In carrying out the process of processing health data and information, Medical Recorder and Health Information (PMIK) personnel are needed who have the ability to provide services to patients. The emergence of the Minister of Health Regulation Number 24 of 2022 concerning electronic medical records requires every health care facility to run electronic medical records, this makes the workload owned by PMIK reduced. So it is necessary to analyze the challenges of PMIK workload in facing the RME era. The method used is qualitative with a normative law study approach. The approach used for data collection is based on documentation studies through regulations, journals, and news. The tool used for data collection is a notebook. Data processing techniques using secondary data. In carrying out their duties, many Medical Recorders and Health Information (PMIK) still do not understand the use of existing systems properly, this causes delays in the processing of medical data. The abilities possessed by PMIK personnel in the RME era greatly affect the patient data processing process so that it is necessary to conduct training and skill development related to the correct use of the RME system in order to reduce the workload faced by officers.

Mortality reporting is an important aspect of evaluating the quality of health services. At Hospital X, the still manual mortality reporting system faces challenges such as slow processes and vulnerability to errors, therefore this study aims to analyze the input, process, and output in mortality reporting. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach with interview and observation techniques, data were collected from medical record and administrative staff involved in the mortality reporting process, as well as analysis of related documents. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of electronic medical records has increased efficiency in mortality reporting. However, data accuracy is still a significant problem caused by data input errors and lack of training for system users. These research findings indicate that ongoing training and improved technology infrastructure are essential to support the EMR system at Hospital X. With an optimal ERM system, it is expected that the quality of mortality reporting will improve, which will later have an impact on improving the overall quality of health services. Dr. M. Munir Abdulrachman Saleh Air Force Hospital is a Class D Hospital owned by the Indonesian Air Force located in Pakis, Malang Regency. Electronic Medical Records are currently used as a form of transformation of the health care system in Indonesia. Based on the Minister of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2022, it states that all Health Facilities in Indonesia must organize Electronic Medical Records no later than December 2023. However, the use of Electronic Medical Records has not been widespread in health facilities in Indonesia. So, the purpose of this research is to develop an online Dr. M. Munir Abdulrachman Saleh Air Force Hospital outpatient registration application. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method and data collection using observation and interview methods with one of the medical record officers at Dr. M. Munir Abdulrachman Saleh Air Force Hospital. From the results of the study, the design of online registration of outpatients at Dr. M. Munir Abdulrachman Saleh Air Force Hospital to reduce the risk of errors in entering patient data to be registered. The test results show success in use as expected

Fokus penelitian ini adalah menganalisis sudah terlaksana atau belumnya kegiatan digitalisasi pemindaian di RS Wava Husada Kepanjen dan faktor penghambat dalam proses tersebut. digitalisasi pemindaian file rekam medis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah petugas rekam medis bagian perakitan yang merangkap sebagai petugas pemilahan di RS Wava Husada Kepanjen. Metode pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dan fokus penelitiannya adalah proses digitalisasi pemindaian berkas rekam medis inaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan digitalisasi pemindaian berkas rekam medis inaktif di RS Wava Husada Kepanjen belum terlaksana sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SPO) pemusnahan berkas rekam medis yaitu pada tahap “scanning”. dilakukan terhadap BRM yang memuat hal-hal penting untuk kepentingan jangka panjang”. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan antara lain dengan mengatur alur pemusnahan rekam medis terutama pada tahap penyortiran sesuai Standar Operasional Prosedur (SPO) yang ada, menambah sumber daya manusia, menyediakan peralatan yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan digitalisasi pemindaian. Peneliti menyarankan untuk mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan kegiatan digitalisasi pemindaian berkas rekam medis inaktif.

