This study aims to evaluate community satisfaction with the CSR Program of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Samarinda focused on talent and interest development for children of the Butonese community in Sidodadi Urban Village. A quantitative approach was applied using the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) survey instrument based on Ministerial Regulation PANRB No. 14 of 2017, supported by Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Results indicate an IKM score of 84.18, which falls under the “very good” category. However, several priority attributes, such as scheduling accuracy and supporting infrastructure, require improvement. Recommendations include service quality enhancement, community engagement, and sustainability-based planning.

This study aims to systematically review the influence of digital marketing and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) on consumer purchase intention. Using a systematic literature review (SLR) approach, five peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2022 and 2023 were analyzed, focusing on digital consumer behavior in the context of social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, as well as e-commerce. The review identifies that digital marketing strategies—particularly content marketing and social media engagement—positively affect purchase intention, especially when mediated by consumer trust and brand awareness. Similarly, E-WOM, delivered through influencers, customer reviews, and celebrity endorsements, is found to significantly shape brand image and influence purchase decisions. The findings also highlight that the effectiveness of digital marketing and E-WOM varies depending on platform type, message form, and product category. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of consumer response patterns in digital environments and offers practical implications for marketers to optimize engagement strategies. Recommendations for future research are also presented to address the current limitations and explore emerging trends in digital consumer behavior.
 

The development of e-commerce and the internet requires business actors to be able to adapt, including in terms of marketing. Word of Mouth is a marketing strategy that is considered quite effective because it refers to human-to-human interaction through personal recommendations and positive experiences with something. In this era of social media, Online Customer Reviews are a form of evolution of Word of Mouth marketing. Online Customer Reviews utilize the power of Word of Mouth through digital platforms and have a significant impact in influencing consumer perceptions and purchasing decisions. This research uses several statistical tests to measure the reliability of the instruments and data. This research focuses on calculating the relationship between the Online Customer Review (X) and Purchase Decision (Y) variables at Shopee. The analysis results show a positive and significant correlation between the two, confirmed by simple linear regression and correlation tests. The findings confirm that Online Customer Reviews have a positive and significant influence on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. Therefore, sellers, especially on the Shopee marketplace, are expected to prioritize the quality of their products and services so that they can trigger good online customer reviews which then have an impact on increasing sales.
 
 

This research is motivated by the leadership of the wife of a pastor whose husband died in continuing the transition of service as pastor of the congregation. After the death of the husband who was the church pastor, the duties and responsibilities of church ministry were automatically assigned to the wife as the continuing pastor. After being approved as continuing pastor, the wife will play a very important role, her role will be the same as the previous pastor, carrying out congregational pastoral services such as pulpit service, embracing, guiding, nurturing, serving and leading as well as building relationships with congregation members and servants. The differences in leadership of wives whose husbands die will be directly visible when carrying out their duties and responsibilities as pastors of the congregation which will have an impact on the effectiveness of the ministry. Therefore this research takes the topic “duties and responsibilitities of a pastor’s wife whose husband dies on the effectiveness of services at the muliorejo gospel spreading church”. With the aim of the research to determine and analyze the transition of duties of a pastor's wife whose husband died on the effectiveness of service at the muliorejo gospel spreading church and to find out and analyze the responsibilities of a pastor's wife whose husband has died regarding the effectiveness of the ministry at the muliorejo gospel spreading church. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods, the data obtained in this research used an interview approach and recorded conversations via cellphone recordings with 12 informants. The conclusion obtained from this research is that there was a change in duties experienced by the wife of a shepherd whose husband died, this change was due to a change in duties with a different position status. From previously only being a companion to her husband who was the pastor of the congregation, she has now become a continuing pastor because of her husband's death. With the task that the mother shepherd received as continuing shepherd at the muliorejo gospel spreading church making him a person who is full of love, has a high caring nature, is firm in leading and practicing a holy life so as to support the effectiveness of ministry in the church. The leadership responsibility of a pastor's wife whose husband has died directly contributes to the effectiveness of the ministry at the muliorejo gospel spreading church. The effectiveness of the service that occurs at the muliorejo gospel spreading church is carrying out physical construction of the church, experiencing an increase in the number of souls, increasing church activity programs and opening a new church branch which will be ratified on May 5, 2024.
 

