophical framework. The background of this research arises from Indonesia’s legal reform agenda to streamline licensing through the OSS-RBA system. However, this reform raises concerns regarding legal certainty and institutional accountability. The urgency of this study lies in the regulatory ambiguity, lack of procedural safeguards, and removal of judicial oversight. Using a normative juridical method with statutory and conceptual approaches, the study finds that the current policy does not fully meet Radbruch’s four standards of legal certainty. Specifically, it suffers from unclear legal norms, insufficient factual grounding, unstable legal framework, and weak institutional implementation—such as the absence of a Presidential Regulation, undefined verifier responsibilities, and lack of integration between central and local systems. The study concludes that the positive fictitious mechanism needs substantial normative refinement to ensure fairness, transparency, and predictability. The novelty of this research lies in its philosophical approach to evaluating administrative legal reform, offering a deeper lens beyond procedural analysis. As a policy implication, the government should urgently issue implementing regulations, reestablish judicial review, and develop integrated technical guidelines to strengthen OSS-RBA's legal reliability and effectiveness.

Canva learning media is an online learning platform for graphic design in various creative designs to facilitate its users such as designing posters, infographics and presentations. Not only for designing but can be used as a learning medium for teachers, students and schools in classroom learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of perceptions on the use of Canva interactive media and students' learning interests on students' Mathematics learning outcomes at SMPN 2 Cianjur. This study uses a Quantitative Approach with the Survey method. The research design used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample was 35 students at SMPN 2 Cianjur. Based on the results of the research data analysis, 76% of responses were obtained based on the questionnaire distributed, respondents agreed that there was an influence of perceptions on the use of Canva interactive media and students' learning interests on mathematics learning outcomes.

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan bagian integral dari sistem pendidikan di Indonesia. Dengan jumlah siswa yang mencapai ratusan ribu, guru-guru di sekolah-sekolah ini memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk generasi masa depan. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru-guru ini adalah kurangnya akses dan pelatihan dalam menggunakan teknologi terkini, seperti AI generatif, untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran mereka. Dalam konteks penulisan artikel ilmiah, banyak guru yang merasa kesulitan dalam menyusun 'State of The Art' yang merupakan bagian penting dari artikel ilmiah. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pelatihan dan pemahaman tentang bagaimana cara menyusun 'State of The Art' yang baik dan benar. Selain itu, dengan semakin majunya teknologi dan informasi, guru-guru perlu memperbarui metode pengajaran mereka agar tetap relevan dan efektif. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan memanfaatkan AI generatif dalam proses belajar mengajar. Untuk mendukung peran Universitas Negeri Surabaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas literasi digital, Tim PKM Fakultas Teknik Unesa mengadakan pelatihan tentang 'Penyusunan State of The Art Artikel Ilmiah dengan Generative AI' sangat dibutuhkan oleh guru-guru SMK. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat membantu guru-guru dalam menyusun 'State of The Art' yang baik dan benar, serta memanfaatkan AI generatif dalam proses belajar mengajar. Dengan demikian, kualitas pengajaran di SMA dapat ditingkatkan, yang pada akhirnya akan berdampak positif pada kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia.

Anemia is a condition where a person has a hemoglobin value below normal (12 gr/dl). The prevalence of anemia is around 30% of women of childbearing age, namely 15-49 years old, suffer from anemia. In Indonesia, data on anemia sufferers shows 32%. The prevalence of anemia in DIY shows that the results of Riskesdas in 2013 amounted to 37.1% of adolescent girls experiencing anemia, and further increased in the 2018 Riskesdas results, namely 48.9% experiencing anemia. Anemia has a negative impact on adolescent girls, namely a decrease in immune system function, easy fatigue, disrupting physical, cognitive, psychological growth and development, and reducing learning concentration which can affect learning achievement. Factors causing anemia can be caused by sleep quality. Good sleep will help the body's biological process to regenerate erythrocyte cells in producing gemoglobin. This study uses a quantitative correlation research design with purposive sampling technique with inclusion and exclusion criteria. The number of samples in this study were 30 adolescent female respondents. Statistical analysis used is chi-square with a p value <0.5. The results of this study indicate that the majority of adolescent girls experience poor sleep quality as many as 18 adolescent girls (60%) and as many as 21 adolescent girls (70%) have abnormal hemoglobin values. Chi-square test obtained a value of p = 0.001 <0.5 which means that sleep quality can affect hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls

The effort to implement good governance reflects the government's desire to apply good governance in the administration of regional government. A good government SPI can also influence the actions and activities carried out continuously by the leadership and all staff to provide adequate assurance of the achievement of organizational goals. This research was conducted to determine the effect of good governance on the performance of local government, to determine the effect of the internal control system on the performance of local government,  to determine whether the internal control system moderates the effect of good governance on the performance of local government and to understand the Islamic Economic perspective on the effect of good governance on the performance of local government  in the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province. The method used employs a quantitative approach. The population in this study consists of all employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province, and the sample taken was 46 respondents using the purposive sampling technique. In this study, it is shown that poor governance will not affect the performance of the regional government at the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province. But the higher the internal control system in the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province, the more it will be able to improve the performance of the regional government, and the higher the internal control system in the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province, the more it will strengthen the influence of good governance on the performance of the regional government.

Perkembangan bisnis busana muslimah yang semakin pesat membuat tingkat persaingan juga semakin ketat. Pemanfaatan teknologi internet berupa e-commerce, Shopee salah satunya, sangat membantu dalam memasarkan dan mempromosikan produk karena lebih efektif dan efisien menjangkau konsumen. Konsumen seolah diperebutkan dengan penawaran-penawaran seller melalui produk dengan kualitas yang sangat beragam pula. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, dan promosi terhadap minat beli konsumen pada butikbintan di e-commerce Shopee (shopee.co.id/butikbintan). Dalam penelitian ini metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow dengan jumlah sampel (n) = 105 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tahapan observasi, dan kuesioner, yang diukur dengan Skala Likert. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda, dengan analisis instrumen penelitian uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, kualitas produk secara parsial tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, promosi secara parsial tidak  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, dan variabel harga, kualitas produk, dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli  konsumen pada butikbintan di e-commerce shopee                                        ( shopee.co.id/butikbintan ).
