This activity is a workshop that aims to provide insight and skills to the guardians of Kasih Bunda Kindergarten students regarding parenting strategies related to financial management and the importance of children's mental health. This activity discusses how to teach the value of money and financial management to children with educational and fun methods. The workshop was also accompanied by an interactive question and answer session, distribution of Supplementary Food (PMT) for children, and a group photo session as a symbol of togetherness. This activity has a positive impact in the form of increasing parents' knowledge about children's financial management, strengthening the relationship between guardians and schools, and supporting children's physical and mental growth and development.This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on purchase intention of Toyota Agya cars in Tuban City.

Student learning outcomes are a benchmark for achieving learning objectives in schools, but it is not uncommon for learning outcomes to be one of the problems that are often experienced in various school institutions. Learning problems and school demands cause anxiety, such as difficulty managing study time, anxiety of failing exams and grades below the standard are considered to be problems that are often found in schools. This study aims to determine how junior high school students' learning outcomes are influenced by the school environment and their learning motivation. This study combines literature study methodology with a qualitative approach. Books, journals, and articles relevant to the research topic are examples of research sources. The findings of the study indicate that learning motivation and the school environment have a significant impact on junior high school students' learning outcomes.
 

The main method to encourage women to achieve gender equality is education. Women have greater opportunities to improve their quality of life, fight for their rights, and actively participate in various aspects of life through education. However, social reality shows that women still face various challenges, such as unequal access to education, patriarchal cultural construction, and limited roles in the public sphere. In this article, the importance of education as a way to encourage women to achieve fair gender equality is discussed. Education not only teaches women what they need to know, but also gives them a critical understanding of their roles and potential. In this context, education must be designed inclusively and responsive to the needs of women, taking into account the social, cultural, and historical aspects that affect their lives. Women's education is essential to building a just, equal, and sustainable society because achieving gender equality in education is not just an individual effort; it also requires systemic support from policies, curricula, and a supportive social environment.

This thesis discusses the authority of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) as external supervisors in the management of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) in Mlirip Village, Jetis District, Mojokerto Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent of the role of NGOs in supervising the management of village budgets, as well as to evaluate the effectiveness and obstacles faced by NGOs in carrying out their supervisory functions. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving interviews, observations, and document analysis related to village budget management in Mlirip Village. The results of the study indicate that NGOs have the authority to supervise the planning, implementation, and accountability of the APBDes through various supervisory mechanisms, such as social audits, counseling, and advocacy. However, in practice, NGOs face various obstacles, including lack of community participation, limited resources, and bureaucratic obstacles. Nevertheless, the role of NGOs as external supervisors remains important to encourage transparency and accountability in village budget management, as well as to ensure that the village budget is used in accordance with the needs and objectives that have been set. This study is expected to contribute to the development of more effective village budget supervision mechanisms in the future.

This research aims to foster social emotional attitudes EMC2 (Emphaty, Mindfulness, Compassion, Critical Inquiry) and photograph the process of implementing approaches to psychological well-being in English language learning. By implementing EMC2, it is hoped that students can develop social and emotional skills that have a positive impact on their psychological well-being. The observation method was used to monitor students' social interactions and emotional responses during learning, while interviews were conducted to gain an in-depth view of students' experiences and perceptions of learning English using the EMC2 approach. The results showed that the EMC2 approach significantly improved students' social emotional attitudes and psychological well-being. Students show (1) increased self-confidence. (2) social interaction skills. (3) emotional management. This research contributes to the development of knowledge in the field of education by offering a new approach that is effective in improving psychological well-being through learning English. These findings can be used as a reference for educators in designing holistic learning programs and supporting students' social emotional development.
 

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah seperti bisnis keripik singkong, memiliki peran signifikan dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Namun, banyak Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah menghadapi tantangan dalam mengidentifikasi faktor keberhasilan potensial dan mengembangkan strategi untuk tetap kompetitif di pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis usaha keripik singkong "Raihanah" dari aspek pemasaran, teknis, dan operasional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bisnis ini memiliki potensi keberlanjutan yang tinggi, didukung oleh pengelolaan produk yang efektif, diversifikasi produk, dan efisiensi operasional. Namun, tantangan seperti fluktuasi harga bahan baku dan ketergantungan pada musim panen menjadi hambatan yang perlu diatasi. Strategi mitigasi berupa pengelolaan stok bahan baku dan pengembangan pemasaran digital telah diidentifikasi sebagai solusi utama. Dengan penerapan manajemen risiko dan optimalisasi strategi pemasaran, bisnis ini menunjukkan prospek cerah untuk tumbuh dan berkontribusi pada pengembangan sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah.
 
