This research aims to determine the improving writing descriptive texts using picture in Class X at SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Sigala-gala in the academic year 2023/2024. The population of this study consists of all 198 students in Class X, with a sample size of 30 students. The research method employed is an experimental method with a one-group pretest and posttest design, and data analysis using the "t" test. The initial test results show that students had an average score of 50.33, categorized as less satisfactory, with a standard deviation of 6.82. There was an improvement in the final test scores, with an average score of 76.83, categorized as good, and a standard deviation of 2.85. Based on the initial and final test results, and considering the passing grade (KKM) for English in high school is 75, students' ability in writing descriptive texts is classified as good. The hypothesis testing yields a t-value of 14.1, compared with the t-table value at a 5% significance level (1.706). As a result, the hypothesis is accepted (14.1 > 1.706). In conclusion, there is an improving the student writing descriptive texts using picture in Class X at SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Sigala-gala in the academic year 2023/2024.

This study aims to examine the legal challenges in consumer protection concerning Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based products in the digital era. Using a literature review method, the research analyzes relevant legal sources such as scholarly journals, legal textbooks, and applicable legislation in Indonesia. The findings reveal that the rapid development of AI technology has not been matched by adequate regulatory frameworks, resulting in several legal issues. These include the absence of specific provisions governing AI service providers' liability, weak personal data protection, and the lack of corrective mechanisms for automated decisions made by AI systems. In this context, consumers are in a vulnerable position due to limited access to algorithmic transparency and data processing procedures. The study emphasizes the need for progressive and responsive legal reform, including the legal recognition of AI as electronic agents, enhanced transparency, and the establishment of robust oversight and accountability systems. Consumer protection in the digital age requires collaborative efforts between regulators, business actors, and civil society to build a fair, secure, and legally just digital ecosystem.

The development of social media is currently very rapid and diverse, such as Whatsapp, YouTube. The existence of social media, especially among young people, has given rise to a diversity of uses and images of the identities of its users. Based on the background above, the following problem formulation arises, How do teenagers behave in interpreting the social media Instagram within themselves. And how is the use of Instagram social media in forming self-identity related to social interaction in society. In this discussion the theory used is symbolic interaction theory, where this theory focuses its attention on the ways humans use to shape the meaning and structure of society through conversation. Quoted from George Herbert Mead Symbolic interaction is a theory about how to think about the mind and self. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and literature study. Research subjects were selected (purposively) based on the characteristics of being active users, having more than one account, aged 16-18 years, and consisting of men and women. The research results show that there is diversity in the use of social media, this can be seen from the initial use, patterns of use and the technology used. Then there are various meanings regarding the existence of social media for users, including those related to themselves, family, studies, hobbies, community and work. After that, there are various meanings regarding the self-identity of social media users, and identity construction on social media is carried out through the process of interaction in using social media.

Currently, we live with various conveniences, especially when shopping. These conveniences produce many benefits, but there are also some negative impacts, one of which is consumptive behavior. Consumptive behavior is the action of someone who uses or buys something, either goods or services excessively. Usually prioritizing the urge of desire rather than need. This urge of desire is what in the perspective of Sufism psychology according to Frager is something that needs to be minimized, the reason researchers chose Frager's concept of Sufism psychology is because consumer behavior is closely related to nafs, and Frager is a Sufism psychology figure who is most detailed in describing the concept compared to other figures such as Al Ghazali. This study aims to see how consumer behavior is studied in the theory of Sufism psychology according to Robert Frager and how psychospiritualism is applied in minimizing consumptive behavior. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with a form of library research. According to Frager's study of Sufism psychology, consumptive behavior can be categorized into tyrannical nafs and lawwamah nafs, but consumptive behavior can be reduced when it is in the category of inspired nafs. Meanwhile, consumptive behavior will completely disappear if it is at the level of peaceful nafs, pleased nafs, approved nafs, and pure nafs. The psychospiritual applications that can be applied include: fasting, seclusion, serving brothers, and remembering death.  
 
