Abstrak:
Aqua, as a leading bottled mineral water brand in Indonesia, faces challenges in maintaining its market share amid increasing competition and boycott issues. This study aims to analyze the impact of product quality, product pricing, and brand image on purchasing decisions for Aqua in Kendal City. The research employs both quantitative and qualitative methods. Data collection techniques involve distributing questionnaires to 188 respondents and conducting interviews with 10 respondents. The respondents were selected using purposive sampling based on specific criteria, such as having used Aqua and being aware of the boycott issue. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the influence of each independent variable on the purchasing decision. The results show that product quality, product pricing, and brand image have a positive and significant impact on Aqua's purchasing decisions. Brand image emerged as the most dominant factor influencing purchasing decisions. Additionally, the majority of informants are highly concerned about the boycott issue and disturbed by the Israeli attacks, which has affected their purchasing decisions. This study recommends that Aqua improve product quality, implement competitive pricing strategies, and strengthen its brand image through innovation and marketing campaigns to maintain customer loyalty. Aqua should also promote its neutral stance publicly, clarifying that it is not involved in the Israel-Palestine issue, in order to maintain public trust in the brand.

Abstrak:
This study aims to examine the relationship between fear of missing out (FOMO), celebrity influence, and limited editions on the purchase intention of Labubu dolls. Data were collected from 107 respondents within the Labubu fan community on social media using a combination of purposive sampling and snowball sampling methods. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, and the analysis was performed using SPSS software, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that FOMO, celebrity influence, and limited editions collectively have a significant relationship with Labubu purchase intention. These findings highlight the importance of leveraging marketing strategies based on FOMO and limited editions, as well as collaborations with celebrities, to enhance product appeal and drive sales. This research provides practical guidance for businesses in developing effective marketing strategies.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pembelian impulsif pengguna marketplace Shopee: peran potongan harga, E-WOM dan motivasi belanja hedonis (studi kasus pada mahasiswa Universitas Dian Nuswantoro Semarang). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Dian Nuswantoro yang melakukan pembelian pada Marketplace Shopee. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner dan berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel potongan harga berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap pembelian impulsif pada Marketplace Shopee, E-WOM dan Motivasi Belanja Hedonis berpengaruh signifikan secara persial terhadap pembelian impulsif pada Marketplace Shopee. Variabel potongan harga, E-WOM, dan Motivasi Belanja Hedonis berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap pembelian impulsif.

Abstrak:
In the context of increasingly tight business competition in the current era, both at the domestic and global levels, companies must have the ability to win the competition by ensuring customer satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the influence of Price Perception, Service Quality on Customer Loyalty mediated by Customer Satisfaction at PT. Soyo Aji Perkasa. This research used quantitative and purposive sampling methods, with 127 respondents. This research used questionnaire analysis and a literature review. The data analysis technique used in this research is path coefficient analysis and Specific Indirect Effect. With the hypothesis showing r table > t table and P value < 0.05 with the conclusion that all hypotheses have a significant positive effect.

Fulfilling nutrition for patients certainly does not only pay attention to the last illness they suffered, but nutritionists also need to pay attention to the patient's medical history. Providing certain foods to support the body's recovery after treatment for certain diseases may not necessarily be in accordance with the history of previous illnesses. Fulfilling nutritional intake according to certain disease conditions is not easy, especially if the patient has a medical history with a variety of diseases, so nutritionists need to be more selective in providing nutritional intake from a number of alternative foods that will be provided. A management decision system based on artificial intelligence is able to choose a food balance that is balanced with the various complaints experienced by patients. The method used in the food management information system for medical records uses the forward chaining method, namely by determining forward, in this case, food nutritional information that is suitable for the patient, by reading the facts that have been arranged as a representation to produce a conclusion. The accuracy value resulting from comparing manual nutrient selection and using forward chaining was 86%

Abstrak:
Teacher performance according to Law Number 14 of 2005 includes the main activities of planning, learning, implementing, assessing learning outcomes, mentoring and training children as well as additional tasks related to the main activities in accordance with the main workload. Teacher performance influences student learning outcomes, with good teacher performance it should produce good quality students as well. Therefore, it is natural that teacher performance needs to be measured every period. The assessment certainly contains the main and additional tasks. Based on these problems, it is also necessary to improve the existing performance appraisal system. There needs to be an appropriate method to assist the teacher performance assessment process, one of which is the weighted method, namely simple additive weighting (SAW). Performance assessment every semester using the SAW method will be able to bridge the results of increasingly better teacher performance. The assessment is carried out on a weighted basis for each parameter. The final result is a ranking of the performance of all teachers in descending order

As the volume of motorbikes increases, the number of motorbike service outlets also increases. However, not all service places get customers equally, from the customer's side various variables really determine visits such as location, level of spare parts availability, level of service to consumers and price. Likewise, in terms of service owners, when opening a new service location, they need to pay attention to various variables such as proximity to residential areas, number of competitors, capacity of passing vehicles, and proximity to spare parts suppliers. To collaborate several influential variables to produce a decision regarding the right place, a method is needed that is capable of carrying out calculations to produce a ranking of locations that will have an influence. One method that can be offered is profile matching. This method performs by finding the difference between the weight value determined at the beginning and the input value for each location object. The ranking results of all location objects can be used as alternative locations for appropriate service locations..

Abstrak:
The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact that information asymmetry and profitability have on profit management for companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between the years 2016 and 2020. Previous research on the subject of profit management has produced contradictory findings. As a result, the idea about profit management requires more investigation so that it may be retested. Within the consumer products industry sub-sector, this research focused on 53 different businesses as its population. The type of sampling that was used was known as purposive sampling, and as a result, 22 sample firms were acquired for a period of observation spanning five years (2016-2020) and included 86 observations. The information used in the study was collected by downloading sample company files from the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The methods of descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis are used in the process of analysing the data. The initial step in the process of analysing the data is doing descriptive statistics. Next comes the testing of classical assumptions, followed by multiple regression analysis, and finally hypothesis testing. The findings of this research indicate, even if only in part, that Profitability is the sole factor that significantly influences profit management. There is no impact on the management of profits caused by information asymmetry. The findings of this research demonstrate that there is a correlation between information asymmetry and profitability, both of which have a substantial impact on profit management.
