Abstrak:
This study aims to describe the collaboration between student of the field PPL from STAIN Mandailing Natal and STAITA Padang Sidempuan in welcoming the holy month of Ramadan 1446 H at MAS Al-Mandily Kampung Padang. The initiative aims to contribute positively to strengthening relationships between educational institutions while introducing religious values to the suurounding communnity. The method used in this study is a participatory approach that involves students and the community of MAS Al-Mandily in every stage of the activity. The result of this study indicate that this collaboration not only improves the quality of religious activities at MAS Al-Mandily, but also provides valuable experience for PPL students in implementing the knowledge they have learned in the field. In addition, the relationship between the two educational institutions will be closer, and have a positive impact on the formation of student character.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini menerangkan bagaimana program simple digital archives jika diterapkan pada kegiatan kearsipan perkantoran yang dalam penelitian ini adalah kantor urusan agama. Pada semua produk-produk yang keluar dari Kantor Urusan Agama, disetiap sisinya terdapat banyak pion-pion administratif yang tidak dapat terlepas yang tentunya akan mempengaruhi kegiatan kearsipan. Seiring waktu, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia serta sarana dan prasarana yang tidak sepenuhnya memadai menjadi kendala dalam menciptakan kearsipan kantor yang sistematis dan efektif serta efisien yang seharusnya menjadi standar serta dibutuhkan dalam tata pengelolaan sebuah kearsipan . Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian terapan (applied research) dengan sifat penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bagaimanapun metode kearsipannya, antara kearsipan manual dan elektronik adalah dua hal yang saling melengkapi, oleh karena itu harus cermat dalam pelaksanaannya. Pemaksimalan kearsipan secara manual kini dirasa sudah kurang relevan, sedangkan kearsipan secara elektronik belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan. Simple digital archives dirancang dan dapat dioperasikan sebagai tindak lanjut dari kearsipan manual, setelah kearsipan manual dijalankan dengan cermat sebagaimana mestinya, dilanjutkan dengan simple digital archives, agar terciptanya administrasi dan kearsipan kantor urusan agama yang lebih mudah dan lebih tertib.

Abstrak:
This research aims to produce a practical, valid and effective measuring tool for the physical training of FKIP Unsri physical education students. The method used in this research is the research and development (R&D) research method which produces products in the form of applications for measuring physical tests for various sports. The sampling technique used in the research was 3rd semester physical education students, FKIP Unsri. The data collection techniques used are validation tests, practicality tests and effectiveness tests. The instruments in this research are validation sheets, questionnaires and application use among students. Data analysis techniques are validity analysis, practicality and effectiveness analysis. Based on the research results, the physical test measuring instruments for various sports in this study were very valid with a percentage of 83.92% and the average of the two test results was 81.25%, so it was stated that the physical test measuring instruments for various sports that were developed were in the very good category. proper to use. The findings of this research are a software in the form of a practical and valid application that can be used to measure physical tests in various sports. The implication of the results of this research is that the application of measuring instruments for various sports can help coaches, athletes, students and students to be able to measure the process and results of training validly and easily because previously it was only done manually so measurement errors often occurred during training and training result.

Abstrak:
This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and human resource development on the performance of State Civil Service employees in the District Government in Sibolga City. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a quantitative method in the form of a survey. The researcher determined that the sample in the research was all Civil Servants in 4 sub-districts, including the village head in each sub-district, with a total of 160 people. The researchers took the entire population to be used as a sample of 160 people. Research results show that transformational leadership style on proven performance influential significant. The development source Power humans also matter positively and significantly to performance. However, a variable that influences performance is style leadership transformational. Coefficient results in determination in study This shows that mark R The adjusted square on performance is 0.7 64 (76.4%). Abstrak:
This research aims to describe the moral values found in the movie “Ghostbuster Afterlife ", based on the character’s behaviour and action and why they occurred in movies. The moral of a story in movies is the lesson that the story or movie teaches about how to behave in the world or what action should be used in certain situations. The method used in the research is conducted using a descriptive qualitative method which described the data from the observed people and behaviour. The research data were collected by watching the movie and identifying the data related to the study. There are 11 moral values found in the movie “Ghostbuster Afterlife”. From this research the relevance between the implications of the movie toward our own moral values is honesty. Being honest with other people will help develop our relationships with others, especially with family, friends, and loved ones will help improve life and character.

