Abstrak:
Good education is the main foundation for the progress of a nation. In the era of globalization and intensified competition, the good education is the key to prepare the young generation to face the challenges of the future. Through the good education, young people are given the opportunity to develop their creative thinking, problem-solving and technological skills needed in the face of a rapidly changing world. Furthermore, good education is also an important pillar in a democratic system. Young people who receive a good education tend to have the ability to think critically, analyzing information, and participate actively in the political process. Recognising the importance of education, the Indonesian nation pays much more attention to the issue of education, even the objectives are increasingly refined. This is in accordance with the provisions contained in the preamble of the 1945 Constitution. Broadly speaking, education is an effort to educate the nation's life in order to become a whole human being with the spirit of Pancasila. The Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 20 of 2003 on the National Education System also states as follows: "National education functions to develop abilities and form the character and civilisation of a dignified nation in order to educate the nation's life, aims to develop the potential of students to become human beings who are faithful and devoted to God Almighty, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become democratic and responsible citizens". Realising how important the value of education is for human life, the researcher feels called to conduct research on educational issues that occur in the school where the researcher works as an educator, namely Saint John Catholic High School, BSD. This research was conducted to determine the extent to which the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model has an impact on the learning process at Saint John Catholic School High School both in activity and student learning outcomes. This process will be conducted in two stages, namely cycle I and cycle II. In each cycle there will be four steps: action planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. The implementation of cycle I ended with a reflection that showed that student activity and student learning outcomes had not yet achieved results in accordance with the minimum standards set. The reflection carried out in cycle I is the basis for evaluation for improvement in the action process in cycle II. In the process of class action in cycle II, the results were known to be very good, thus the action process stopped in cycle II. The satisfactory results in cycle II are the basis for making the conclusion that the application of problem-based learning models is very suitable for improving learning activities and learning outcomes of Saint John Catholic School grade XI students.

Abstrak:
This research was grounded on the issue of poor realization of local revenue in Sikka regency despite being supported by street lighting tax. Therefore, this study aimed to (1) determine the level of effectiveness of the street lighting tax. (2) to determine the level of contribution of street lighting in an effort to increase local revenue. The population in this study was the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) of Sikka regency. Data were collected through documentation and analysed using effectiveness analysis and contribution analysis methods. The result of this study indicated that the level of effectiveness of street lighting tax in 2018-2022 fluctuated with an average of 106,06% where these results fall into the highly effective category. In 2018-2020, the level of effectiveness revenue was in the highly effective category. Meanwhile, in 2021 and 2022, the level of effectiveness of street lighting tax was in the effective category. The contribution of street lighting tax in increasing regional own-source (PAD) in 2018-2022 fluctuated and was included in the very less category with an average percentage of 7.89%.

Tanah Toa Village is one of the gods that belongs to the Kajang sub-district, Bulukumba district. So far, Tanah Toa has been recognized as a national cultural heritage, especially in the Kajang Dalam area. The non-coastal location makes agricultural activities the dominant activity among the community. Only a few residents run the business of smoking fish. Pera smoked fish business actors obtain raw materials for skipjack tuna in the Bonto Maritime area which is a coastal area. While the production of smoked fish is sold to markets around the Kajang sub-district and the city of Bulukumba. The quality of smoking that is not maximized causes smoked fish to not last long. Smoked fish produced can only last a maximum of 3 days. This makes it difficult for smoked fish production to be traded outside the province or made into souvenirs for tourists who come from out of town. The durability of the smoked fish produced is not yet good because the smoking process only lasts about 2 hours, so the water content is still there. The use of fish smoking technology is also not owned by business actors, making it difficult for business actors to have difficulty in producing good quality smoked fish.

