Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini didasarkan pada observasi mengenai rendahnya pemahaman dan apresiasi terhadap budaya tradisional, terutama wayang, di kalangan generasi muda. Penggunaan kegiatan praktis untuk memperkenalkan budaya Indonesia diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman literasi budaya di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Beji pada budaya wayang melalui proses pembuatan wayang secara langsung dan berpartisipasi dalam bermain peran sebagai dalang dalam cerita yang mengangkat tema toleransi. Pelaksanaan metode terdiri dari tiga tahap yang jelas, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Dalam fase perencanaan, tema dan tujuan kegiatan ditentukan, serta materi dan alat yang diperlukan disiapkan dengan cermat. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam dua sesi, yang mencakup pembuatan wayang dan bermain peran. Evaluasi dilaksanakan untuk menganalisis efektivitas kegiatan dalam meningkatkan literasi budaya dan rasa percaya diri siswa. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa siswa terlibat secara aktif dalam proses pembuatan wayang dan bermain peran. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan yang berkaitan dengan keterampilan teknis dalam pembuatan wayang. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam rasa percaya diri dan keterampilan komunikasi siswa. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini telah berhasil dalam mencapai tujuannya, yaitu meningkatkan literasi budaya siswa serta mengembangkan keterampilan sosial mereka. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi sebagai model untuk mengenalkan budaya Indonesia melalui metode praktis, yang dapat diterapkan dalam kegiatan pendidikan lainnya guna meningkatkan pemahaman budaya di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar.

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial technology (fintech), and financial inclusion on the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandar Lampung City. Financial literacy is an important factor that allows MSMEs to understand financial products and services effectively. Meanwhile, fintech provides easy access to various financial services, which are expected to improve MSME operations. Financial inclusion, which involves accessibility of financial services for all levels of society, plays an important role in supporting the development of MSMEs.This type of research uses quantitative research with an ex-post-facto approach . The population of this study is MSME actors in Bandar Lampung City with a sample size of 106 MSME actors. The location of the study is in Bandar Lampung City. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The validity of the instrument using the Person Product Moment correlation resulted in 53 items being declared valid. The reliability test of the instrument used Alpha Croncah ( ? > 0.60), the results showed that all variables were declared reliable. The prerequisites for the analysis were tested through normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. Data analysis using multiple linear regression was used to test the effect of independent variables simultaneously on the dependent variable.         The results of the study show that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of financial literacy on the performance of MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City which is quite large, namely if every 1 unit increase in financial literacy can increase MSME performance by 0.528 units . (2) There is a positive and significant influence of the FinTech variable on the performance of MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City which is quite large, namely if every 1 unit increase in the adoption of financial technology has the potential to increase MSME performance by 0.518 units. (3) There is a positive and significant influence on the financial inclusion variable on the performance of MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City which is smaller, namely an increase of 0.204 units . (4) There is a simultaneous and positive influence of financial literacy, fintech, and financial inclusion on the performance of MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City at a confidence level of 99%.

This journal looks at the legal concerns of managing natural resources by producing compost using a market-based method based on garbage. This study's primary goal is to evaluate the efficacy and compliance of the legal requirements controlling the use of market trash as a raw material for compost fertilizer. The study's findings indicate that there are several pertinent laws that offer a legal framework for market waste management, including the Environmental Law and government waste management rules. However, there are obstacles to the law's implementation and enforcement, such as a lack of knowledge among business actors and oversight flaws. To ensure sustainability and efficiency in managing market waste as a resource for making compost, this study also found that, despite the existence of existing regulations, regulatory updates and harmonization are still required. To maximize the environmental and economic benefits of market waste management, this research recommends improvements in regulations and law enforcement, as well as increased education and training for business actors.The results of the study indicate that the utilization of market waste for making compost has great potential in supporting organic farming and reducing the volume of waste that ends up in landfills. However, the implementation of this program requires a deep understanding of applicable regulations, as well as support from the government and the community. This article concludes that comprehensive legal-based waste management can improve the efficiency and sustainability of natural resource management, as well as have a positive impact on community welfare.

This research aims to analyze how the reproductive and socialization roles of women who work as night butterflies influence the formation of children's character. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and participant observation of five women who work as night butterflies and their five children aged between 5 until 10 years old. The results of the research show that the reproductive role of women who work as night butterflies tend to be less involved in the development of their children. They often focus more on their work and have less time to accompany their children. Meanwhile, socialization carried out by women who work as night butterflies tends to have a negative influence on children's character. Children of night butterfly women often experience emotional instability and lack of adequate attention from their parents. Thus, the reproductive and socialization roles of women who work as night butterflies can have a negative impact on the formation of children's character. Therefore, greater efforts are needed from the government and society to provide support and protection to women in the night butterfly profession so that they can provide adequate attention to their children and help in forming their character.