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of Work Motivation and Self Efficacy on Employee Performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Sibolga Branch. The hypothesis put forward is that there is an influence of work motivation and self-efficacy on employee performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Sibolga Branch. The author uses 46 respondents as a sample taken from 46 populations using the Sugiyono formula. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive relationship between work motivation and self-efficacy on employee performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Sibolga Branch and its correlation coefficient is 0.419, so when interpreted on a value scale it can be categorized as moderate. While the coefficient of determination is known that Work Motivation and Self Efficacy only contribute 33.3% to Employee Performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Sibolga Branch and the remaining 66.7% is influenced by other factors not examined. Regression equation obtained
Y = 15.032 + 0.22X1 + 0.45X2 which shows that if you add one unit of variables X1 and X2 (Work Motivation and Self Efficacy) or a certain value, the variable Y (Employee Performance) will increase by the regression coefficient of 0.22 and 0. 45. Based on the results of hypothesis testing conducted by Employee Performance by comparing the t-count value of Work Motivation and t-table, it is found that the t-count value is smaller than t-table, namely 1.748 <2.016, Self- Efficacy and t-table, it is found that the t-count value is greater than t-table, namely 3.188 <2.016 and a significance value of 0.000 below α 5%. Because t count is greater than t table, there is an influence of Work Motivation and Self Efficacy on Employee Performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Sibolga Branch and the hypothesis proposed is accepted.

The government of Sibolga Kota District has not yet had maximum performance in terms of the services provided to the community that have not been maximized. The basic cause is the existence of interpersonal communication barriers among employees and low employee morale because motivation within employees is also low. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of interpersonal communication and intrinsic motivation on employee performance in the District Government of Sibolga Kota. The type of research used is descriptive correlational with a population of 68 people and is used as an object of observation. Data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. The results showed that interpersonal communication and intrinsic motivation variables can affect employee performance variables by 54.7%. Interpersonal communication and intrinsic motivation together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Where the value of Fcount is greater than the value of Ftable (45.363 > 3.11) Partially interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance Where the value of tcount = (2.515) > ttable (1.992), Partially intrinsic motivation is the most dominant influence on employee performance, meaning that the intrinsic motivation variable determines more to improve employee performance compared to interpersonal communication. Abstrak:
Struktur modal merupakan susunan modal kerja yang digunakan perusahaan dalam pembiayaan yang dilihat dari perbandingan jumlah hutang dengan modal sendiri. Pemilihan pendanaan yang tepat akan mengoptimalkan struktur modal. Semakin optimal struktur modal yang disusun oleh manajemen, maka akan semakin baik pula kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh struktur modal terhadap kinerja keuangan pada CV. Yakin Baru Sibolga. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif asosiatif kausal dengan sumber data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan CV.Yakin Baru Sibolga selama periode 4 tahun terakhir dari tahun 2018-2021. Hasil penelitian diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,985 apabila diinterprestasikan dalam skala nilai dikategorikan sangat kuat. Koefisien determinasi diperoleh (R Square) sebesar 0,970 yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh struktur modal terhadap kinerja keuangan sebesar 97%, dan sisanya sebesar 3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang tidak diteliti. Persamaan regresi linear sederhana diperoleh Y = 2,165 + 0,296X yang menunjukkan apabila ditambahkan satu satuan variabel struktur modal atau nilai ditentukan, maka akan menambah peningkatan variabel kinerja keuangan sebesar 0,296. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung 8,101 > ttabel 2,919 dan nilai signifikansi 0,015 < 0,05. Karena nilai thitung lebih besar dari nilai ttabel dengan tingkat signifikansi dibawah 5%, maka hipotesis yang diajukan diterima yang menyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh struktur modal terhadap kinerja keuangan pada CV. Yakin Baru Sibolga.