This study aims to examine the effect of independent variables (training and compensation) on health performance in Kindergarten Hospitals. II dr. Soepraoen Malang. Data obtained from questionnaires and interviews. The sample in this study were 90 respondents who were taken using the saturated sample method. The data collectiontechnique used was the questionnaire technique which was distributed directly to the respondents, in this case the healthperformance of the Kindergarten II Dr. Soepraoen Hospital,Malang. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Thisresearch uses reliability test techniques, validation and classical assumptions. The resultsof this study indicate that the independent variables (trainingand compensation) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Telemedicine, the use of digital technology and communication for remote healthcare services, has seen rapid development and offers potential improvements in accessibility and efficiency in healthcare services. However, the adoption and implementation of telemedicine also face various challenges, including data privacy and security, technological infrastructure readiness, and legal and regulatory barriers. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and patient satisfaction in the use of telemedicine based on existing scientific evidence. This study employs a systematic review methodology of related telemedicine studies. The results of this review are summarized and form the basis for further discussion about the effectiveness of telemedicine, challenges in its implementation, and its implications for the healthcare sector and further research. Recommendations are provided based on the findings of this review for future research or practice focusing on enhancing the effectiveness, efficiency, and patient satisfaction in the use of telemedicine and overcoming challenges in its implementation.

This study focuses on the importance of managing the confidentiality of electronic medical records (EMR) in the digital era as part of patients' privacy rights and the responsibilities of healthcare facilities. In Indonesia, several regulations have been established to protect patient data, such as Law No. 29 of 2004 on Medical Practice, Law No. 44 of 2009 on Hospitals, and the Information and Electronic Transactions Law (ITE) No. 19 of 2016, yet implementation continues to face significant challenges. This study uses secondary data from regulations and related literature to identify obstacles and the effectiveness of EMR data protection. The findings indicate that limited technology, insufficient understanding among healthcare personnel, and low patient awareness of their data protection rights hinder optimal confidentiality safeguards. Additionally, oversight of data access within hospitals is deemed inadequate. Increased education for healthcare workers, heightened patient awareness, and strengthened security infrastructure in healthcare facilities are essential to achieving improved patient data protection.

Telemedicine, penggunaan teknologi digital dan komunikasi untuk layanan kesehatan jarak jauh, telah mengalami perkembangan pesat dan menawarkan potensi peningkatan aksesibilitas dan efisiensi dalam layanan kesehatan. Namun, adopsi dan implementasi telemedicine juga menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk privasi dan keamanan data, kesiapan infrastruktur teknologi, dan hambatan hukum dan regulasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan pasien dalam penggunaan telemedicine berdasarkan bukti ilmiah yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode review sistematis dari studi-studi terkait telemedicine. Hasil review ini dirangkum dan dijadikan dasar untuk diskusi lebih lanjut tentang efektivitas telemedicine, tantangan dalam implementasinya, serta implikasinya bagi sektor kesehatan dan penelitian lebih lanjut. Saran diberikan berdasarkan temuan review ini untuk penelitian atau praktik mendatang yang berfokus pada peningkatan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan pasien dalam penggunaan telemedicine serta penyelesaian tantangan dalam implementasinya.

Background: Adolescents undergo changes where In Indonesia, the incidence of LBW is still relatively high, this is evidenced by the presence of data which shows that the birth rate of babies with normal weight is still below the expected rate. The global prevalence of LBW is 15.5%. A total of around 20 million LBW are born every year and 95.5% of them come from developing countries. The infant mortality rate (IMR) in Indonesia increased in 2012 from 19 per 1,000 live births to 22.23% per 1,000 live births (SUPAS, 2015). Based on the results of the East Java National Socio- Economic Survey (Susenas) 2011–2013, the infant mortality rate (IMR) in East Java in 2013 was 27.23% per 1,000 live births (East Java Province Health Profile, 2014). Purpose: This study aims to determine the factors that influence the incidence of low birth weight babies. Method: This type of research is analytic observational. With the analytical design of the case study study (case study) and using a retrospective approach. The sample used in this study was an accidental sample of all babies born at Bangil Hospital, Pasuruan Regency with birth weight less than 2,500 grams, as many as 34 babies. Result: From the results of research conducted at Bangil Hospital, Pasuruan Regency, the results of the factors that influence the occurrence of low birth weight in Bangil Hospital, Pasuruan Regency, namely, the nutritional factors of pregnant women with a result of 58.8%, Parity of a mother who experiences pregnancy> 4 times tends to experiencing low birth weight with a percentage of 29.4%, followed by maternal age as much as 14.7%. Conclusion: It is expected that pregnant women with high risk factors for pregnancy in the categories of pregnant women <20 years, parity of pregnant women> 4x, and nutritional status (LILA <23.5cm) can reduce the incidence of low birth weight at Bangil Hospital, Pasuruan Regency.