This study aims to determine the effect of exemplary Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers on Christian character building and learning interest of grade XI students of HKBP 1 Tarutung Private High School in the 2023/2024 school year. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with inferential statistics. The study population included all grade XI students, totaling 214 people, with a sample of 43 students (20% of the population). Data were obtained through a closed questionnaire totaling 55 items. The results of the analysis show: 1) There is a significant influence of exemplary PAK teachers on the formation of students' Christian character, with the value of F count 10.628> F table 4.08 and an influence of 20.6%; 2) The exemplary of PAK teachers also affects students' interest in learning, with the value of F count 24.274 > F table 4.08 and an influence of 37.2%; 3) The exemplary of PAK teachers has a simultaneous influence on the formation of Christian character and student interest in learning, with the value of F count 14.411 > F table 3.08 and an influence of 41.9%. This result shows that the exemplary role of PAK teachers plays an important role in the formation of Christian character and increasing students' interest in learning. Thus, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which confirms that the teacher's example has a significant positive impact on students.

This research aims to improve the accuracy of liver disease classification using Quantum Feature Engineering (QFE) and the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Tech-nique and Tomek Links (SMOTE-Tomek) data balancing technique. Four machine learning models were compared in this research, namely eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGB), Random Forest (RF), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Logistic Regression (LR) on the Indian Liver Patient Dataset (ILPD) dataset. QFE is applied to capture correlations and complex patterns in the data, while SMOTE-Tomek is used to address data imbalances. The results showed that QFE significantly improved LR performance in terms of recall and specificity up to 99%, which is very important in medical diagnosis. The combination of QFE and SMOTE-Tomek gives the best results for the XGB method with an accuracy of 81%, recall of 90%, and f1-score of 83%. This study concludes that the use of QFE and data balancing techniques can improve liver disease classification performance in general.

The web-based Village Fund Management Accounting application has been designed to increase efficiency and transparency in managing village funds at the Muara Lematang Village Head's Office. This study aims to develop a system that facilitates the process of recording, reporting, and monitoring village finances in real-time. The research methods used include literature studies, needs analysis, system design, and implementation. A literature study was conducted to understand the existing accounting application models and features relevant to the needs of village fund management. At the needs analysis stage, data was collected through interviews with village finance officers and analysis of documents related to village fund management. From the results of the analysis, it was found that several important features that must be owned by an application, including recording transactions, preparing financial reports, budget management, and monitoring the realization of funds. Based on the needs analysis, a system design was carried out by developing an intuitive and responsive user interface design. In addition, a database was also designed to store and manage village financial data in a safe and structured manner. At the implementation stage, a web-based village fund management accounting application has been successfully developed and tested at the Muara Lematang Village Head's Office. The trial was carried out by involving users involved in managing village funds to evaluate the performance and usability of the application. The results of this study indicate that web-based village fund management accounting applications can increase efficiency and transparency in village fund management. The use of this application can assist the Muara Lematang Village Chief's Office in keeping accurate records, compiling financial reports quickly, and monitoring the allocation and realization of village funds more effectively.

Then Closeness of Communication with Customers. Furthermore, Responsiveness in Information Change. Accuracy of Executing Schedule. As well as the ability to reduce costs. Barriers to implementing just in time to increase production effectiveness and efficiency come from supporting tools for mobilizing materials and goods such as forklifts, dump turcks and losbak, supply of electrical energy and shipping costs. The solution to overcome these obstacles is to equip supporting equipment such as handlifts. Meanwhile, to handle the supply of electricity, the company built two power substations.

Banyak game yang telah dibuat oleh para pengembang itu sendiri sehingga sudah banyak ragam dari jenis game itu sendiri salah satunya yaitu game bergenre endless runner. Pada game endless runner sendiri terdapat suatu objek yang harus kita buat secara masif dan berulang yang dimana biasanya menerapkan cara membuat dan menghapus objek tersebut secara masif.
Namun terdapat metode yang lebih baik dalam mengoptimalkan penerapan untuk pembuatan dan penghapusan objek secara masif tersebut dengan metode object pooling yang dimana perbedaannya adalah dalam metode ini menggunakan cara mengaktifkan dan menonaktifkan objek. Sehingga dengan cara ini akan mengoptimalkan game agar performanya tidak turun dan penggunaan memori pun tidak memakan banyak ruang.
