Hydroxyapatite (HAp) is a biomaterial containing calcium phosphate with the chemical formula which is similar to the structure of human bone, so it is good for the purpose of healing human bones and teeth. HAp synthesis has several methods that can affect the results of HAp synthesis, such as the method of mixing CaO with phosphate, namely mixing with ultrasonic machines and magnetic stirrers. However, the discussion about the difference of HAp results with the mixing method of ultrasonic machine and magnetic stirrer is still rarely done. Therefore, it is important to examine and compare the characteristics of HAp synthesized by ultrasonic and magnetic stirrer mixing. The result of XRD test shows that HA1 has a purity of weight percentage (wt.%) of HAp crystal of 99.8%, while HA2 has a weight percentage (wt.%) of HAp crystal of 97.7%. For the FTIR test results of both specimens detected the presence of phosphate groups, and hydoxide, where both are the basic form of hydroxyapatite. Carbonate groups were also detected in the test, but it cannot be said to be bad because carbonate is a natural substitute for phosphate.

<p><span>Penilaian saham merupakan suatu hal penting yang perlu dilakukan bagi investor dalam melakukan kegiatan investasinya. Hal ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meminimalisir risiko dan memaksimalkan keuntungan yang merupakan syarat dan karakteristik saham <em>hight risk</em> – <em>hight return</em>. Investor dapat melakukan penilaian saham secara fundamental yaitu dengan memperhatikan kondisi kinerja keuangan sebagai dasar untuk pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui harga wajar suatu saham pada perusahaan subsektor perbankan pada periode 2021. Penilaian saham dilakukan berdasarkan dua pendekatan yaitu <em>Dividen Discount Model</em> dan <em>Price Earning Ratio</em>, dari 47 perusahaan subsekektor yang terdaftar sebanyak 12 perusahaan memenuhi kriteria dan dipilih sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 12 perusahaan terpilih, terdapat 10 perusahaan yang berada dalam kondisi undervalued dan 2 perusahaan yang berada dalam kondisi <em>overvalued</em>. Dalam kondis <em>undervalued</em> invetor dapat mengambil keputusan dengan membeli saham tersebut, sedangkan pada perusahaan yang berada pada <em>overvalued</em> invetor dapat menjual saham.</span></p><p><span><em>Stock valuation is an important thing that needs to be done for investors in carrying out their investment activities.</em><em>  This is with the aim of minimizing risk and maximizing profits which are the terms and characteristics of hight risk – hight return.  Investors can make stock valuation fundamentally by taking into account the condition of financial performance as a basis for decision making. This research was conducted to determine the fair price of shares in banking sub-sector companies in the 2021 period. Stock valuation was carried out based on two approaches, namely the dividend discounted model and the price earning ratio, of the 47 registered sub-sector companies, 12 companies met the criteria and were selected as samples. The results showed that of the 12 companies selected, there were 10 companies that were undervalued and 2 companies that were overvalued. In undervalued conditions, investors can make decisions by buying these shares, whereas in overvalued companies, investors can sell their shares.</em></span></p><p><span><br /></span></p>

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa reposisi pelaksanaan penyelesaian sengketa perdata dengan gugatan sederhana (small claim court). Hal ini yang menjadi urgensi penulis memfokuskan untuk memberikan rekomendasi kepada pengadilan sebagai evaluasi agar melaksanakan sesuai   dengan Perma No.4 tahun 2019. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan Yuridis Normatif. Kebaharuan penelitian ini terletak pada penyimpangan ketentuan dalam Perma No. 4 tahun 2019 yang tidak dijalankan Pengadilan sehingga perlu dilakukan reposisi untuk menata kembali. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan   pelaksanaan penyelesaian sengketa perdata dengan gugatan sederhana (small claim court) meliputi tahapan pendaftaran, pemeriksaan kelengkapan gugatan sederhana, penetapan hakim dan penunjukkan panitera pengganti, pemeriksaan pendahuluan, penetapan hari sidang dan pemanggilan para pihak, pemeriksaan sidang dan perdamaian, pembuktian dan putusan diselesaikan dalam waktu paling lama 25 (dua puluh lima) hari sejak sidang pertama. Apabila ada yang keberatan dengan putusan tersebut dapat mengajukan memori keberatan diselesaikan dalam waktu 7 (tujuh) hari.  The purpose of this study is to understand the repositioning of Civil Dispute Settlement Implementation with a Simple Claim (Small Claim Court). The Gojek Mobile application is one application that is widely used by the wider community. In recent years, Gojek has developed very rapidly and is able to beat conventional transportation modes because it is more practical and has many service features offered by the applicator. This study aims to analyze and determine the extent to which the ease of use, information quality, security quality and technical & functional quality of the Gojek application are perceived as useful for users and have implications for user satisfaction and loyalty. The approach used in this study is included in the type of explanatory research, namely research whose explanation uses hypothesis testing in which the causal relationship between variables is explained. The respondents of this study were 100 students from various universities in the city of Semarang. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire instrument where the variables were measured using a five-scale Likert scale, where the data was processed using SmartPLS 3.0. From the model test, the test results show that of the 7 hypotheses, five hypotheses are accepted because they have a significant effect and two are rejected because they are not significant, the data is said to be significant if it has t < 0.05. customer satisfaction variable has a significant effect on loyalty variable with P Values ??= 0.000, information quality variable also has a significant effect on perceived usefullness variable with P values ??= 0.001, perceived easy of use variable affects customer satisfaction variable with P Values ??= 0.000 , the perceived easy of use variable has an effect on the perceived usefullness variable with P Values ??= 0.009, the perceived usefullness variable affects the Customer satisfaction variable with the P Values ??= 0.023, the security quality variable has no effect on the perceived usefullness variable with the P Values ??= 0.085, the technical variable & functional quality has no effect on the perceived usefullness variable with P Values ??= 0.813.

Universitas Stikubank (Unisbank) Semarang telah mengimplementasikan sistem pembelajaran berbasis web yang dikenal dengan istilah smart campus yang didalamnya terdapat model pembelajaran elearning yang terintegrasi smart campus. Elearning yang diaplikasikan oleh manajemen Unisbank merupakan media pembelajaran online dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi agar mudah digunakan seluruh mahasiswa dan dosen dalam proses  belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberhasilan/kesuksesan e-learning universitas berdasarkan adaptasi dari model kesuksesan sistem informasi Delone dan McLean . Data primer dan data sekunder digunakan dalam penelitian ini,  instrument kuesioner dipakai untuk mendapatkan data primer. Selanjutnya data diolah secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil pengujian data selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk memberikan gambaran secara naratif dari hasil penelitian. Hasil olah data penelitian  didapatkan bahwa (1) Penilaian mahasiswa tentang system quality pada sistem e-learning tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to use dengan p-value 0,729; (2) Penilaian mahasiswa tentang system quality pada sistem e-learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap user satisfaction dengan p-value 0,002; (3) Penilaian mahasiswa tentang information quality pada sistem e-learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to use dengan p-value 0,025; (4) Penilaian mahasiswa tentang information quality pada sistem e-learning akan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap user satisfaction dengan p-value 0,000; (5) Penilaian mahasiswa tentang service quality pada sistem e-learning tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to use dengan p-value 0,166; (6) Penilaian mahasiswa tentang service quality pada sistem e-learning akan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap user satisfaction dengan p-value 0,000; (7) User satisfaction terkait  sistem e-learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to use dengan p-value 0,000; (8) Intention to use sistem e-learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap net  benefits p-value 0,004; (9) User satisfaction pada  sistem e-learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap net  benefits dengan p-value 0,000.