<p>Tulisan ini membahas mengenai sertifikasi uji kompetensi sebagai pengakuan kesiapan bekerja lulusan Graha Wisata Hotel School Semarang. Sertifikasi Uji Kompetensi dilakukan bagi siswa Graha Wisata Hotel School sebelum mereka memasuki dunia kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah wawancara yang dilakukan terhadap lulusan, pengelola Lembagmna Kursus dan pengguna lulusan Bahan yang telah diperoleh melalui kajian literatur ini dikumpulkan, ditelaah kemudian dianalisis.<br />Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji kompetensi diperlukan sebagai salah satu syarat diterima bekerja di dunia industri.Dari pelaksanaan uji kompetensi ini para siswa memperoleh sertifikat kompetensi yang dikeluarkan oleh Lembaga Sertifikasi dan Kompetensi berdasarkan uji kompetensi yang dilakukan oleh penguji dari LSK Perhotelan dan Kapal Pesiar Indonesia.</p>

<p>Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permintaan salah satu guru SMKN 6 Semarang, agar siswa di SMKN 6 Semarang ini dibekali pengetahuan melalui pelatihan sebelum bekerja di industry <em>hospitality</em> khususnya mengenai <em>service quality</em> yang terdiri dari faktor <em>Reliability,<strong> </strong></em><em>Assurance</em>, <em>Tangible, Empathy</em> dan <em>Responsivenes.</em></p><p><strong>Tujuan:</strong> Tujuan dilakukannya pelatihan ini adalah menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada tamu sehingga siswa siap kerja di industri <em>hospitality </em>sesuai kompetensi yang diharapkan. Dengan bekal pengetahuan tentang <em>service quality</em> di industry <em>hospitality </em>para siswa diharapkan memperoleh wawasan dan pengetahuan tentang pelayanan prima yang nantinya akan dipergunakan pada saat mereka bekerja melayani tamu.</p><p><strong>Metode:</strong> Metode yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah<strong>. </strong>Masing-masing siswa mengikuti dengan antusias selama pelatihan berlangsung. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam 1 (satu) hari dengan durasi Peningkatan kemampuan adalah 4 (empat) jam, terdiri dari : 30 menit perkenalan, 30 menit untuk persiapan buku <em>check list</em> kebutuhan<em> </em><em>Service Quality, </em>180 menit praktek dan keseluruhan penyusunan kebutuhan <em>Service Quality.</em></p><p><strong>Hasil:</strong> Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah rata-rata seluruh peserta pelatihan memberikan tanggapan positif tentang kegiatan pelatihan pengetahuan dan praktek <em>Reliability, Assurance</em>, <em>Tangible, Empathy, Responsivenes</em> serta memperkenalkan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung <em>service quality</em> sehingga pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dinyatakan berhasil mencapai tujuan dan target sesuai yang telah ditetapkan.</p><p><strong>Manfaat/Kontribusi: </strong>Manfaat pengabdian ini adalah siswa-siswi SMKN 6 Semarang diberi rangkaian kegiatan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang <em>Service Quality</em> dalam berbagai bidang sehingga mereka akan terbiasa menghadapi masalah yang terjadi pada saat mereka berada di dunia industri khususnya industri perhotelan.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Kata Kunci: </strong> Industri <em>hospitality</em>, <em>Service Quality</em>, kompetensi</p>

Pariwisata Indonesia yang terdampak oleh pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan minat kunjungan wisatawan ke daya tarik wisata ataupun hotel menjadi berkurang. Alasan utama adalah masalah kesehatan. Tingkat kepercayaan wisatawan terhadap pengelola usaha jasa pariwisata semakin menurun karena perasaan khawatir akan jaminan keamanan khususnya masalah kesehatan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis penerapan Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Dan Environment Sustainability (CHSE) yang telah dilakukan oleh Agrowisata Tlogo Tuntang dan pengaruh yang diberikan terhadap kunjungan wisatawan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan CHSE telah memberikan jaminan kenyamanan terhadap tamu yang datang berkunjung, sehingga dapat meningkatkan tingkat kunjungan ke Agrowisata Tlogo Tuntang. Abstrak:
The implementation of learning using e-learning must be supported by several readiness factors. Organizational readiness factors, such as regulations, infrastructure, technology, and policies, have a significant effect on learning outcomes using e-learning. However, the human element in its use is also the most important factor in online learning. This research was conducted to measure the readiness of lecturers using e-learning on several factors, namely; Technology access factor, skill and training factor, instructor attitude factor. The sample of this study was 100 active lecturers. Univariate data analysis was performed by calculating the average readiness index and frequency and identifying categories of readiness intervals for using e-learning. The results of this study show the readiness of lecturers in using e-learning assessed from technology mastery factors, skill and training factors, and instructor attitude factors. However, for a very mature level, refinement and development of all these factors are still necessary. In addition, the training aspect is considered quite ready, but management must open training opportunities for lecturers to run online classes.