 
 

This research aims to analyze the fundamental issues of domein verklaring in the legislation regarding land banks concerning communities and to examine the legal protection for communities regarding the establishment of land banks. The creation of the Land Bank intended to provide land for public purposes may ironically escalate agrarian conflicts instead. The verklaring domain principle which contained in the land bank concept defined that land whose ownership cannot be proven will become the state’s property. This will certainly endanger customary law communities and the concept of a land bank interpreting the state as owning land is contrary to Article 33 paragraph (3) of the 1945 NRI Law, where the State is tasked with regulating natural resources. The results of this research show that there are elements of the domein verklaring principle in the land bank legislation. Thus, the land bank needs to be canceled through an application for judicial review to the Constitutional Court. The novelty in this research is legal protection for indigenous peoples by the establishment of indigenous people laws and submitting judicial review applications to the Constitutional Court. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan asas domein verklaring dalam peraturan perundang-undangan tentang bank tanah terhadap masyarakat hukum adat dan mengkaji perlindungan hukum bagi masyarakat hukum adat atas lahirnya bank tanah. Lahirnya bank tanah yang bertujuan untuk menyediakan tanah untuk kepentingan umum, justru hanya akan menambah konflik agrarian. Asas domein verklaring yang terdapat dalam konsep bank tanah mengartikan bahwa tanah yang tidak dapat dibuktikan kepemilikannya akan menjadi milik negara. Hal tersebut jelas akan membahayakan masyarakat hukum adat dan konsep bank tanah menafsirkan negara memiliki tanah bertentangan dengan Pasal 33 ayat (3) UU NRI 1945, di mana Negara bertugas untuk mengatur untuk SDA dimanfaatkan sebesar-besarnya untuk rakyat. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode normatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan adanya unsur-unsur asas domein verklaring dalam peraturan perundang-undangan bank tanah. Sehingga, bank tanah perlu dibatalkan melalui permohonan uji materi kepada Mahkamah Konstitusi. Adapun kebaharuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu perlindungan hukum bagi masyarakat adat dengan pembentukan undang-undang masyarakat hukum adat dan mengajukan permohonan uji materi kepada Mahkamah Konstitusi.      

This study aims to discuss the urgency of establishing an executor institution for civil decisions in family cases outside the Religious Court so that the fulfillment of the rights of ex-wives and children after divorce can be guaranteed. With several execution obstacles in family cases that are mostly related to the interests of women's and children's rights after divorce, this research is considered necessary to be studied. This research method uses a type of normative research by taking library research-based sources. By taking primary sources from laws and regulations and various literature such as books, journal articles, theses, and articles as secondary sources with a qualitative approach method. The results of this study concluded that with various obstacles in the implementation of executions related to the payment of child support and / or wife support by the ex-husband, there is an urgency for the establishment of an executor institution outside the independent court so as to avoid interference from other powers.     Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas tentang urgensi dari pembentukan lembaga eksekutor putusan perdata perkara keluarga di luar pengadilan agama agar pemenuhan hak mantan istri dan anak pasca perceraian dapat terjamin. Dengan adanya beberapa kendala eksekusi dalam perkara keluarga yang banyak berkaitan dengan kepentingan hak perempuan dan anak pasca perceraian maka penelitian ini dirasa perlu untuk dikaji. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis-normatif. Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa dengan adanya berbagai kendala dalam  pelaksanaan eksekusi terkait pembayaran nafkah anak dan/atau nafkah istri oleh mantan suami, maka terdapat urgensi terhadap pembentukan lembaga eksekutor di luar pengadilan yang independen sehingga terhindar dari intervensi kekuasaan lainnya. Berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu yang telah dilakukan terdapat berbagai persamaan sudut pandang yang diteliti. Namun, penelitian ini lebih memfokuskan pada analisis keurgensian pembentukan lembaga eksekutor yang independen sebagai solusi dari kendala-kendala yang dihadapi pasca perceraian.

The work performance of the board is the work performance of an administrator and their potential in an effort to develop themselves for the benefit of the Saifullah An-Nahdliyah Modern Islamic Boarding School Student Organization (OP3M). Performance management in the Saifullah An-Nahdliyah Modern Islamic Boarding School Student Organization (OP3M) plays a very important role in an organization. Performance management is often equated with performance evaluation, even though performance evaluation is part of a performance management system. Performance management is an ongoing process of communication, implemented on a partnership basis, between an employee and his or her immediate supervisor.
