Abstrak:
Ibn Sina (Avicenna), a 10th-century Muslim philosopher, scientist, and educator, has made major contributions to Islamic educational thought. This paper aims to examine the relevance of Ibn Sina's educational thought in the context of modern Islamic educational philosophy. Through a qualitative approach with literature study, this article analyzes Ibn Sina's ideas on the goals of education, stages of child development, and learning methods, as well as their relationship to the challenges of contemporary Islamic education. The results of the study show that Ibn Sina's thoughts are not only philosophical but also applicable, and remain relevant in efforts to build a holistic and sustainable Islamic education system.

Abstrak:
The phenomenon of IAT students who live in boarding houses and often consume fast food encourages the author to conduct this research. The reason is, so that what IAT students understand in lectures towards the meaning of Halal and Tayyib is implemented in everyday life, especially in boarding houses. This research is Descriptive Qualitative research. Data obtained through interviews via Whatshap chat. The research subjects amounted to 9 students consisting of 3 students in each class (A, B, and C). The theory that researchers use is Edmund Husserl's Phenomenology Theory. This theory prioritizes social phenomena to bring up a shared awareness of something. The results of this study indicate that: (1). The understanding of IAT Batch 2023 students towards the meaning of Halal and Tayyib as in the Qur'an is very good. (2) There are various phenomena revealed related to fast food eating patterns of IAT 2023 boarding school students. (3) Fast food or food that is Halal and Tayyib is very influential on student concentration, both short and long term.

Abstrak:
Learning in educational institutions today can be said to lack effectiveness. This is certainly there are things that hinder, both from within the educational institution or from outside the educational institution. This research aims to describe how effective learning actually is, and what are the roles of stakeholders in achieving effective learning. This research includes qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The theory that the author uses is the theory of Phenomenology, which this theory tries to look more at the phenomena that occur in an educational institution. The conclusions of this study are: (1). Effective learning is learning that prioritizes Akhlaq, Local Value-Based Learning, and Humanist Learning. (2). Among the roles of stakeholders in realizing effective learning are: Being a good Leadershep Good Leaders, Planning Innovative Strategies, and Implementing Programs to the Maximum.

Abstrak:
The quality of educators is something that must always be considered by the government. The quality can be seen from how the characteristics of educators when providing learning in the classroom. This Mini Research will look at the Learning Characteristics of IAT Lecturers at UIN Raden Mas Said Surkarta. In this case, the researcher wants to examine two IAT lecturers only, the two lecturers are: Dr. H. Abdul Matin bin Salman Lc,.M.Ag and Dr. Hj. Ari Hikmawati S.Ag. M.Pd. This research includes descriptive qualitative research analysis. The data collection methods used are questionnaire method and RPS analysis. Respondents of this method are 2 students in each batch. In this case the researchers took from the class of 2016 - 2023, so that the respondents were 16 students. After the data is collected, then the researchers describe, and then the researchers compare and analyze using Permenristekdikti Article 11 Number 44 of 2015 related to “Learning Process Standards”. The conclusion: (1). The learning of IAT lecturers at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta is in accordance with the Learning Process Standards in Permenristekdikti Article 11 Number 44 of 2015 which is Integrative-Interconnective. (2). Learning Characteristics of Dr. H. Abdul Matin bin Salman Lc, M.Ag is more about Interactive, Holistic, Scientific, and Contextual learning. (3). Learning Characteristics of Dr. Hj Ari Hikmawati S.Ag. M.Pd is more about Integrative, Thematic, Effective, and Collaborative learning.

Abstrak:
Salary reform as a structural improvement in a company’s compensation system is a widely applied strategy to enhance employee motivation and performance. Compensation policies that are responsive to employee needs are expected to create a work environment that supports productivity, where intrinsic motivation can be strengthened through fair and proportional rewards. This study aims to explore the extent of the influence of salary reform on improving employee motivation and performance within organizations by using a literature review method. Based on analyses of previous studies, it was found that salary reform not only plays a significant role in fostering employees' intrinsic motivation but also impacts the overall productivity of the organization. Reforms that include salary structure adjustments, performance-based incentives, and increased transparency in compensation management have proven effective in reducing disparities, enhancing loyalty, and improving workplace climate. These findings strongly imply that management should continuously develop adaptive compensation policies focused on employee needs and well-being, with the aim of optimally contributing to achieving the company’s strategic goals and enhancing organizational competitiveness.