Perkembangan teknologi bidang Teknik informatika saat ini banyak pada bidang automatic dan kontroler jarak jauh. Internet of Things (IoT) merupakan sebuah konsep yang bertujuan untuk memperluas manfaat dari konektivitas internet yang tersambung secara terus-menerus sebagai pengendali sistem. Pengendalian system jarak jauh diimplementasikan melalui koneksi internet berupa halaman web berupa tombol buton sepagai pengkodean Off dan On pada General Purpose Input Output (GPIO) pada Raspberry PI. Pin GPIO akan memberikan signyal tegangan untuk memberikan triger pada relay sebagai switching lampu penerangan. Beberapa peralatan yang digunakan biasanya tergantung kebutuhan dan buget yang direncanakan. Namun peralatan kontroler Internet of Things yang murah harganya tetapi sudah mewakili konsep Internet of Things salah satunya adalah memanfaatkan Raspberry PI. Internet of Things ini digunakan sebagai pengendali Switching untuk menyalakan dan mematikan lampu penerangan dari jarak jauh. Pengendalian dapat dilakukan dengan komputer atau smartphone yang telah terkoneksi internet. Implementasi penelitian ini pada kontrol pengendali berbasis web lampu penerangan pada laboratorium komputer STMIK Widya Pratama. Coordination is the unification of perceptions between different parts within the organization so that they work together in order to contribute to the organization to achieve its goals. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the implementation of the coordination of the Pekanbaru City Health Service and the Pekanbaru City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in deleting assets for special operational service vehicles (ambulance). The theory used for the measurement in this study uses a theory that includes communication, awareness of the importance of coordination, participant competency, agreement, commitment and coordination incentives, and planning continuity. The type used in this research is descriptive research with qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that coordination between the two agencies has been carried out, but there are still things that have not run optimally, namely coordination of preparing vehicle documents both before they were deleted and after they were deleted, more intensive communication, employee capabilities, and maximum participation. The two agencies must play a more optimal role by increasing their performance in order to coordinate so that what has been determined will be optimally achieved.Koordinasi merupakan penyatuan persepsi antara bagian-bagian yang dberbeda didalam organisasi agar saling bekerjasama dalam rangka memberikan sumbangsih kepada organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pelaksanaan koordinasi Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru dan Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Pekanbaru dalam penghapusan asset Kendaraan Dinas Operasional Khusus (ambulance). Teori yang digunakan untuk pengekuruan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori yang meliputi komunikasi, kesadaran pentingnya koordinasi, kompetensi partisipan, kesepakatan, komitmen dan insentif koordinasi serta kontinuitas perencanaan. Tipe yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa koordinasi antara kedua intansi telah dilakukan, namun masih terdapat hal-hal yang belum berjalan maksimal dinataranya adalah koordinasi mempersiapakan surat-surat kendaraan baik sebelum dihapus maupun telah dihaspus, komunikasi yang lebih instensif, kemapuan pegawai, partisipasi secara maksimal. Kedua intansi harus berperan lebih maksimal dengan cara meningkatkan kinerjanya dalam rangka melakukan koordinasi agar apa yang telah ditentukan akan tercapai secara maksimal.
