																		Abstrak:
																		The key to long-term marketing success, which is the dream of all marketers, is creating strong and close relationships with consumers. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of digital marketing and product quality on consumer loyalty. Through the questionnaire method with samples using the Slovin formula, there were 60 respondents. Meanwhile, the population used in this research is all Vicycake consumers from January to June 2023. Hypothesis testing via the t test (Partial Test) shows that digital marketing and the quality of the products studied are proven to significantly influence consumer loyalty. the results shown from the t test (Partial Test) digital marketing variable have a t-count greater than the t-table, this can be interpreted that HO is rejected and H1 is accepted and the product quality variable has a t-count greater than the t-table, this can be means that HO is rejected and H2 is accepted.

																		Abstrak:
																		This study examines the effectiveness of training in communication skills and privacy communication management in dealing with domestic conflicts. Data was taken from female informants, giving this study a female perspective. The research was conducted experimentally with a pre-test and post-test design, plus a control group. Some of the participants were training participants in communication skills and privacy communication management in the family, while others were the control group. Using Knapp's relational model instrument as an indicator, data was collected through questionnaires for the control group and pre-test and post-test questionnaires for the test group that participated in the training. Post-test data was collected after the first data collection to determine the effectiveness of communication skills training. The results showed that, compared to the control group, communication training significantly reduced domestic conflicts; communication training influenced aspects of cooperation, emotional reactions, personal relationships, and family communication with relatives and friends. Therefore, this study recommends providing communication training for women in dealing with domestic conflicts. The results of this study can be used to develop criteria for communication skills and privacy communication management, as well as to create a model of privacy communication management strategy as a solution to domestic conflicts.Penelitian ini menguji efektivitas pelatihan keterampilan berkomunikasi dan melakukan manajemen komunikasi privasi dalam menghadapi konflik rumah tangga. Data diambil dari narasumber perempuan sehingga penelitian ini berperspektif perempuan. Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimental dengan desain pre-test dan post-test ditambah dengan kelompok kontrol. Sebagian partisipan merupakan peserta pelatihan keterampilan berkomunikasi dan manajemen komunikasi privasi dalam keluarga, sebagian yang lain merupakan kelompok kontrol. Dengan menggunakan instrumen model relasional Knapp sebagai indikator, data diambil melalui kuesioner untuk kelompok kontrol dan kuesioner pre-test dan post-test untuk kelompok uji yang mengikuti pelatihan. Data post-test diambil setelah pengambilan data pertama untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan keterampilan komunikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dibanding kelompok kontrol, pelatihan komunikasi secara signifikan mengurangi konflik rumah tangga; pelatihan komunikasi mempengaruhi aspek-aspek kerja sama, reaksi emosional, hubungan personal, dan komunikasi keluarga dengan relasi dan teman. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini merekomendasikan diberikannya pelatihan komunikasi bagi perempuan dalam menghadapi konflik rumah tangga. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk menyusun kriteria-kriteria keterampilan komunikasi dan manajemen komunikasi privasi, serta membuat model strategi manajemen komunikasi privasi sebagai solusi konflik rumah tangga.

Data analysis using path analysis with the help of SPSS 27 and SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study indicate 1) there is no significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction 2) there is a significant effect of customer relationship management on customer satisfaction 3) there is a significant effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty 4) there is an effect of service quality on customer loyalty 5) there is an insignificant effect of customer relationship management on customer loyalty 6) there is an insignificant effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction 7) there is a significant effect of customer relationship management on customer loyalty through customer loyalty.

																		Indisciplinary behavior is behavior that deviates from established rules or problems that can reduce the quality of learning and generally reduce the quality of school. The reality is that disciplinary behavior leads to negative actions. Therefore, this behavior must be overcome so that it does not become a habit that gets worse over time. This type of research is qualitative research. The data collection technique in this research is interview, observation and documentation methods to answer three of the research objectives. The research found that in terms of factors of disciplinary behavior, namely personality factors and environmental factors, in terms of the impact of disciplinary behavior, the researchers found a negative impact on the learning process and generally reducing the quality of the school, in terms of countermeasures or things to avoid disciplinary behavior, namely the school principal being an example to his subordinates. , emphasize that there are school rules to be obeyed, not to be violated, then remind and personally summon teachers who carry out disciplinary actions, carry out direct supervision or monitoring, carry out training and development.