The purpose of the study was to determine the role of compensation and healthy work environment in encouraging teacher work loyalty. Case study at RA H. Achmad Ali, Surabaya. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique, with data collection techniques conducted through interviews and observations. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the analysis obtained that the compensation obtained by RA H. Achmad Ali teachers is in the form of salaries, allowances, and transportation given once a month. Although with a relatively low nominal compensation does not have a significant impact as a driver of teacher work loyalty, because their commitment is grown from healthy work environment factors that they experience while working. This is evidenced by the running of the learning process in accordance with the rules and objectives, and proven by the length of service of teachers at RA H. Achmad Ali, Surabaya. So it can be concluded that the role of compensation is not significant in encouraging teacher work loyalty, while the role of a healthy work environment is significant and influential in encouraging teacher work loyalty at RA H. Ach Ali, Surabaya.

This research highlights the importance of social capital in the development of home laundry businesses in Jember. Starting from the significant contribution of MSMEs to the Indonesian economy, especially in creating jobs and driving the economy, the focus of this research is the laundry business as a type of service business that continues to grow. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the welfare of laundry business actors in Jember, as well as how social capital can be used to overcome challenges such as tight competition and limited capital. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection methods in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that social capital through customer networks, local partnerships, and response to feedback can improve the performance and desirability of laundry businesses. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of social capital-based strategies in strengthening relationships with customers and local communities to achieve sustainable business success.
 
 

Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih jauh bagaimana proses mekanisme alih kelola yang terjadi pada RSKB IPHI Pedan oleh RS PKU Muhammadiyah Delanggu serta untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat unsur pidana dalam proses tersebut ditinjau berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2004 tentang yayasan. Pengelolaan kegiatan usaha yayasan terkait erat dengan pembangunan yayasan kekayaan karena hasil kegiatan usahanya merupakan salah satu sumber pendapatan yang menjadi yayasan kekayaan. Dan dalam hal rumah sakit yang didirikan oleh yayasan, maka kegiatan operasional rumah sakit merupakan peserta dari kegiatan usaha yayasan. Selain itu, sesuai dengan Undang-Undang yayasan, yang menetapkan bahwa jika tujuan yayasan bergeser dari tujuan sosial atau nirlaba, asetnya tidak dapat dialihkan. Serta, segala kegiatan yang menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan aset milik yayasan haruslah mematuhi ketentuan formal sebagaimana dijelaskan pada UUY dan AD Yayasan, begitupula dalam hal alih Kelola RSKB IPHI Pedan kepada Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah (PCM) Delanggu, harus tetap dilakukan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku.

Parents' involvement in the social environment has an important impact on the parenting of children with special needs. Parents who have a good relationship with their social environment can accelerate their child's development by providing support and assistance in developing the abilities and skills needed. The method involves a series of systematic steps through a literature study approach. The fact that children have various special needs should not be used as an excuse to avoid or neglect them. Instead, we need to raise awareness so that children can appreciate individual diversity and give attention to children with special needs. The way parents interact with their children can have an impact on their social and emotional development. Wrong parenting can lead to wrong attitudes in children and vice versa.

The low student learning outcomes are caused by a lack of ability to understand concepts and many students are not serious about working on questions, so that learning is not optimal and effective. Therefore, the general aim of this research is to describe the influence of TGT type cooperative learning based on badeglar media on the conceptual understanding of class X students at Adi Luhur Vocational School for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method in this research uses a pre-experimental method, namely comparing the results of the pretest and posttest with the research population being all class X students at Adi Luhur Vocational School and the sample used in this research is the population itself. Data was collected using test techniques with test sheet research instruments. The data is processed according to parametric statistical calculations. The results of this research prove that the use of TGT type cooperative learning based on counting funnel media has a positive effect on student learning outcomes. The average percentage of student learning outcomes using t-test calculations where tcount is greater than ttable, namely 3.277 > 1.740. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, in other words there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest

Jubung Village is a rural community located in Sukorambi Prefecture, Jember District. The research emphasizes the importance of the role of village devices inining social stability and providing public services in Jubung Village. The village system plays a crucial role in managing the governance of the village and improving the well-being of the community. However, they also face challenges and complexities in carrying out their duties and functions. In the village development perspective, the role of the village device becomes a key element in achieving the goals of sustainable development. This study uses the structural theory of functionalism proposed by Talcott Parsons. Society is seen by this theory as a system of interrelated parts to stability and balance. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of village devices inining social stability and providing public service in Jubung Village. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The results of this research show that the Jubung Village device performs its role inining social stability and providing public service well.
