Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work ability on the work performance of employees at the Office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of Bima City. The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to Bima City BKKBN employees. The results of the study show that work discipline and work ability significantly affect employee work performance. Good work discipline can improve employee performance, while adequate work skills also make a positive contribution to work performance. This finding provides practical implications for BKKBN management in an effort to improve employee work performance through strengthening discipline and developing work skills.

Abstrak:
This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 33 Samsat Panda office employees. The sampling technique used in this research was saturated sampling so the number of samples in this research was 33 respondents. Data was processed using SPSS 23.0. From the results of the multiple linear regression test, there is a relationship between workload and communication on work morale. The results of this research indicate that the Workload variable (X1) has a partially significant effect on the Work Morale of the Samsat Panda Office employees. The Communication variable (X2) has a partially significant effect on the work morale of the Samsat Panda Office employees. The variables Workload and Communication simultaneously have a significant effect on Work Morale among Panda Bima Samsat Employees.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara parsial lingkungan kerja kerja terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara parsial komitmen organisasi terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara simultan lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bima. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 pegawai yang terdiri dari Pegawai Negeri Sipil sebanyak 35 pegawai, honorer sebanyak 21 pegawai dan pegawai tidak tetap sebanyak 64 pegawai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 pegawai Negeri Sipil dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Tekhnik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dokumentasi. Tekhnik analisis data mengunakan uji validitas, uji relialibilitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien korelasi berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f dengan bantuan spss versi 22 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial lingkungan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai, tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial komitmen organisasi terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bima.

Abstrak:
This research aims to determine the influence of Organizational Climate on the Work Productivity of Bima Regency Communication and Information Service Employees. This research is of associative type. The population used was all service employees as many as 61 respondents using purposive sampling techniques to obtain a sample of 40 respondents. The research instrument used is a Likert scale questionnaire with data analysis techniques, validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, simple correlation analysis, determination test and T test. The results of this research conclude that there is a significant influence between organizational climate on employee work productivity in Bima Regency Communication and Information Service with a calculated t value of 15.791 which is greater than the t table of 2.026. The determination test shows that employee work productivity is influenced by organizational climate by 86.8%, while the remaining 13.2% is influenced by other factors or variables not included in this research.

Abstrak:
The success of an organization such as a library is greatly influenced by the human resources available in the library. The human resources contained in it are employees, where employees have a very important role in helping to achieve the goals or targets desired by the library and can help in building a positive image of the community. The role of an employee in helping develop a library can be carried out well if the library has quality employees, which can be seen from the good or bad quality of the services they provide. Kurniawan (Indarwati, 2020) states that "public service is the provision of services (serving) the needs of other people or the public who have an interest in the organization in accordance with the basic rules and procedures that have been determined. (Guntara & Suryani, 2017) say that public services are the responsibility of the government and are carried out by government agencies, both at the center, in the regions and within state-owned enterprises.

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine the partially significant effect of work from home (WHF) on workproductivity at the Bima City Transportation Service. To find out the partially significant effectof the work environment on work productivity at the Department of Transportation of the Cityof Bima. To find out (WHF) and the work environment have a significant simultaneous effecton the work productivity of employees at the Department of Transportation of the City of Bima.The instrument in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in thisstudy were 80 employees consisting of 34 civil servants and 46 honorary employees. Thesample in this study were 34 civil servants. The sampling technique used by the researcherwas purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation andliterature studies, data analysis techniques using validity tests, reliability tests, classicalassumptions test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient ofdetermination, t test and f test with the help of SPSS. The results showed that Work FromHome (WFH) significantly affected employee productivity at the Department of Transportationof the City of Bima, the work environment significantly had an influence on the productivity ofemployees at the Department of Transportation of the City of Bima, simultaneously thevariables (X1) Work From Home (WFH) and the work environment (X2) at the Department ofTransportation of the City of Bima has a significant effect on employee work productivity (Y)

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine the effect of partially significant career development on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency, to determine the effect of partially significant work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency, to determine the development of career and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study was 61 employees consisting of 41 civil servants, 7 regional honorary employees, and 13 non-permanent employees at the Department of Communication and Information, Bima Regency. The sample in this study were 41 civil servants with the sampling technique used, namely the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The data analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test, multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, t test and f test with the help of SPSS version 22 for windows. The results showed that career development had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, career development and work motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency.

Sicepat Ekspress Bima Branch. The type of research used in this study is associative. Abstrak:
This study aims to determine the significant effect of role ambiguity on employee performance at the Department of Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives, Bima Regency. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study were all employees at the Office of Cooperatives for Small and Medium Enterprises, Bima Regency, totaling 51 people consisting of 30 Civil Servants and 21 Honorary Employees. The sampling technique in this study was done by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, simple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and t test with the help of SPSS version 22 for windows. The results showed that role ambiguity had a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Bima Regency.
