Abstrak:
Government oversight is very important in ensuring accountability and transparency in public administration, especially in the context of regional autonomy. This research examines the challenges and strategies in improving government oversight mechanisms in the City of Bogor, Indonesia. The main findings highlight the importance of strengthening internal oversight institutions such as Regional Inspectorates through capacity building and the use of technology. Innovations such as digital platforms for public participation and performance evaluation systems have been successfully implemented to increase transparency and efficiency in the delivery of public services. However, its implementation overcomes challenges such as limited resources and varying levels of community participation. This research provides further grants from technological advances and a strong regulatory framework to increase the effectiveness of government oversight and reduce the risk of corruption and irregularities in Bogor City government processes.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the perceptions of Transjakarta users towards the Instagram account @infotije in terms of meeting their information needs. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the Instagram account @infotije is effective in enhancing users' knowledge about Transjakarta services, which include routes, schedules, service changes, and special facilities. This study also evaluates the approach to users' information needs, which are current, daily, in-depth, and concise. It was found that the @infotije account successfully meets the need for up-to-date and relevant information, although there is room for improvement in interaction and response to user questions. Overall, the Instagram account @infotije plays an important role in the information ecosystem of Transjakarta users, helping them plan their journeys more efficiently and increasing their trust in Transjakarta services.

Abstrak:
KKN (Real Work Lecture) is a community service activity program carried out by students with a cross-scientific and sectoral approach at certain times and regions in Indonesia. Suli is one of the states in Salahutu District, Central Maluku Regency, Maluku Province. KKN students who have been placed in this location must mingle, adapt to the community and are required to create work programs obtained from observations in the community. Abstrak:
This legal writing aims to examine and analyze the inconsistency of the Supreme Court in providing protection for well-known brands in Indonesia. This research is normative legal research that is prescriptive in nature. The approaches used in this research are the statutory approach, case approach, comparative approach and conceptual approach. This research uses primary legal materials, statutory regulations and Supreme Court decisions relating to well-known trademark disputes as well as secondary legal materials in the form of research results discussing trademark disputes. The results of this research are that the Supreme Court decisions studied in this research conclude that there is inconsistency in the Supreme Court in providing protection for well-known brands. The Supreme Court has not been able to provide an appropriate protection mechanism in dealing with the legal vacuum regarding the definition of a Famous Mark. This has implications for various interpretations in considering the popularity of a brand. The considerations given by the Supreme Court have not shown justice and continuity with the ratification of international agreements regarding the legal protection of well-known marks. Where judges should be able to refer to jurisprudence in resolving famous brand disputes, this research concludes that there are inconsistencies in this matter so that legal certainty has not been created regarding the protection of famous brands.

Abstrak:
This research highlights the importance of collaboration between universities and schools in preparing student teachers to face modern educational trends through practical teaching experience in the field. The focus of the research is on the geography learning assessment process in three high schools in Medan (SMAN 1, SMAN 2, SMAN 3), including the creation of Learning Implementation Plans (RPP), evaluation, and the obstacles faced by teachers. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that SMAN 1 Medan uses CBT-based formative and summative assessments, with some students facing health problems and a lack of gadgets. At SMAN 2 Medan, assessments integrate HOTS and digital applications such as Quizizz and Google Forms, but students experience impaired focus due to cellphone use in class. SMAN 3 Medan follows the 2013 Curriculum and Merdeka Curriculum guidelines in making lesson plans, with evaluation using digital tools and This research provides insight into the practices and challenges in assessing geography learning as well as suggestions for improving assessment methods and providing more comprehensive learning tools.

Sharia accounting faces significant challenges in the era of globalization, including integration with international standards, technological adaptation, and emphasis on sustainability and responsible finance. However, Islamic accounting also offers the opportunity to become an ethical and sustainable financial model, with principles such as the prohibition of investments that are environmentally or socially damaging. To develop these financial practices, inter-institutional collaboration, increasing sharia financial literacy, and developing better standards are needed. Thus, sharia accounting can strengthen its position in the global economy and help build a more just and sustainable society.

Abstrak:
The DKI Jakarta Inspectorate as a state apparatus is involved in achieving the goal of implementing clean government to emphasize the implementation of the principle of government integrity. The official portal of the DKI Jakarta Inspectorate has a JakWas service that needs to be studied as a catalyst and innovation in the implementation of guidance and supervision of the implementation of regional government. The study was conducted using a qualitative research method with a library/literature study data collection technique. The results of the study indicate that: 1) The DKI Jakarta Provincial Inspectorate in implementing guidance and supervision of the implementation of Regional Government innovates by creating a Jakarta Supervision (JakWas) dashboard to integrate SPBE services owned by the DKI Jakarta Inspectorate with the aim of increasing the effectiveness of supervision carried out by the DKI Jakarta Inspectorate on the implementation of Regional Government affairs by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government Apparatus in an effort to realize clean government governance; 2) The creation of applications/information systems created by the DKI Jakarta Inspectorate is based on the mandate of regulations in accordance with the duties and functions of guidance and supervision; and 3) The implementation of sustainable programs requires a commitment to continue to carry out the task of guidance and supervision with excellence. Activities such as system evaluation, user feedback, effectiveness of SPBE services, and their impact on the implementation of provincial-level coaching and supervision duties.

The motives for motorbike robbery behavior in Bekasi have become a significant concern in recent years. The research results show that economic, social and cultural factors have an important role in influencing motorbike theft. This research shows that motorbike theft in Bekasi occurs more often in areas with high levels of poverty and low levels of education. The method in this research uses the literature study method. Apart from that, research also reveals that motorbike theft in Bekasi is mostly carried out by individuals who have criminal records and are involved in criminal organizations. This activity aims to explore the effectiveness of cooperative-based entrepreneurial motivation training in improving the performance and sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), by providing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to become a successful entrepreneur. Pasar Johar Semarang SME entrepreneurs face various challenges in running cooperative-based entrepreneurship. It is often difficult to reach a wider market because of limited access to strategic distribution locations that inhibit the potential for business expansion. Through this training, participants are expected to learn about the benefits of being a member of a cooperative, such as access to capital, training, and business networks. will provide training on a range of business skills essential to SMEs, such as financial management, marketing, and product development. The participants will learn how to manage their business more effectively and efficiently. By presenting speakers from UMKM Center Central Java, participants as SME entrepreneurs in Pasar Johar can ask questions directly related to problems that are often encountered in the field not only about cooperative problems but other complaints ranging from existing regulations, trade permits from orders, and even procedures for getting help from the government. These efforts are expected to help pasar Johar Semarang SME partners in developing cooperative-based entrepreneurship in a sustainable manner.

Abstrak:
The aim of limestone mining activities is to obtain the main raw material, namely limestone, which can then be used as a construction raw material such as cement. This data collection method is to collect primary data obtained from identifying activity locations and secondary data obtained from Journal Reviews and other scientific articles and then compiling them into a narrative. From the results of this analysis, it can be seen that there is a positive impact, namely the recruitment of workers from the local area and a negative impact, namely a decrease in ambient air quality, a decrease in water quality, soil erosion, disruption of flora and fauna and plant vegetation.
