Electroplating was the process of coating metal surfaces using the electrochemical method. We used alkaline zinc (Zn2+) plating that was anti-corrosion coating, cheapest, evenly adhesion, as well as better-looking crushing. This study aims to test and measure the thickness of the layer on spark plugs with variations in different electrical currents 300, 400, and 500A and increased hours during the coating process, investigate the corrosion resistance of white rust on the surface and analyze the changes in alkaline zinc concentration and temperature that affect the thickness of the layer, respectively. The results, such as 1st sample 13 pcs, 300A, and thickness of 7.26-micron with white rust 9 pcs. 2nd sample 13 pcs, 400A, and thickness of 9.15-micron white rust 5 pcs. 3rd sample 13 pcs, 500A, and thickness of 12.75-micron white rust 3 pcs. The high electric current (500A) and 45 hours of the experiment would influence the lowest white rust corrosion level. The high alkaline zinc solution with an optimum 36°C solution temperature and 500A electric current would undoubtedly deposit the white rust until 3 pcs.

Kehadiran ICT (Information, Communication, and Technology) dalam dunia pendidikan, menuntut siswa untuk kreatif, inovatif, berfikir kritis serta metakognitif sehingga siswa memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi dan bekerja kolaborasi (berkelompok) dengan harapan bahwa pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperoleh dapat dijadikan bekal hidup di masyarakat yang memiliki karakter baik lokal maupun global dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan secara personal maupun sosial masyarakat.
 

We reanalyze the effect of silver (Ag2+) and copper (Cu2+) coating solutions for the thickness of the layer on aluminum (Al) materials with increased electrical currents 0.4A, 0.8A, 1A, 1.2A, and 1.4A and increased thickness layer (10µm, 20µm, 30µm, 40µm, and 50µm), as well as the previous study was conducted. We used the electroplating method and thickness test, as well as the Brinell hardness test for both coating solutions. The results show statistically significant (p-value < 0.05, one-tailed) between high electric current and aluminum (Al) coating process with silver (Ag2+) and copper (Cu2+), as well as silver (Ag2+), get the faster coating process time. The Brinell hardness test shows a statistically significant difference (p-value < 0.05, one-tailed) between the high thickness layer and HB value (Ag-coated and Cu-coated).

This shows that human resources are the main key that must be considered for all company needs. Through the efficient and effective use of human resources, companies can continue to compete to obtain the best results and achieve company goals. This research method uses quantitative methods, data collection is carried out using questionnaires. The sample used in this study was 60 respondents in employees of the Tunas Setia Baru Pasuruan All-Business Cooperative. The analysis used was a multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 22 program. This primary data is obtained through a questionnaire whose measurements use an interval scale that is tested for validity and reliability of the data is declared valid and reliable. The results of this study partially prove that job satisfaction affects employee performance, ability affects employee performance, and the work environment affects employee performance. And simultaneously job satisfaction, ability, and work environment affect employee performance in the all-business cooperative  

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbandingkan parlemen Indonesia dengan Amerika Serikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif menggunakan data primer dalam studi kepustakaan dan juga data sekunder berupa dokumen. Hasil menunjukkan Indonesia dan Amerika Serikat merupakan negara yang memiliki bentuk parlemen yang sama, yakni bikameral dan memiliki beberapa persamaan dan perbedaan. Parlemen di Indonesia terdiri atas Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR) dan Dewan Perwakilan Daerah (DPD), yang bersama-sama membentuk Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat (MPR). Sedangkan di Amerika Serikat, parlemen disebut dengan nama kongres (congress), yang terdiri atas House of Representative (DPR) dan Senat (Perwakilan Negara Bagian). Untuk itu, terdapat perbedaan pada  wewenang antara parlemen Indonesia dan Amerika Serikat yaitu, kekuasaan legislatif, kewenangan khusus, mengesahkan perjanjian, mengajukan perundang-undangan, memeriksa dan membahas RUU, hubungan dengan presiden, memutuskan atau menolak usulan presiden, usulan pemberhentian presiden dan sistem pemilu. Selain itu, terdapat juga persamaan antara parlemen Indonesia dan Amerika Serikat yaitu, membentuk dan menyusun RUU, mengajukan impeachment, membahas, memeriksa, dan membahas RUU yang di usulkan, membatalkan ketetapan rancangan peraturan dan Undang-Undang, pengambilan keputusan dalam rapat, syarat untuk menjadi anggota lembaga legislatif dan sistem pemilu. Meski demikian sistem parlemen yang dianut oleh suatu negara dapat berubah karena dipengaruhi oleh faktor politik, sosial, ekonomi, budaya, dan lain-lain.

