This research aims to see the effect of the project based learning model on the ability to understand concepts in fraction material in fourth grade elementary school. This type of research is a quantitative approach and uses a quasi-experiment method. The design in this study was a nonequivalent control group design, namely using two classes, namely class IVB as the experimental class and IVA as the control class which was obtained randomly. The experimental class will be given PjBL learning model treatment and the control class will receive conventional treatment. This study gave a pre-test to both classes before giving treatment to both classes and gave a post-test to the class after receiving treatment. Based on the results of the hypothesis test data analysis that the researchers carried out, significant independent t-test results obtained for the initial and final values ??of the experimental class and control class were 0.027. Based on these results, a significant value of 0.027 <0.05 was obtained, so Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the project based learning model on the ability to understand concepts in fraction material in class IV elementary school.

Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan terkait literasi digital yang bertujuan untuk membentuk kemandirian dan kecakapan hidup ABK Tunarungu. SLB Nurul Ikhsan memerlukan pendidikan non formal bagi ABK Tunarungu sebagai bekal untuk mencari pekerjaan atau melanjutkan ke jenjang sekolah yang lebih tinggi. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan literasi digital ABK Tunarungu melalui pelatihan mengenalkan bahasa pemrograman melalui coding. ABK Tunarungu dilatih menggunakan coding untuk mengasah logika dengan membuat game sederhana menggunakan aplikasi SilentTeacher dan Scratch. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan diketahui bahwa ABK Tunarungu menerima baik materi dengan berhasil mengembangkan game sederhana pada aplikasi Scratch, serta tercapainya target kepuasan peserta sebesar 84%, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa kegiatan ini diterima baik oleh peserta.

Business legality is something that MSMEs must have. Business legality is a business identity and a form of protection provided by the government for perpetrators MSMEs. Another benefit of legal business ownership is to expand access to MSME financing provided by the government and access to financing from banks. Problems that occur is that many MSME players do not understand how important it is to have business legality the. Apart from that, there is an opinion that managing complicated business legalities is one of them the reason why MSMEs are reluctant to take care of their legality. This service activity has the aim of:educate regarding the urgency of business legality for MSMEs. This activity was carried out in Sengon Village, Bendungan subdistrict. The results of this activity can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in participating technical guidance activities on the legality of MSMEs and increasing their knowledge.

This study aims to analyze the effect of sapta production on cattle fattening in Serdang Bedagai. With the increasing demand for cattle in the local market, it is important to understand the factors that influence the productivity of cattle farming. The method used in this study is a quantitative survey, with data collection through questionnaires distributed to cattle farmers in cattle fattening businesses in Serdang Bedagai. Production variables included production cost, feed amount, maintenance, and yield per period. Analysis was conducted to determine the relationship between production variables and farmers' income. The results of the study are expected to provide insight into the dominant factors affecting the production and income of cattle farmers. The findings provide insight for farmers on the importance of production management to increase profits and business sustainability. This study is expected to serve as a basis for the development of more effective production strategies in the cattle farming sector in Serdang Bedagai.

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, intrinsic motivation, and work discipline on employee productivity. A quantitative approach was used with a sample of 30 employees selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results show that transformational leadership, intrinsic motivation, and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee productivity. These findings indicate that improving leadership quality, fostering intrinsic motivation, and enhancing employee discipline can collectively increase overall productivity. This study provides insights for organizations to enhance managerial effectiveness and human resource management.

The problem related to violation of RTRW is actually a common issue until now. Like the recent case, namely the fire that occurred at the Pertamina Plumpang Depot. The fire incident could actually be prevented by implementing proper spatial planning regulations. Based on the Regional Regulation (Perda) of DKI Jakarta Number 1 of 2012 concerning the 2030 Regional Spatial Planning, fuel oil (BBM) depots are required to have a buffer zone. Unfortunately, at the Pertamina Plumpang Depot, this buffer zone does not exist, so that residential areas are too close to the dangerous depot area. The purpose of this study is to find out the Annotation of the State Administrative Court Decision Number: 124 / G / LH / 2016 / PTUN-BDG. This research method uses a qualitative approach, with a special method applied, namely meta-analysis. Meta-analysis is a research technique used to combine findings from previous studies related to the same research topic. Web-Based School Administration Payment System Application at SMPI Nurush Shodiqin, In the world of education, an efficient and integrated administration system is very important to maintain the smooth running of academic and management processes, including data management of students, teachers, and school management. Nurush Shodiqin Islamic Junior High School (SMPI), as one of the educational institutions in the region, experiences problems in administrative management. The administration system used is still manual, especially in terms of recording student data, recapitulating grades, and paying tuition fees. This causes various problems such as data input errors, loss of important records, and delays in delivering information to related parties. . Therefore, the implementation of a Web-based Administration System at SMPI Nurush Shodiqin is a relevant solution. This system is expected to be able to overcome existing problems and improve the quality of school administration services. With a web-based system, it is expected that the administration process can be carried out more quickly, accurately, and transparently.

The study concludes that a deep understanding of market conditions, coupled with risk management techniques, is essential for investors to achieve sustainable profits. The implications of this research highlight the importance of financial education in making informed investment decisions and the role of the capital market in economic growth.

This study aims to determine how much influence Service Excellent and Relationship Marketing have on Customer Satisfaction of PT Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KC Palembang. The population in this study amounted to 5239 customers with incidental sampling method using the formula obtained a sample of 100 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods, primary data which is then processed using IBM SPSS 25. The T test results show that service excellent has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, relationship marketing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service excellent and relationship marketing have a joint effect on customer satisfaction. Proven by the coefficient of determination of 63.8% while the remaining 36.2% is influenced by other variables.

The issue of waste, especially plastic waste, has become a crucial problem in Indonesia, leading to ecosystem damage and environmental pollution. SDN 2 Cikalang, located in Tasikmalaya City, is one of the schools that has not yet implemented optimal plastic waste management. An Ecobrick outreach program was conducted to enhance the knowledge of fifth-grade students about plastic waste management through Ecobrick innovation. An Ecobrick is a plastic bottle filled tightly with plastic waste, which can be used as a construction material to replace bricks. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Ecobrick outreach program in increasing students' knowledge of plastic waste management. The research methods included pre-test, material delivery, hands-on practice, and post-test. The evaluation results showed a 45% increase in students' knowledge, with a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores (p value = 0.000). This indicates that a hands-on education approach is effective in improving students' understanding of plastic waste management through Ecobrick.
