Abstrak:
The impact of globalization has reduced students' appreciation of local culture, including folklores. Students' knowledge of folklore that developed in Semarang is still minimal so teachers need to apply suitable learning methods and media. The solution to the problem is to develop learning media in the form of animated videos of Semarangan folklore material. This research uses the method of Research and Development or development research. The data from this study were obtained from the needs analysis, namely teachers and students of SMP Negeri 12 Semarang using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire, and the results of validation tests from material experts and , media experts. The result of this research is that students and teachers need learning media in the form of animated audiovisual media. The prototype of animated media was designed based on the needs analysis of students and teachers. The selection of fonts, colors is adjusted to the interests of teachers and students, namely the selection of fonts, and a combination of bright colors. Based on the validation test results from material and media experts, the media that has been designed is included in the category that is very feasible as a learning media.

Abstrak:
Mengacu pada problematika yang terjadi di dunia pendidikan, dewasa kini filosofi pemikiran Ki Hajar Dewantara menjadi salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran abad 21. Filosofi Ki Hajar Dewantara menjadi pedoman pada kurikulum merdeka, salah satunya untuk menunjang pembelajaran materi unggah-ungguh basa Jawa keterampilan berbicara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi aktualisasi nilai tetep, antep, mantep dalam filosofi Jawa Ki Hajar Dewantara sebagai panduan dalam membentuk dimensi bernalar kritis pada profil pelajar Pancasila. Metode penelitian kajian pustaka digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari buku, jurnal, dokumen, dan sumber literatur terkait. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik content analysis atau teknik kajian isi, yang divalidasi menggunakan validitas semantic. Asil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tetep, antep, mantep memiliki relevansi dengan dimensi bernalar kritis untuk memandu siswa dalam menyampaikan argumentasi berdasarkan logika dan penalaran. Nilai tetep menekankan konsistensi, antep menyoroti kepercayaan berdasarkan fakta, dan mantep memantapkan gagasan dengan kepercayaan diri. Filosofi Ki Hajar Dewantara menjadi landasan moral dan etika, dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila sebagai pijakan utama. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan praktik pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa, khususnya dalam mengembangkan keterampilan bernalar kritis siswa.

Abstrak:
Students with small speech limitations have low self-confidence which makes it difficult for them to interact with other students. The first aim of writing this article is to describe the role of teachers in increasing the self-confidence of students with limited speech in elementary schools. Second, to describe the self-confidence of students with limited speech in elementary school. This research uses qualitative research. The subjects in this research were teachers, school principals and students with mild speech impairment. The results of this study show that students with limited speech have low self-confidence and have sensitive feelings. The teacher's role is to create a friendly, comfortable environment, provide equal attention, provide opportunities for opinions, and carry out group activities as an effort to increase the self-confidence of students with disabilities. In this research it can be concluded that teachers have an important role in increasing self-confidence in students, especially those who have speech limitations or are speech impaired.
Peserta didik dengan keterbatasan bicara ringan, memiliki kepercayaan diri rendah yang membuat mereka sulit berinteraksi dengan peserta didik lainnya. Tujuan pertama dari penulisan artikel ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri peserta didik dengan keterbatasan berbicara ringan di sekolah dasar. Kedua, untuk mendeskripsikan kepercayaan diri peserta didik dengan keterbatasan berbicara ringan di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru, kepala sekolah dan peserta didik penyandang gangguan tuna wicara ringan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik dengan keterbatasan berbicara ringan memiliki kepercayaan diri yang rendah dan memiliki perasaan sensitif. Guru berperan menciptakan lingkungan yang ramah, nyaman, memberikan perhatian yang merata, memberi kesempatan berpendapat, melakukan kegiatan berkelompok sebagai upaya peningkatan kepercayaan diri peserta didik dengan keterbatasan. Dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan rasa percaya diri pada peserta didik. Terutama yang memiliki keterbatasan berbicara atau tuna wicara.

Abstrak:
The research was conducted with the aim of explaining how digital marketing factors influence consumer purchasing decisions on the TikTok Shop platform. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of content marketing, online customer reviews and live streaming on purchasing decisions for TikTok Shop among Budi Luhur University students. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach. The population of this study consisted of 2,030 active students of Budi Luhur University class of 2020. The sample of this study consisted of 100 respondents selected using probalibity sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that the variables of content marketing, online customer reviews and live streaming had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop in the Budi Luhur University student group.

Abstrak:
This research aims to improve public health and economic education in Ciantra Village through stunting counseling programs, health checks, and MSME development. The methods used include counseling at Posyandu to increase awareness about stunting and the importance of routine health checks, as well as MSME bazaars accompanied by marketing training to strengthen the local economy. The results of the study showed an increase in public understanding of stunting prevention and early detection of health problems, as well as an increase in sales of MSME products after rebranding. This program is not only successful in overcoming existing health and economic problems, but also strengthens the status of Ciantra Village as an independent village. The implementation of this program can be a model for other villages in an effort to achieve community independence and welfare.

Abstrak:
The presence of both parents plays a crucial role in the development of early childhood, especially in creating an environment that supports their optimal growth and development. Ideally, fathers and mothers work together in parenting with a balanced division of roles. However, in Indonesia, father involvement is often less than optimal because of the view that the father's main task is to earn a living. This study aims to improve the understanding and knowledge of the community, especially in Tanjunganom Village, about the importance of father involvement in child care. Through seminars and mentoring held by the KKN POSKO 5 UIN Walisongo Semarang team, fathers were given insight into the division of roles, monitoring strategies, and evaluation in child care. The results of this activity showed an increase in knowledge among fathers regarding their role in parenting, as well as their ability to balance time between work and child care. Children who are cared for by actively involved fathers show progress in social, emotional, cognitive, and affective development. In conclusion, father involvement in early childhood care is very important to support children's overall development. Fathers who are active in parenting have a stronger relationship with their children, which ultimately makes children more sensitive to their emotions and environment. Therefore, it is highly recommended for fathers to understand that child care is a shared responsibility between father and mother.

Abstrak:
The problem that often occurs is that some people do not understand the existence of exemplary values contained in the folklore of Bulusan. This study aims to describe exemplary values in the Bulusan folklore, namely the religious values and moral values contained in the Bulusan folklore. The method used in this study is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive analysis method and the data sources come from community leaders, village heads, local residents, and practitioners who are experts in knowing and understanding Bulusan folklore. In this study using data collection techniques by way of observation, interviews, recording, recording, photographing, and transcription. In this study, the validity of the data was used, namely triangulation of sources, time, and techniques. Based on the analysis of the data obtained in the Bulusan Folklore, there are also character values that can serve as guidelines and examples for the whole community, especially young people for the next generation. The origins of the Bulusan folklore have several religious values and moral values contained in it. The content of religious values in Bulusan folklore includes obedience, belief, and practice. The moral values contained in the Bulusan folklore are the values of mutual cooperation, obedience, and politeness.