 

This study aims to examine the virtues of knowledge from an Islamic perspective as taught in the book Mahfudzot Fadhoilul Iman and to explore its relevance in shaping the spiritual transformation of individual Muslims and their social contributions in the modern era. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing a literature review method to analyze the key principles outlined in the book.The findings reveal that the book Mahfudzot Fadhoilul Iman emphasizes knowledge as the foundation of faith, guiding humanity toward divine truth. Values such as al-ilmu nurun (knowledge is light) and thalabul ilmi faridhatun (seeking knowledge is an obligation) highlight the importance of knowledge as a spiritual means of drawing closer to Allah. Additionally, the principle khairun naasi anfa'uhum linnaas (the best of people are those who are most beneficial to others) underscores the significant social dimension of knowledge in building a prosperous and harmonious society.This study also finds that the values in Fadhoilul Iman remain relevant to contemporary challenges, such as developing education based on Islamic values and applying ethical knowledge in professional fields. By recontextualizing the teachings of this book, Muslims can utilize knowledge as an instrument to strengthen their faith while contributing meaningfully to the well-being of humanity.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi pembelajaran ta’lim afkar di mabna Ummu Salamah kelas Asasi E. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana proses pelaksanaan  pembelajaran ta’lim afkar di kelas Asasi E mabna Ummu Salamah beserta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam proses pembelajaran ta’lim afkar di kelas Asasi E. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yakni model Miles, Huberman, dan saldana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran ta’lim afkar berlangsung pukul 19.30 – 21.00 WIB di aula mabna. Pembelajaran yang berlangsung menggunakan metode pembelajaran bandongan. faktor pendukung yakni; 1) Tempat/kelas yang memadai, 2) Mu’allim yang kompeten, 3) Kitab yang relevan dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Yang menjadi faktor penghambat yakni; 1) Metode pembelajaran yang monoton. 2) Mu’allim yang terlalu serius sehingga membuat suasana kelas menjadi tegang dan minim komunikasi atau interaksi dengan mahasantri. 3) Tidak semua mahasantri berasal dari pondok pesantren, yang menyebabkan adanya kesulitan mahasantri dalam menerjemahkan kitab arab dengan terjemah pegon berbahasa Indonesia, apalagi kitab yang digunakan kitab gundul.

 
Abstract. The research investigates the principles and ethical codes in business, highlighting their critical role in today's competitive environment. As businesses face increasing pressure to balance financial success with ethical conduct, the study aims to define these concepts, explore their scope, and identify key ethical principles while examining their implementation in Islamic banking. Employing a qualitative methodology, the research analyzes literature and case studies to understand the frameworks guiding ethical business practices. Findings reveal that principles such as honesty, social responsibility, and fairness are essential for fostering trust among stakeholders and enhancing corporate reputation. The implications stress the necessity for businesses to integrate these ethical codes into their operations actively, as doing so not only builds a positive public image but also contributes to long-term sustainability. Furthermore, the study identifies challenges in applying these standards, emphasizing that overcoming such obstacles is vital for creating a fair business ecosystem that benefits all parties involved.

Artikel ini membahas kewajiban menuntut ilmu dalam Islam dengan fokus pada perspektif Tafsir At-Thabari terhadap Surat At-Taubah ayat 122. Menurut tafsir ini, pendidikan dan pengetahuan merupakan pilar fundamental dalam kehidupan seorang Muslim, di mana ayat tersebut menekankan pentingnya pembagian peran di antara umat Islam dalam konteks jihad dan pendidikan. Kewajiban menuntut ilmu tidak hanya bersifat individual, tetapi juga kolektif, di mana masyarakat harus memiliki sekelompok orang yang berdedikasi untuk belajar dan menyebarkan ilmu. Selain itu, artikel ini menggarisbawahi bahwa ilmu yang dicari harus bermanfaat dan digunakan untuk kebaikan, serta pentingnya niat yang tulus dalam proses pembelajaran. Melalui analisis sejarah, artikel ini menunjukkan kontribusi signifikan para ulama dan cendekiawan Muslim dalam berbagai disiplin ilmu yang telah memberikan dampak positif bagi peradaban manusia. Dengan menekankan pentingnya pendidikan sebagai kunci untuk membangun masyarakat yang cerdas dan kritis, artikel ini juga mengajak umat Islam untuk lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran dan penyebaran pengetahuan. Kesimpulan dari pembahasan ini adalah bahwa kewajiban menuntut ilmu merupakan tanggung jawab sosial yang harus dijalankan oleh setiap individu, demi mencapai ridha Allah SWT dan kemaslahatan umat manusia secara keseluruhan.
