This community service activity aimed to increase the knowledge and awareness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) workers regarding the importance of hygiene and sanitation in food production processes. The program was carried out at Kripik Tempe “Tri Manunggal” in Karangsari Village, Jatiyoso Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency, using a participatory and educational approach. Participants received training that included material presentation, handwashing simulation, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Evaluation was conducted through pre-tests and post-tests to measure knowledge improvement. Descriptive analysis showed a significant increase in the average score from 20% (pre-test) to 90% (post-test). In addition to cognitive gains, participants also showed behavioral changes and a willingness to apply and promote hygiene practices within their communities. The program was supported by providing sanitation facilities such as handwashing stations and PPE kits. In conclusion, hygiene and sanitation education is highly effective in fostering clean working behavior among food-sector MSME and is suitable for replication in similar community.

This study aims to compare the performance of PT Metro Healthcare Indonesia, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk, PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk, and PT Hetzer Medical Indonesia Tbk. The focus of the research is the analysis of financial and operational performance to provide an in-depth understanding of the companies' competitiveness and efficiency within their respective sectors. The study employs a quantitative method with a descriptive-comparative approach. Secondary data were collected from the annual financial reports of each company over a specific period. The analysis was conducted using key financial ratios such as Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR). Additionally, an operational performance trend analysis was performed to understand the comparative effectiveness of the companies in resource management. The results of the analysis indicate significant differences in financial performance between companies operating in the healthcare sector (PT Metro Healthcare Indonesia, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk, and PT Hetzer Medical Indonesia Tbk) and those in the building materials sector (PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk). Companies in the healthcare sector tend to have higher profitability ratios compared to those in the building materials sector, although there are variations in debt and asset management efficiency. These performance differences can be attributed to underlying industry factors such as market demand, levels of innovation, and government policies. Companies in the healthcare sector benefit from growth driven by increasing public demand for healthcare services. In contrast, the building materials sector is more vulnerable to economic fluctuations and infrastructure investments. This study concludes that industry sectors and business models have a significant impact on companies' financial performance. Healthcare sector companies demonstrate more stable and promising performance compared to the building materials sector. This study is expected to provide insights for investors in selecting suitable investment portfolios.

This study presents the development of an automatic passenger counting system for public buses using YOLOv8 based on Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN). The system detects and counts passengers in real-time to optimize bus capacity and enhance operational efficiency. Results indicate that the system achieves high accuracy in the front camera view (confidence score of 0.82). However, in the rear camera view the accuracy slightly decreases (confidence score of 0.76) due to object overlap, emphasizing the importance of proper camera placement. The system offers potential improvements in bus capacity management, reduced operational costs, and enhanced passenger comfort. These findings contribute to advancing smarter and more efficient public transportation systems.

This study aims to find out about the procedure for measuring the isolation resistance of the main equipment of the 150 kV conventional substation (AIS) as many as 5 bays at the Panakkukang Substation through the measurement of the insulation resistance value in accordance with the predetermined standards. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The subject of the study to be studied is a comparison of isolation resistance values in pre- and post-treatment. This was done to find out if there was a change in the insulation resistance value of the main equipment of the Substation. The main equipment studied is LA, PMT, CT, VT, and Transformer. Measurements were taken with a Megger measuring instrument, with a voltage injection of 5kV. For 5kV voltage injection, the maximum value of the test device is >1000 G?. The standard used is IEEE 43-2000, which is > 1 M? / 1 kV. Based on the results of research that has been carried out on each main equipment of the substation at GI Panakkukang. It can be concluded that the isolation resistance value in each main equipment of the substation at GI Panakkukang is above the minimum value (> M?/1 KV) in accordance with the IEEE Std 62: 1995 standard, VDE Catalogue 228/4, and the standard used by PLN in the "Power System Maintenance Guidebook" in 2014 the isolation resistance value at each main substation at GI Panakkukang has increased after being maintained. Maintenance can be carried out by cleaning the equipment body and foreign materials, and measuring the insulation resistance periodically.

Abraham Maslow (1984) proposed a hierarchy of needs that includes 5 basic needs and desires in humans. The 5 levels of basic human needs are physiological needs Basic human needs are the elements needed to maintain balance, both physiologically and psychologically. One of them is sleep where humans need to meet their basic needs to achieve optimal energy needs. The current investigation employs a cross-sectional research design, utilizing a correlational approach to examine the research question at hand. The sampling method in this research used simple random sampling, the total sample was 94 respondents. The research instrument used the PSQI questionnaire and digital sphygmomanometer instrument. Where the Spearman Rank test results were obtained with a p-value < 0,001 and a Correlation Coefficient value of 0.503. So, based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between sleep quality and MAP value in elderly people with hypertension in the work area of ??the Palasari Health Center, Subang Regency in 2024 with a p-value<0,001 with a positive correlation coefficient. It is expected that the research will serve as a benchmark for future researchers in the field of education, particularly in their endeavors to enhance the quality of sleep in elderly individuals afflicted with hypertension, utilizing the MAP standards.