																		Abstrak:
																		Organizational culture in the bureaucratic environment is often one of the problems that hinder the realization of good governance. On the other hand, the organizational culture that develops cannot be separated from the paternalistic Javanese culture. This makes the character of bureaucratic apparatus behavior more textually patterned based on applicable formal provisions. As a result, government officials cannot make decisions when facing obstacles in carrying out their duties, especially those related to public services. This condition can be overcome by providing flexibility for bureaucratic apparatus to be more creative in taking effective and success-oriented actions in carrying out their duties. This research shows the influence of bureaucratic strengthening efforts on the realization of good governance by eliminating unproductive Javanese cultural values so as to improve the quality of public services. The results reveal that an empowered bureaucracy with flexibility and results orientation is able to respond to community needs more quickly and precisely. In addition, the elimination of unproductive values in Javanese culture is proven to encourage innovation and initiative among bureaucratic apparatus, which ultimately improves the efficiency and effectiveness of public services.Budaya organisasi dalam lingkungan birokrasi seringkali menjadi salah satu persoalan yang menghambat terwujudnya pemerintahan yang baik. Di sisi lain, budaya organisasi yang berkembang tidak dapat terlepas dari budaya Jawa yang paternalistis. Ini membuat karakter perilaku aparat birokrasi lebih terpola secara tekstual berdasarkan ketentuan formal yang berlaku. Akibatnya aparatur pemerintah tidak dapat mengambil keputusan apabila menghadapi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan tugas khususnya terkait dengan pelayanan publik. Kondisi ini dapat diatasi dengan memberikan keleluasaan bagi aparat birokrasi untuk lebih kreatif mengambil tindakan-tindakan efektif dan berorientasi pada keberhasilan dalam menjalankan tugas. Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh upaya penguatan birokrasi terhadap perwujudan good governance dengan menghilangkan nilai-nilai budaya Jawa yang tidak produktif sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa birokrasi yang diberdayakan dengan fleksibilitas dan orientasi pada hasil mampu merespons kebutuhan masyarakat dengan lebih cepat dan tepat. Selain itu, penghapusan nilai-nilai yang tidak produktif dalam budaya Jawa terbukti mendorong inovasi dan inisiatif di kalangan aparat birokrasi, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pelayanan publik.

																		This research aims to statistically prove the influence of locus of control and work environment on employee performance at the Padang City Population and Civil Registration Service. The sample method used in this research used a total sampling technique. The sample in this research were employees of the Padang City Population and Civil Registration Service using a questionnaire totaling 46 respondents. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis tests. The technique for analyzing the data uses validity and reliability tests using the SPSS 21 program. The hypothesis is tested using the T test. The results of this research show (1) Locus of Control has a significant effect on employee performance at the Padang City Population and Civil Registration Service (2) The work environment has an effect significant impact on employee performance at the Padang City Population and Civil Registration Service.

																		Childbirth is a series of events when a baby is released from the mother's womb, followed by the release of the placenta and fetal membranes from the mother's body (Fitriana and Nurwiyandani, 2018). Experimental research method with a design that is Control group pre test-Post test. The population in this study were all primigravid postpartum patients without complications during the first active phase in the working area of the Halilulik Health Center, Naitimu Village, West Tasifeto District, East Nusa Tenggara, Using a purposive sampling technique, a sample of 16 people was obtained with a distribution of 8 people for the back rubbing massage treatment using the Power Massager (group 1) and 8 people for the back rubbing massage treatment using the hands (group 2). The results showed that the back rubbing massage treatment using a power massager obtained an average decrease in pain of 2.375, while the treatment of back rubbing massage using hands obtained an average decrease in pain of 1.250, obtained P count of 0.0013 P <0.05, So it can be concluded that back rubbing massage using a power massager is more effective than using hands in reducing pain in primigravida in parturient patients in the active phase 1. In conclusion, back rubbing massage using a power massager is more effective in reducing pain in primigravid patients in labor in the first active phase.

																		The Salatiga City Government has launched an electronic market levy (market e-retribution) which is implemented by the Salatiga City Trade Office. Market e-retribution is an electronic market retribution management system innovation to improve the quality of services that are transparent and accountable, minimize revenue leakage and illegal levies, as well as orderly irregularities in market retribution for compulsory levies. Market e-retribution is included in the regional non-cash transaction implementation agenda in the City of Salatiga. The application of new market e-retribution innovations was carried out in two traditional markets, namely Blauran I Market and Pasar Raya I as a pilot project before being implemented in other traditional markets. This article is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This article will focus on discussing the innovation of market e-retribution in the City of Salatiga.
