The purpose of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of using the Quiz application as an interactive learning medium to enhance cooperation, creativity, and critical thinking skills among fourth-grade elementary school students (SD/MI). The Classroom Action Research (CAR) method was employed to analyze the impact of digital quiz-based learning on students. The study was conducted over two cycles, which included planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results indicated that the use of the Quiz application could improve student cooperation through interaction and group collaboration, foster creativity through innovative problem-solving, and enhance critical thinking skills through analysis and evaluation of issues. Improvement was reflected in the average achievement scores for indicators of cooperation, creativity, and critical thinking, which reached 85%, 82%, and 80% respectively in the second cycle. This research concludes that the Quiz application, as an interactive learning medium, can create a dynamic, enjoyable, and meaningful learning atmosphere, and is relevant to the needs of today's digital generation.

Pancasila is the foundation of the Indonesian state, therefore Pancasila is very important in everyday life, and the existence of Pancasila can make the Indonesian nation have guiding principles for recognizing and resolving social, political, legal, cultural and other problems. The values ??that Pancasila has are good values. Therefore, the values ??of Pancasila for Indonesian people in their activities are very important, and must be instilled into the souls of every community in Indonesia. In this era of globalization, Pancasila values ??are starting to fade. This situation can be observed from the emergence of various kinds of problems arising from the non-application of the values ??of Pancasila, and if they are not immediately addressed, it is possible that the values ??of Pancasila or the meaning of Pancasila itself will disappear. This research aims to show how important it is to strengthen Pancasila values ??in the era of globalization, and the method used in this research is the interview method or what is usually called an interview.

This study reviews and synthesizes existing research on the strategic implications and performance outcomes of corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Drawing from Scopus-indexed journal articles, it examines key factors influencing the success of M&A, emphasizing managerial decision-making processes and their subsequent impact on financial performance. Using a semantic analysis approach, this review explores the intricate dynamics of M&A, highlighting the interplay between strategic orientations, organizational capabilities, and market conditions. The findings provide a comprehensive perspective on how these variables collectively shape M&A outcomes, offering actionable insights for practitioners and scholars aiming to optimize merger strategies and achieve sustainable performance improvements.

English language skills are very important for students to support academic tasks and to support their future careers. English language skills include listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the determining factors of English language skills of students in the Nutrition Science study program at the Persada Nabire Health Sciences College (STIKes). The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in general the determining factors of English language skills of students of the Nutrition Study Program of STIKes Persada Nabire include 4 factors, including: Listening Ability, in this case students have a low vocabulary, Speaking Ability, in this case what affects students' speaking ability is the students' anxiety about mistakes in speaking English and lack of mastery of English grammar, Reading Ability, factors that affect students are reading motivation and low vocabulary and lack of mastery of grammar, Writing Ability, factors that affect students are low interest and lack of support from the environment around students.

Nusy?z is usually defined as the wife's disobedience to her husband or vice versa. A wife can be considered nusy?z if she does not carry out her obligations or does not fulfill the rights that should be obtained by the husband and vice versa. The purpose of the study is to explore and analyze the impact of nusy?z committed by the husband on the harmony of household relations and on the family relationship of the married couple. The research method used is a library research method using a quantitative approach. The results show that husband's nusyuz, which is often overlooked in the context of Islamic law, has a significant impact on the relationship between the husband and wife's family. Nusyuz does not only refer to the wife's defiance, but also includes the husband's behavior that does not fulfill his obligations in the household, such as providing proper maintenance, protection, and education for his wife and children. From the analysis conducted, it was found that the husband's nusyuz behavior can cause dissatisfaction in the marriage relationship, leading to conflict between the two families. This injustice is often exacerbated by a patriarchal culture that considers that only wives can be considered nusyuz, thus ignoring the responsibilities of husbands. The psychological impact of the husband's nusyuz is also very detrimental, where the wife and children can be traumatized, both emotionally and physically. This research emphasizes the importance of understanding rights and obligations in Islam, the application of religious teachings, and open communication between spouses to prevent and overcome the problem of nusyuz.

MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) play a significant role in supporting economic development and improving community welfare, especially in rural areas like Saringembat Village, Tuban Regency. This community service aims to empower local MSMEs through skill training, enhancing market access, and utilizing simple technologies to help them grow their businesses. The activities involve direct assistance to MSME actors in the fields of crafts, culinary arts, and local agriculture. The outcomes of these activities demonstrate increased income, business growth, and active community participation in strengthening the local economy. Digitalization, including marketing and business management processes, has also been initiated to help MSMEs become more competitive in the current era. Improving community welfare through this development is expected to contribute directly to sustainable development in Saringembat Village.

This study aims to determine the role of the Assistant Regional Secretariat of Palangka Raya City is very important in improving the performance of the Regional Secretariat apparatus in order to realize efficient and effective governance. This discussion highlights various aspects that influence the effectiveness of the role of the Assistant Regional Secretariat, such as coordination between regional apparatuses, human resource management (HR), budget management, performance monitoring, and employee motivation. Good coordination between regional apparatuses will facilitate the administration of government. In addition, competent HR management and efficient budget management are important factors in supporting the implementation of regional government programs. Performance monitoring and evaluation are also needed to ensure that every task and function of the Regional Secretariat apparatus runs according to plan. By considering all these factors, it is hoped that the performance of the Regional Secretariat apparatus can be more optimal and improve the quality of public services and regional government as a whole.
 

This research aims to develop strategies for SI/TI Cafe Ungu to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness. Cafe Ungu is still struggling to integrate technology, so some business processes are still done manually and are less efficient. The method used to analyze the internal and external conditions of the company, as well as the SI/TI conditions, is Ward and Peppard with a qualitative approach through interviews and observations. SWOT Analysis, Value Chain, PEST, and McFarlan Strategic Grid are components of the method used to determine the appropriate application for Cafe Ungu. The analysis results show that automated bookkeeping, web-based inventory management, and centralized POS systems can improve data accuracy and operational efficiency. Additionally, it is recommended that the customer experience be improved with a digital queue system and modern payment methods. By implementing this strategy, Cafe Ungu is expected to adapt to market changes and enhance its competitiveness. Thus, the SI/IT strategy based on the Ward and Peppard method successfully supports Cafe Ungu's long-term goals.

Chicken manure, produced by both broiler and laying hens, has a large capacity as an organic fertilizer. Its composition varies, depending on several factors, such as the ration given, the physiological nature of the chicken, and the condition of the cage, involving temperature and humidity. As a source of organic material, chicken manure has an important effect on the physical and chemical properties of the soil and plant growth. This manure is rich in nutrients and organic matter, with a relatively low water content. Chicken manure is a product produced by chickens as part of their digestive process, which also includes urine and other food waste. This manure plays an important role as a fertilizer, because it is rich in elements that support soil fertility, replacing nutrients that have been absorbed by plants. Manure, which comes from the manure of livestock such as chickens, horses, goats, sheep, and cows, has various benefits. In addition to adding nutrients to plants, manure also improves soil structure, increases humus and organic matter in the soil, and supports the growth of microorganisms in it.

This research is about the implementation of Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation No. 9 of 2017 in an effort to protect the position of notaries regarding TKM reporting. Reporting Suspicious Financial Transactions (TKM) is a new task that must be carried out by Notaries in accordance with the issuance of Permenkumham No. 9 of 2017 and the inclusion of Notaries as reporting parties in PP No. 43 of 2015. This Permenkumham was issued to support government programs in terms of preventing money laundering crimes. . This type of research is normative juridical with a statutory approach as well as an analytical approach. This research explains, However, this regulation does not explain further about what protections Notaries receive after reporting suspicious financial transactions themselves, as well as the obstacles experienced by Notaries in implementing Permenkumham No. 9 of 2017 in terms of reporting TKM.
