Abstrak:
The Community Service Program (KKN) of the Faculty of Economics, UNKRIS, aims to raise awareness and change behavior among the community in Pondokgede sub-district regarding the environment, starting with the household environment in handling organic and inorganic waste through composting and the use of Biopori Infiltration Pits (LRB), waste banks, and greening for Green Open Spaces (RTH). The method used in this study is qualitative analysis. Before the KKN FE UNKRIS activities were implemented, several steps were taken to ensure the smoothness and effectiveness of the program, including preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Overall, the KKN FE UNKRIS program in the environmental conservation movement and its implementation in Pondokgede sub-district has had a positive impact on accelerating the development of Pondokgede sub-district, as evidenced by the improvement in community behavior toward the environment and the level of community satisfaction with the KKN FE UNKRIS program. The implications of this KKN program include the need for continuous monitoring to ensure that community awareness of a clean and healthy environment continues to increase. Additionally, the program should be continued until the stage of utilizing the results of waste processing generated by each community in Pondokgede.

Abstrak:
Talent management strategies have become a key focus for organizations in facing employee retention challenges, especially in millennials and Gen Z who have unique characteristics and different work needs compared to previous generations. This study aims to explore effective talent management strategies to increase employee retention in the two generations through a literature review approach. Data is taken from various academic studies, industry reports, and relevant journal articles in the last 10 years. The results of the study show that strategies that emphasize work flexibility, structured career development, inclusive organizational culture, and the use of digital technology in human resource management have a significant influence on employee retention. In addition, employee involvement in strategic decision-making is also a key factor in increasing the loyalty of millennials and Generation Z. Abstrak:
The selection The selection process for prospective crew members is a crucial stage for the company, especially at PT. Timas Suplindo. However, it is often difficult to determine prospective crew members who are competent in their fields. The selection process for prospective crew members is considered ineffective because decision making still has to consider many aspects. The purpose of this study is to create a website-based application and make it easier for the company, especially Human Resource Development (HRD), to obtain competent crew members who meet the specified criteria. This method was chosen because the assessment process is transparent because each stage of assessment and weighting can be tracked and increases accountability in decision making.

Abstrak:
This study aims to examine the influence of strategic leadership and organizational culture on student performance, particularly in preparing them to address global challenges and capitalize on future opportunities. The research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 undergraduate students aged 17–27 years. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, as well as descriptive analysis, with the assistance of Microsoft Excel. The findings reveal that strategic leadership significantly and positively influences student performance, especially in enhancing strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills. Moreover, a robust organizational culture substantially contributes to the development of students' character, including attributes such as collaboration, accountability, and innovation. The synergy between these two factors fosters improved student performance both academically and non-academically, equipping them to become competitive and impactful individuals in the professional world. The study recommends that higher education institutions incorporate strategic leadership elements and organizational culture values into their curricula and extracurricular activities. Future research is encouraged to broaden the sample scope and investigate additional variables, such as the role of technology in influencing student performance.

Indonesia is a country with diverse culture and tourism. The rapid development of technology causes changes. Sukaraja village has religious tourism potential which has not been utilized optimally through social media. The BATU GOONG Cultural Heritage Site and its MSME actors are one of the main attractions, but have not utilized platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Twitter for promotion. Therefore, there are three stages of activity plans which include training on creating social media accounts, tourism and MSME digitalization seminars, as well as developing Instagram and Facebook content. These three stages aim to increase the promotion of Batu Goong religious tourism so that there will be an increase in visitors.

Digital marketing has become one of the main approaches in modern marketing strategies, especially with the rapid development of information and communication technology. In the modern era, consumer behavior has undergone a significant transformation, where purchasing decisions are increasingly influenced by information available online. Social media has a dominant role in building interactions between consumers and brands, while SEO and content marketing contribute to increasing brand awareness and purchasing decisions. In addition, personal and relevant digital advertising has been shown to increase conversion rates, while email marketing has a more significant impact on maintaining customer loyalty. Factors such as brand trust, the quality of information presented, and the overall user experience have also been found to have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. Abstrak:
Plastic is a non-organic waste that has uses, especially in daily activities. Plastic is widely used by traders to package food and others. The widespread use of plastic by the community and its indiscriminate disposal after use can lead to the accumulation of waste. The problem can be solved with the 3R strategy, namely Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. Not all locations have facilities to dispose of waste. Nowadays, landfills are a necessity, so it is necessary to provide these facilities. The solution is to make ecobrick products because they can be made easily. This research aims to increase public awareness in Pamarayan Village, Jiput Sub-district, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province regarding ecobrick products as an invitation to care for the environment in order to create a healthy environment. The method used was the observation method and the approach was training in ecobricking. The result is that the community can understand the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness and health through proper waste sorting, and are able to make ecobrick products in the form of trash cans from bottle waste for personal or community use.

The spice tea business, as part of the traditional beverage sector, has great potential to be developed as a pioneering entrepreneurship amidst increasing public awareness of a healthy lifestyle and consumption of natural-based products. Opportunities and challenges faced in developing this spice tea business as a form of entrepreneurial innovation based on local traditions. The main opportunities for developing the spice tea business lie in the diversity of spices in Indonesia, market trends that support organic and herbal products, and the potential for export to the global market. In addition, the sustainability of this business can also be improved through flavor innovation, modern packaging, and digital marketing strategies. However, the main challenges faced include limited capital, fluctuations in raw material prices, competition with modern beverage products, and low digital literacy among business actors.