Abstrak:
Optimizing education management in schools is a strategic step to achieve superior education quality, where various aspects such as human resource development, utilization of facilities and infrastructure, and education supervision play an important role in creating a conducive learning environment and responsive to student needs. The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply the role of education management in realizing quality schools. The research method to be used in this study is a literature study approach, in which data and information will be collected from various academic sources, such as books, journals and relevant articles on education management and quality schools. The results of this study show that effective education management plays a key role in creating quality schools through key components such as human resources, facilities and infrastructure, finance and education supervision. Each of these components works synergistically to support optimal learning processes, although they often face challenges such as limited resources, resistance to change and lack of stakeholder support. Through collaborative strategies from various parties, including the government, community and parents, schools can overcome these obstacles. Optimizing education management complemented by educational supervision helps improve the professional quality of teachers, curriculum and school management, and builds a culture of continuous evaluation. This synergy results in schools that are qualified, adaptive and able to respond to the demands of today's education.

Abstrak:
This article aims to understand the concept of ideal marriage to prevent the practice of underage marriage and to understand the legal responsibility of parents for the marriage of underage children as an effort to implement child protection norms. That the legal responsibility of parents regarding child marriage is important is a common concern as an effort to provide protection for the fulfillment of children's rights. Thus, the focus of this article is not only on the marital aspect, but also on family relationships as a whole as an effort to create an environment that supports children's development. This type of research is normative legal research carried out by examining literature related to the research object. The results of this research show that the ideal marriage must be realized by every husband and wife by not entering into underage marriages. Marriage can be said to be ideal if it has three elements, namely biological, economic and psychological abilities. Children under the age of marriage do not have the ability to deal with problems that arise in the household. Married minors must still receive guarantees and protection from all forms of discrimination and other wrongful treatment. Parents have the responsibility to fulfill the rights of children married under age to ensure the fulfillment of children's rights. This involves protecting basic rights such as the right to life, the right to identity, the right to education, and the right to health of children. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep perkawinan yang ideal untuk mencegah praktik perkawinan di bawah umur dan mengetahui tanggung jawab hukum orang tua terhadap perkawinan anak di bawah umur sebagai upaya penerapan norma perlindungan anak. Bahwa tanggung jawab hukum orang tua terhadap perkawinan anak penting menjadi perhatian bersama sebagai upaya untuk memberikan perlindungan kepada pemenuhan hak anak. Sehingga, fokus artikel ini tidak hanya pada aspek perkawinan, tetapi juga pada hubungan keluarga secara keseluruhan sebagai upaya untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung perkembangan anak. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti literatur yang berkaitan dengan objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perkawinan yang ideal harus diwujudkan oleh setiap pasangan suami-istri dengan cara tidak melangsungkan perkawinan di bawah umur. Perkawinan dapat dikatakan ideal jika sudah mempunyai tiga unsur yaitu kemampuan biologis, ekonomis dan psikis. Anak di bawah umur melangsungkan perkawinan kurang memiliki kemampuan dalam menghadapi masalah-masalah yang muncul dalam rumah tangga. Anak di bawah umur yang telah kawin tetap harus mendapatkan jaminan dan perlindungan dari segala bentuk diskriminatif dan perlakuan salah lainnya. Orang tua punya tanggung jawab memenuhi hak-hak anak yang dikawinkan di bawah umur untuk menjamin terpenuhinya hak-hak anak. Hal ini melibatkan perlindungan terhadap hak-hak dasar seperti hak atas kehidupan, hak atas identitas, hak pendidikan, dan hak kesehatan anak.

Lahirnya perpu cipta kerja didasari atas pertimbangan pemerintah terhadap kebutuhan yang sangat mendesak dalam mengantisipasi perubahan kondisi global baik terkait ekonomi dalam menghadapi resesi, inflasi dan ancaman stagflasi. Solusi dalam melahirkan peraturan baru ditujukan untuk mengatasi regulasi yang tumpang tindih dan mampu meningkatkan birokrasi. Perubahan substansi dalam perpu cipta kerja yang berkaitan dengan penegakan hukum persaingan usaha di indonesia ini terkait perubahan upaya keberatan atas putusan yang dikeluarkan oleh KPPU, fiat eksekusi putusan KPPU ke Pengadilan Niaga, Penghapusan denda maksimal sanksi, serta penghapusan pidana tambahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis atas kepastian hukum dan menganalisis problematika yang akan timbul dari berlakunya Perpu Cipta Kerja ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah penelitian normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan konseptual dan perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan terbitnya Perpu No 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Cipta Kerja diharapkan dapat memperbaiki kekurangan yang terdapat pada hukum persaingan usaha. Tidak hanya itu perpu ini diharapkan dapat menjadi payung hukum agar para investor dapat tertarik berinvestasi di Indonesia dan dapat memajukan perekonomian.
