The purpose of this research is to (1) determine the percentage of loading and unloading productivity at the Port of Cappa Ujung Parepare (2) to find out the criteria that have good performance in loading and unloading services at the Port of Cappa Ujung Parepare (3) to find out the criteria that are considered according to the interests of users Loading and unloading services at Cappa Ujung Parepare Port. The population in this study was 120 people, which is the number of respondents in this study related to loading and unloading service assessment performance and the interests of loading and unloading service users. The data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research was carried out using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Method and the IPA Analysis Method. The results of this study indicate that (1) The productivity of loading and unloading at the Cappa Ujung Parepare Port in 2021 will reach 5,137,823 Tons/M3 with the biggest achievement in December reaching 1,873% greater than the monthly target. The productivity of loading and unloading at Cappa Ujung Parepare Port in 2022 reached 6,944,242 tons/M3 with the biggest achievement in December reaching 2,510% greater than the monthly target (2) CSI calculation results of 77.64%. Thus, the level of customer satisfaction with loading and unloading services is in the satisfactory category. The highest WF value is shown at 10.42% on attribute 8 (safety in the port environment) which means that this attribute is considered the most important by customers in unloading services. The lowest WF value is shown at 9.69% on attribute 7 (clarity of information about loading and unloading) which means that this attribute is considered not too important by customers in loading and unloading services.

Plant disease is one of the problems in the world of agriculture. Early identification of plant diseases can reduce the risk of loss, so automation is needed to speed up identification. This study proposes a custom-designed convolutional neural network (CNN) model for plant disease recognition. The proposed CNN model is not complex and lightweight, so it can be implemented in model applications. The proposed CNN model consists of 12 CNN layers, which consist of eight layers for feature extraction and four layers as classifiers. Based on the experimental results of a plant disease dataset consisting of 38 classes with a total of 87,867 image records. The proposed model can get high performance and not overfitting, with 97%, 98%, 97% and 97%, respectively, for accuracy, precision, recall and f1-score. The performance of the proposed model is also better than some popular pre-trained models, such as InceptionV3 and MobileNetV2. The proposed model can also work well when implemented in mobile applications.

The rapid The main problem in the misuse of data used in crime is the result of a lack of file security. This study proposes a data security method to protect document files using the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm combined with the Vigenere Cipher. This research carried out 2 processes, namely the encryption process and the decryption process. The encryption process will be carried out by the AES algorithm and then encrypted again with the Vigenere Cipher algorithm. The experiments show that the proposed method can encrypt files properly, where there are changes in the value of the document file and the encrypted file cannot be opened and the description results do not cause changes to the original file. The results of this study are that the system is able to work properly so as to produce file encryption and decryption using the AES method combined with the Vigenere Cipher. In document files, the largest difference in encryption and decryption time is 8 seconds, while in image files the difference in encryption and decryption time is 17 seconds. This longest time difference is generated by large files.

UMKM di Desa Kedungdalem memiliki peluang untuk berkembang karena memiliki beberapa keunggulan dan keunikan yang berpotensi. Namun pelaku UMKM di Desa Kedungdalem masih menggunakan pemasaran offline dikarenakan kurangnya ilmu pemanfaatan teknologi para pelaku UMKM, hal ini yang menyebabkan UMKM Desa Kedungdalem kurang dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, kelompok 50 KKN-T MBKM melakukan kegiatan pengabdian berupa pendampingan rebranding dan digital marketing melalui Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik MBKM dengan tujuan dapat membantu dan memotivasi UMKM di Desa Kedungdalem agar berkembang mengikuti perkembangan industri kreatif masa kini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu dengan pendampingan secara tatap muka dengan pelaku UMKM Desa Kedungdalem. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan ini yaitu dapat membantu beberapa UMKM dalam hal pembuatan logo, memperbaharui kemasan, dan juga menerapkan digital marketing dalam mempromosikan produk atau jasanya.

Higher education is an institution that has various sections and work units that work together in carrying out the Tri Dharma principles, namely research, learning and service, which are able to accommodate large amounts of data, both in conventional and digital forms. digitally it is called a repository, college x in Pagar Alam, South Sumatra does not yet have a repository, so a feasibility study must be carried out which can later become a forum for suggestions. Before the repository is developed, a feasibility study must be carried out so that the development can be carried out properly. This feasibility study is first carried out through the management life cycle, where this research includes survey method re- search. This research produces data from an infrastructure feasibility study in building a repository for Higher Education x in Pagar Alam, South Sumatra, which is 80%, this percentage is obtained from infrastructure feasibility 40%, HR 10%, Budget 0%, SPMI (SOP/SK) of 10 %, and 20% repository content. The things that need to be fixed are the availability and addition of IT infrastructure, software, additional rules (SOP), and procedures for submitting and uploading data.

