Critical thinking skills refer to the ability to analyze assumptions, distinguish hidden values, evaluate evidence, and assess conclusions. This study aims to develop students' critical thinking skills by implementing the Susan Loucks-Horsley (SLH) learning model. The type of research conducted is pre-experimental with a one-shot case study design. The research was carried out in the 2020 Science Education Study Program, Class A, at Hasyim Asy’ari University, with a total sample of 33 students. The subject matter in this study was light reflection. Data collection was conducted using essay tests based on critical thinking skill indicators. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the students' average critical thinking ability was 85%, categorized as very high, with 22 students in the very high category and 11 students in the high category. The average mastery of critical thinking indicators also fell into the very high category, with the following details: elementary clarification (96%), the basis for decisions (82%), inference (75%), advanced clarification (89%), and supposition and integration (83%).

This research aims to determine the effect of the human development index and economic growth on unemployment and poverty in Aceh. This research uses secondary data with a time series of 2013-2022 with the scope of Jogjakarta province. This research model uses a path analysis model using the Eviews application. The results of this research show that the number of labor force directly has a positive and insignificant effect on the level of poverty. The human development index directly has a negative and significant effect on the poverty level The number of labor force directly has a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate. The human development index directly has a positive and significant effect on unemployment. The poverty level directly has a positive and insignificant effect on the unemployment rate. Indirectly, the number of labor force has a negative and insignificant effect on unemployment through poverty. Indirectly, the human development index has a negative and insignificant effect on unemployment through poverty.

Presto Milkfish MSME, owned by Ibu Lina, is one of the MSMEs in Indonesia that is growing quickly right now. Founded in 2006, the company currently has three employees. This quick milkfish is a common gift from Sidoarjo. Presto milkfish is frequently served as a side dish to guests during parties. The purpose of this study is to improve knowledge of the cost factors that should be considered when manufacturing pressure-cooked milkfish and to demonstrate how these costs can be added to obtain the appropriate production costs. The job order pricing approach, documentation, and interviews are the data collection techniques employed in this study. At Sidoarjo's Kedung Perku Village Temple, study was conducted.

Indonesian people are very dependent on bottled mineral water resources (gallons) and LPG gas for their daily needs. The dependence on these two resources provides a great opportunity for business people to sell gallons and LPG gas. Mu’afah shop is a basic food store that provides all household needs for daily use, one of the needs sold is gallons and lpg gas. Sales of gallons and lpg gas are erratic in this store, sometimes in a day the sales are very high but it can also be that in a day there is no single sale. This makes the seller unable to ensure the right time to restock goods. This research is qualitative using  the weight moving average  method  with mu’afah shops as research material. Based on the test results using the Weighted Moving Average method, it shows that the method runs well as expected. This can be proven by the calculation of MAD of 1.195 (gallons) and 0.792 (gas), MSE of 0.72 (gallons) and 0.34 (gas), and MAPE of 37.08 (gallons) and 33.2 (gas). So that the accuracy of test results can also be considered quite good.

The digital industry offers great benefits if people have sufficient skills to engage in it. Many entrepreneurs have emerged in the digital era, generating income through online businesses or e-commerce. The use of this industry can provide optimal benefits, especially because the needs of modern humans are fast-paced and practical. Even though many people use gadgets with an internet connection, being just a spectator without actively participating in the digital era can cause losses. Sidingkat Village, which is rich in natural resource potential, especially ibus plants, has not utilized the internet optimally for development and marketing. Karang Taruna youth in this village have free time that has not been used productively. The aim of this Real Work Lecture (KKN) is to develop marketing of ibus plants and provide an understanding of online marketing media to Karang Taruna youth. The method used is the Participation Action Research (PAR) approach, which aims to increase public awareness of the potential and problems they have, as well as providing solutions through change programs. Through this approach, it is hoped that young people can be more productive and use their free time more effectively in the digital era

Ultimum  remedium  sebagai  salah  satu  asas  dalam  hukum  pidana  memiliki kedudukan yang cukup signifikan mengingat asas merupakan pondasi. Ultimum remedium berarti hukum pidana sebagai obat terakhir atau the last resort. Di dalam ranah pengadilan, hakim dapat mempertimbangkan penerapan ultimum remedium atau atas perkara tersebut hukum pidana merupakan obat terakhir karena tidak memungkinkan untuk dijatuhi hukuman yang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kedudukan asas ultimum remedium dalam hukum pidana dan mengetahui implementasi asas ultimum remedium terhadap tindak pidana  kekerasan  dalam  rumah  tangga  dalam  Putusan  No.  148/Pid.Sus/2020/PN.Smn dikaitkan  dengan  kedudukan  ultimum  remedium  dalam  penegakan  hukum  dan  tujuan pemidanaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif. Penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan perundang – undangan dan pendekatan Kasus. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis yaitu menelaah kenyataan atau keadaan hukum yang terjadi di lapangan kemudian dikaji atau dianalisis untuk menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan tertentu didasarkan pada peraturan perundang – undangan yang berlaku dan penelitian - penelitian lainnya yang terkait dengan tema yang diangkat. Ultimum remedium dalam hukum  pidana bisa  berkedudukan  di  tingkatan sebelum ranah pengadilan. Atau, bisa juga berkedudukan di ranah pengadilan dalam konsep ketika upaya - upaya hukum sebelumnya yang sudah ditempuh tidak tercapai perdamaian antara pelaku tindak  pidana  dengan  korban.  Penggunaan  asas  ultimum  remedium  dalam  menjatuhkan putusan No. 148/Pid.Sus/2020/PN.Smn.  sudah tepat karena mengingat perkara tersebut sudah dalam ranah peradilan, sehingga hukum pidana adalah sebagai obat terakhir untuk mengadili Terdakwa. Namun, dengan tetap mempertimbangkan tujuan pemidanaan. 

UMKM Herbal bu Pini merupakan bidang usaha yang bergerak pada bidang produksi dan penjualan produk herbal atau yang lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat sebagai jamu. Saat ini, metode penjualan yang dilakukan adalah secara konvensional yakni penjualan di sebuah kios. Dengan metode ini, maka menyebabkan luasan jangkauan penjualan terbatas pada skup tertentu saja yaitu hanya pada area tempat berjualan. Disertai dengan diberlakukannya kebijakan PPKM yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah guna menanggulangi pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pula pada hasil penjualan bagi UMKM tersebut. Seiring dengan metode pembelanjaan melalui platform digital yang mulai digemari oleh masyarakat, penerapan e-commerce dapat dimanfaatkan oleh UMKM untuk dapat mulai bergerak menuju arah digitalisasi sebagai sarana dalam penyebaran produk ke berbagai daerah. Dengan diterapkannya e-commerce pada UMKM ini, jangkauan pemasaran dan penjualan produk dapat mengalami peningkatan sehingga pendapatan bagi UMKM ini secara tidak langsung mampu mengalami peningkatan.

The diversity of the content of a web page can have a negative impact if used by the wrong user. Almost a half of internet users are children. Therefore, it is important to classify web pages to find out which pages are worthy of being seen by children and that are not feasible. One method that can be used is the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. SVM is a binary classification whose working principle is to find the best hyperplane to separate the two classes. To obtain better classification accuracy, the SVM is combined with the Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA) algorithm. The data used in this study were taken from the DMOZ web data which has been classified into two categories. The data is then entered into the pre-processing stage for further feature extraction using LSA. The LSA algorithm is used to find out the semantic similarities of words and text contained in web pages. The results of feature extraction are then classified using SVM with RBF kernel. Based on the testing result, we obtain a classification accuracy of 64%.