Dalam proses perkuliahan yang dilaksanakan di STMIK Lombok terdapat kategori penilaian, baik penilaian kinerja maupun kedisiplinan Dosen dan Mahasiswa dalam mengikuti perkuliahan di dalam kelas. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan, peneliti menerapkan metode penelitian dalam mengkaji permasalahan yang ditemukan. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, studi pustaka dan wawancara dan metode perancangan menggunakan Research & Development (R&D) dalam merancang prototype sistem absensi menggunakan RFID berbasis IOT. Alat absensi menggunakan RFID dibuat menggunakan ESP8266 sebagai pengontrol dan RFID Reader sebagai pembaca RFID tag atau kartu. Alat absensi dikelompokkan berdasarkan ruangan sesuai dengan jadwal perkuliahan pada STMIK Lombok, pengiriman informasi absensi dari alat absensi ke database server melalui jaringan wireless dan ditampilkan pada sistem yang telah dibuat, data yang ditampilkan pada sistem berupa tanggal absen, informasi kuliah, kelas, jam-masuk, jam keluar, keterangan dan menit keterlambatan.

In the Lennggahsari 02 State Elementary School, Kecamatan Cabangbungin, Kabupaten Bekasi, there were problems that started from the teacher's work discipline that needed to be improved. This is indicated by the existence of overlapping work activities, delaying some activities, limited management to innovate and the unintegrated work team of teachers. In terms of personnel, it can be seen that there are problems such as: There are teachers who come late from the appointed time, there are teachers who go home before the end of school hours, there are teachers who are not present without giving a clear reason. The existence of the above teacher discipline constraints can be caused by various factors, such as: Leadership, Planning, Directing, Coordination, Educational Administration, Organizational Culture, Organizational Behavior, Salary System, Position Promotion, Educational Background and Family. In this study, the author tries to examine work discipline in relation to educational planning and administration.
The method used in this study is descriptive associative survey method. In this method there are at least two variables. This associative research is a relationship between two variables, namely education administration and teacher work discipline.
Based on the formulation of the results of the research at the Lenggahsari State Elementary School 02 Lenggahsari Village, Branchbungin District, it is presented that there is a positive relationship between the Education Administration Variable (X) and the Teacher Work Discipline Variable (Y). The higher the value of Education Administration, the Discipline of Teacher Work will increase.

This includes the opportunity to sell goods online commodity. Business people in general are still conducting business transactions manually through direct face to face or over the phone. But sometimes this method is not very effective, because not everyone knows the phone number of the company. Should be developed based E-commerce system that focuses on individual-based business transactions using the Internet (technology-based digital networks) with application of E-commerce transactions can be done more quickly and more intensively.
Therefore the grace of catering company wants to advertise his wares by using websites that have a sales system based on e-commerce with the aim of selling efficiency of the way the previous sales system.
The method used in the design and development of e-commerce in the catering grace Semarang is a Research and Development (R & D) in this study only up to the stage six (6) to produce the end product is a prototype, so it was not until the stage of implementation of the product. The sixth step is Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop prelminaryformof product, Preliminary field testing, revision and Main Main product field testing.