The existence of growth caused by changes in demand, supply, inflation and population growth results in companies needing to pay attention to their capital structure. Capital structure is a problem for companies because it affects company value. To create an optimal capital structure, it is necessary to balance debt with own capital  This study aims to analyze the partial effect of liquidity and profitability on capital structure and whether sales growth can moderate liquidity and profitability on the capital structure of Property and Real Estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017–2020. The sample selection technique in this study uses a purposive sampling technique and the results obtained are 35 companies. The results of this study indicate that liquidity is detrimental to capital structure, while profitability does not affect capital structure. Sales growth could not moderate the liquidity and profitability of the capital structure.

The capital market has been viewed by the world and has been used as an important instrument that every country must develop, it can be remembered for its important role in helping the economy. By using the documentation data collection method, namely by quoting or recording directly from the website of the Financial Services Authority www.ojk.go.id and the Central Bureau of Statistics www.bps.go.id. The results of this study show that the strong and increasing role of the Islamic capital market in shaping the capitalization of the Indonesian capital market indicates that the Islamic capital market plays an important and significant role in driving the rate of economic growth in Indonesia.

The misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers is a serious concern in counseling services at MAN 4 Medan. This study aims to identify the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers, the impacts of misdiagnosis, and appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants in this study were three guidance counselors or BK teachers and ten students from grades X and XI. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers consisted of three types, namely errors in identifying problems, errors in evaluating problems, and errors in determining actions. The impact of misdiagnosis was the incorrect handling of student problems, resulting in problems not being resolved well and potentially worsening the situation for students. Appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan include improving the quality of training and supervision for guidance counselors or BK teachers, increasing collaboration between guidance counselors or BK teachers and subject teachers and parents, and increasing the utilization of information and communication technology in counseling services. In conclusion, misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers has a significant impact on students and requires appropriate handling efforts in BK services. Therefore, there needs to be serious attention to the implementation of BK services at MAN 4 Medan to avoid misdiagnosis that can harm students.

The alliance between the United States and Turkey that has been formed since the Cold War era does not necessarily guarantee harmonious bilateral relations between the two countries. The conflict that occurred between Russia and Ukraine in 2022 put Turkey in a double position which influenced how the United States reacted to that country. This research was carried out with the aim of exploring relations between the United States and Turkey during the period of the Russia-Ukraine war in 2022 in more detail, especially on the aspects of defense and economic cooperation. In this study, a qualitative research method is employed, analyzing several relevant journals and literature using the theories of balance of power and offensive-defensive realism which are aligned with the research topic. In the context of the Russia-Ukraine war in 2022, bilateral relations between the United States and Turkey will experience increased cooperation in various fields, especially security, defense and economy. This cooperative effort has the main objective of preventing Russian aggression, strengthening the Turkish military as a NATO ally, fighting terrorism, and promoting peace and stability in the Turkish Region.Aliansi antara Amerika Serikat (AS) dan Turki yang telah terbentuk sejak era Perang Dingin tidak serta merta menjamin hubungan bilateral yang harmonis di antara kedua negara tersebut. Konflik yang terjadi antara Rusia-Ukraina tahun 2022 lalu menempatkan Turki pada posisi ganda yang memengaruhi bagaimana reaksi AS terhadap negara tersebut. Penelitian ini dilangsungkan dengan tujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara AS dan Turki selama periode perang Rusia-Ukraina pada tahun 2022 secara lebih rinci terutama pada aspek kerja sama pertahanan dan ekonomi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menganalisis beberapa jurnal dan literatur yang relevan dengan menggunakan teori realisme dengan paradigma balance of power dan  offensive-defensive realism  yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian. Dalam konteks perang Rusia-Ukraina pada tahun 2022, hubungan bilateral antara AS dan Turki mengalami peningkatan kerja sama di berbagai bidang, terutama keamanan, pertahanan, dan ekonomi. Upaya kerja sama ini memiliki tujuan utama dalam mencegah agresi Rusia, memperkuat militer Turki sebagai sekutu NATO, melawan terorisme, serta mempromosikan perdamaian dan stabilitas di Kawasan Turki.

The demand for electrical energy continues to increase along with the increase in economic growth in Indonesia, where currently almost all equipment used by humans depends on electrical energy. The steam power generation system is one of the power generation systems that are commonly used in industries and other power plants. In general, a steam power generation system consists of several main components, namely: pumps, steam turbines, boilers, generators and condensers. Boilers are composed of several components such as pipes, chimneys,   superheaters, steam drums, economizers, and other important components. One of the most important components in the boiler system is the boiler pipe which plays a role in helping the combustion process to be used in the boiler. Loss of boiler pipe thickness due to corrosion is one of the important factors that really need to be considered in the boiler combustion process at PLTU. Loss of thickness of the boiler pipe in the combustion process that is too large can cause pipe leakage which results in the interruption of the combustion process in the boiler pipe. So to overcome this problem, checks are carried out to carry out maintenance on the boiler pipe to avoid leaks in the boiler pipe. After the calculation, the average reduction in pipe thickness due to corrosion is 0.1465 mm/yr
